Exceptional quality with outstanding service and flavour. Severely let down by a totally inadequate delivery service.

Usually order from here all the time but today was shocking! The kebab meat was over cooked to the point it was black! And the chips were solid! Usually amazing food, don’t know what’s happened tonight but it needs resolving

Wow again. This restaurant should be a 5* Michelin one. And to top it off the delivery driver even said “enjoy your meal” which was a pleasant surprise and you don’t get that anywhere else.

Order was lovely, however, ordered a pepperoni pizza that usually comes with pineapple which we like… no pineapple on the pizza? But yet we asked for extra sweetcorn on our chicken pizza and got charged 80p for the privilege??? So no pineapple on pizza but yet get charged extra for sweetcorn?! Sort it out peppinos….

4 for food this time because of the massive chunks of onion that go straight to trash as it's just the root part, and a slightly underbaked naan. 4 for collection time because it was ready 15 minutes before the collection time, so the food was just warm. But the kebab is amazing, like always.

Ordered same meal Saturday and got 2 chicken burgers on the burgers...only 1 today. Disappointed!!

Worst burger ever ! The bun was saturated and impossible to eat. Everything else was fine

Having eaten all over the world this is by far the best mixed kebab on naan ever.

Food arrived hot. Tasted delicious. Always a nice dough used for the pizzas.

Basically a company ran by kids with bad attitudes. Normally order from here quite frequently but recently noticed things missing, burnt and cold. When contacting peppinos about their mistakes it’s never their fault and they are so rude. Wouldn’t waste your money.

Kebab spicy and pizza looked rushed and was a little burnt

The delivery was super quick. The lasagne, and pizza was delicious but the coleslaw and garlic bread were missing :(

Ordered veggi pizza with sides. Selected toppings x5 on a plain pizza received x2 toppings I didn’t order! Pineapple and sweet corn. I enjoy it although wouldn’t have selected pineapple or sweet corn as not a fan of either. If you’re selecting toppings you don’t want random ones added in.

Meat was over greasy which made bread soggy and unpleasant, salad was sour and off. Definitely old and needed binning. No chilli sauce or garlic mayo and chips not fresh. Ordered last week and was amazing, this week it all went in the bin

Ordered at 18:40, expected delivery time was between 19:25 and 19:45. Order was ‘on its way’ at 19:20 and at 20:40 it has still not arrived. Rang up to ask if it has been made yet and was told it was out for delivery. Tried to ask how much longer it would be as it’s already supposedly been out for delivery for longer than an hour, and the phone was hung up on me.

Asked politely for no chilli. My order came smothered in chilli.

Without doubt the worst takeaway I’ve ever had!! The pizza was over cooked and missing ingredients, the chicken kebab was beyond dry and the wedges with bacon/cheese were that salty they were in editable, then the salad well less said about that the better! Absolutely shocking! Will never use again!

Regular kebab amazing as always. Ordered 1 mixed kebab but was disappointed because of (I presume) lamb. You can chew it like a bubble gum, extremely tough and unseasoned. They shouldn't use the meat at all if its not good, period. The chicken however was good, soft but mildly seasoned. So donner kebab and chicken were very good, but the lamb chunks was way too rubbery for me to eat, sorry.

20 years I’ve been coming here and always brilliant!! Easily the best pizza place in the 5 towns!!

Massive portions - love how the salad and sauces come separately than the kebab, as it makes it fresher and not sloppy like some. Delivery driver was polite and lovely too!

Godlike Kebabs but we ordered it for collection at 18:50, had to wait until 19:10. Some time ago, we've got a free garlic bread when the order was late. This time we got nothing. To be honest, it's not even about free food at this point. It's just that no one apologised.

Late again and again. Food was cold. Time to find a new pizza place.

Not a happy customer . Got a kebab didn’t want the mayo over it so ask for it In a tub they sent 2 mayo’s and 2 barbecue sauce and charged me £2.80. I also paid £2.50 for delivery less than a mile away. Won’t be ordering from these again all about money . Food was okay

Twice we’ve ordered naan kebabs and chips from here and they are outstanding, best in the area by far!

Worst calzone I've ever had. Low quality ingredients. Southern fried chicken was just poor. Chips where fine. It didn't cost a lot but I had to leave 3 quarters of it all. Never again

Ordered a pizza, not only the base was literally paper thin but it came soggy and the middle of the pizza was completely glued to the box. So so disappointed.. also asked for a Coke and got a Pepsi, not the same thing.

If you’re looking for a sign this is the place you should order tonight’s take out from, LOOK NO FURTHER!! Pepinno’s pizzas are the best for miles!! 🍕🤍 extremely reliable service with the food always arriving much faster than expected (whilst still tasting fresh, hot and tasty!) this has been a family favourite for years and will continue to be. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Not bad, chips a bit undercooked. Pizza overtopped to the point everything slid off when picked up but decent cheap and cheerful snap.

Great kebab. Loved the idea of having the salad and sauce in separate containers so you can add your own at the right time. Just wished they’d allow you to purchase separate individual pittas as an extra. Lovely flavour and plenty of meat to. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Really disappointed with the food, our order came 1hour early, the driver said he would take it back. The same pizza was delivered 1hour after stone cold and dried out! The lady on the phone was very helpful however the manager in the background she was speaking to was extremely rude and disrespectful about my complaint. We were sent “fresh” pizza and garlic bread - it was warmer than the one we was previously sent but still not up to the standard they’ve delivered in the past. We have used this take away for many years however after tonight we shall not be returning!

I thought half and half pizza meant that half Bolognese and chicken would be sperate but they were judged together. Not a good taste

If you say something on the menu be sure to give just that to your customers ! I order « Shish Kebab » i got try diced beef !!!!!!! Sack your cook ! I will show you how to cook a Shish Kebab !!!!
