Chicken strips were burned and doesn't even taste like chicken and garlic bread was cold, pizza is very nice

We have been ordering here for over 10 years for events, parties, and personal reasons. We ordered a pizza a few months ago and it arrived 1 hour late and was the incorrect pizza. The man said he will provide another free one with a starter and coke…did they honour this? No. I should go to food standards as under the goods and service Act I was given the wrong food and RUBBISH service!

I waited 40 mins to receive a call to say they can’t even make a pizza on their menu. Uber eats had them tracked on the map, thought they had arrived to receive a call stating they can’t make that pizza 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s unacceptable: why not simply call and state that immediately? We could then change the order. NEVER AGAIN.

Called me and asked me to cancel my own Uber eats order as the items I wanted were unavailable. This charged me over £20 extra and I’m unable to get my money back from Uber or the vendor. They knew exactly what they were doing. Absolute fraudsters and thieves.

Just rang this shop to order and they were nothing but rude and put the phone done.

It’s the best pizza we have ever tasted in Twickenham and Hounslow. Just like the Dominos back home. A friend and I always order veggie hot pizza from here almost every other week. And I’m never disappointed. The staff are down to earth, I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and will never stop having pizzas from here. Also, they have got amazing Chinese options as well. A must try.

Here is a very nice restaurant Specially there pizza is very tasty, And they also have Chines food as well, us we know Chines food is very healthy , And in this place all there chef's are chines , And halal us well , there staff behaviour is very good all of them is very gentle, i like this pizza restaurant ,i become there customer i will always order food from pharma pizza restaurant .

Order via Just Eat. I live 15 minutes away in Hounslow. Food arrived on time . (Margarita and veggie pizza plus fries). I thought the pizza was much better than my local ones. Will order again.

Terrible! Don't come here. It is cheap but not in a good way. Very discusting. It is so unclean. While you are waiting for your greasy oily 'pizza’ you can seat on one oily seats (which is discusting. It looks like it has never been cleaned) but you can't because it ,along with the entrance/desk, is full of delivery men. They just sit there blocking the way and chatting away with the employees. Very unprofessional. It feels more like a dirty house than a restaurant. And I don't know a soal who would want to eat at the sad excuse for an eat in option. I would rather eat on the street. The food was alful gave me and my family indigestion. Terrible. DONT EAT HERE

today september 7th at 1:00pm i saw a deal at Parma pizza in twickenham heath road. this deal says buy 1 pizza and get one free.so i call and order my pizza . arrived there i was surprised that the 2nd pizza is not free. it's dishonesty. i will never order from them again. never. they just lost a customer. really not be recommended.

Use to order from here all the time. Tried to call about 5 times they kept hanging up in my face. Somebody then called me back asked why i was calling I said i wanted to make an order. Then he proceeds to tell me I was hanging up on them why would I though as I wanted pizza. He then proceeds to hangs up in my face. Do not order from here terrible customer service

Very rude staff. Food was cold and burnt. They give me frozen cheesecake. Got lasagne and white sauce was lumpy and cold. What a lovely mothers day!

They are accepting orders (Just Eat) for food that is not available (no info about it on the website) and then you are forced to get only 50% refund unless you are lucky with a proper support. They did this 3 times to me so no f... more that's enough of this SCAM practice.

I asked today and their pepperoni and ham are not made from pork but turkey This is not stated on the menu. Definition of pepperoni is pork and beef spiced sausage - not over-salted, textured turkey fat. I'm amazed they can get away with it. Ultimately Just Eat gave me a refund after failing to get one from the restaurant.

Never order from here! It was our first time trying Parma Pizza and so we ordered pizza and garlic bread for delivery m. We called the store and the person on the phone had broken english. We specifically asked them for green chillies on the pizza, we repeated our order twice so they understand. Our pizza was then delivered, and to our discovery, we found that the pizza had mixed peppers and no green chillies. We did not even ask for mixed peppers. We told the delivery man about it and he told us to call the store. We called the store up and told them the issue and all they said was "oh sorry, bye" and cut the phone. Extremely rude and bad service!! We were left with no choice but to eat the wrongly delivered pizza, which was very oily and the garlic bread was soggy. Absolutely disgusting! Definitely not a good impression on a new customer! I wonder how they're still in business with that terrible service.

If I could add zero stars to this "restaurant" I would. Pizza arrived 2,5 hours after placing the order , which means that it arrived with a 1,5 hour delay. Pizza quality was completely horrible. When we contacted the "restaurant" for the delay they were always rude and were lying that the delivery guy will be at our place in 10 minutes,something that never happened. They also lied to Hungryhouse that they let us know of the delivery delay and that we agreed on that, something that never happened. Places like this sould shut down ! Don't even bother ordering. The whole experience was horrible.

Parma Pizza is iconic. It seems strange To give a pizza shop such a grand title, but it is no less than legendary. It's a voice for the youth and never seems to fail my humble demands. I would like to begin by saying that these people are masters of their craft. Not only have they never failed to meet my demands, but they have only ever exceeded them. In every visit (there have been over 300) I have never left a dissatisfied man. The perfect blend of customer communication and timing skills creates an experience that you will not be soon to forget. There have been reviews referring to a 'fat man'. My response to this is that I have known him since the day I took my first Step inside the establishment. He has offered free garlic and herb dips to me and my peers since. With such generous offers I can't see a world in which it would be right to be referring to him like this. Secondly, the pizza. In one word, breathtaking. The thick dough layered with melted cheese and herb infused tomato sauce creates a pizza that can not be compared to any other. A league of its own is where it's constantly sat. Every Saturday, the three of us, Medium Pepperoni. This has been going on for a few years now. I can tell you that in those years, I have never gone and been disappointed that it's 'closed'. This word has lost all meaning, they work profusely, day and night. With this great of a work ethic, it's hard to ever go anywhere but Parma Pizza My third and final point, is that Parma pizza has a vibe of no other. A vibe that can't be compared. The leather sofas and thick air surrounding the inside. The £3.20 deal. Altogether, It never seems to be matched. The vibe is so great, we even made a song. (Bluntz and Beatz on soundcloud, called Parma Pizza) It is a tribute. Honesty, without this restaurant, I would be lost. A forgeotten man, roaming the streets of Twickenham. For that reason, I will be forever greatful, and this is why, Parma pizza is indeed, Iconic.

Been using this take-away for many years. Used to be called Planet Pizza and indeed their pizzas are out of this world! Never had a bad one and always top notch. Delivery can be slow on rugby days but that's not their fault.

Food was 1 hour and a half hour late, supposed to be double pepperoni and they was barely any. Shame because their usally quite good.

You sent me completely the wrong pizza last night i ordered pepperoni and was sent some spicey chicken pizza not really on to be honest i didnt even eat it just had the garlic bread and chicken ..

delivery was bait late, driver didn't have enough change to give me so he said he will go back to restaurant to collect it. its been 3 hours and i still haven't got my money back. overall the food was good just bait cold as delivery wasn't exactly on time

Literally the best pizzas in town. And best value. The cheese:dough ratio is on point (Very Important) and the chicken wings are hefty and generous! All served with a smile. 100% if you want a pizza blowout on just eat, these guys are the one!

The restaurant changed the delivery time & then phoned me to inform me they didn't have what I wanted. The delivery was then late after they'd already extended the time & the restaurant was the nearest one to me on your site. When the food turned up there wasn't any napkins & the beef burrito was small & looked like it came out of the freezer then was chucked in a microwave. I know it's supposed to be fast food however this service wasn't very fast & the food wasn't very good.

The only good thing is the price, but you get what you pay for. Pizza is very oily & cooked in 2 minutes. Staff very rude. Meat not fresh. Was charged extra for having no toppings no one side of pizza. Mind boggles Won't be using this place again.

I was quite sceptical eating something from this place as they didn't display their food hygeine rating but eventually ordered on my sons request and it was great! No Italian stone baked fuss but a decent pizza which was freshly cooked and tasted really good. Not for the thin crust fans as its a meal in itself and for the collection price it beats dominos hands down. Great local pizza at a very good price.

I specifically asked and payed for a sauce which was not there. I'm not sure why they offer the option to get it but don't deliver it to you. It's a small amount but it's very annoying to have someone take your money!

I ordered the duck special pizza and when it arrived I had a bite and realised they had put an extreme amount of chilli oil on the pizza to a point where I picked it up and it was dripping off, and it burnt my mouth and throat, I had to throw away the whole pizza. I called Parma Pizza up and they were extremely rude and laughed at me.

Disgusting food and frozen. Won't order from here again.

Been using this place for a while. Previous comments seems really at odds. Personally good folks, always have a smile and a laugh. Pizza is good. Price is great when you collect. These guys work 7 days a week 365.

Waited over 2 hours and no food turned up. When i phoned the restaurant, the guy swore at me, then tried to make out his driver had knocked my door and he'd called my phone twice, then he swore at me again before hanging up. When i called back, he admitted he didn't know my address and was just lying, so fair to assume i'll never use them again

I ordered a meal deal and stated I wanted it delivered at 9:30pm. They tried to deliver it at 9:00pm and phoned me saying they were at the door. I replied with I asked for it to be delivered it at 9:30pm. They took it away and delivered it at 9:30. COLD, not even microwaving saved the taste.

90mins after i ordered i called the restaurant, only to find out that they had just accepted my order and taken my money without even making the pizza, after i asked what will they do for my delivery, they rudely replied "do you want it or not" and cancelled my order. Very bad takeaway. Order was all wrong - extra tomato topping was missing on one pizza and on the other what was supposed to be chorizo was replaced with some terrible reconstituted ham sausage. Salami and cheese crust was missed and instead there was a filling of awful tasting processed cheese. The base was good though, so I guess a plain pizza from here would be nice.

It took 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. Called shop 3 times and each time was told the driver was just leaving the shop. No apologies or discount offered. Disappointing

Ordered for the 3rd time with them and for the 3rd time they forgot the extra toppings on the pizza. Gave them a call and they apologised but the "cook" didn't seem interested and hung up on me. Fast delivery and the food was nice though.

I highly recommend Parma pizza. The food is always really fresh and of very high quality. The prices are very reasonable and delivery is always swift. They are also very accurate when processing orders and have never made a mistake or forgotten anything like many other takeaway/delivery establishments. They are also one of the few honest food vendors that do not misinform customers about their ingredients, for instance, if you order pork products, you will actually receive real pork products (Something that the many Halal restaurants will not do) Once again I highly recommend Parma all round!

Place order At 7:35pm 1hour and 45 mins later it arrived after calling up company think they forgot our order, when pizza arrived the pizza was no longer a circle one half of pizza was squashed into other half (I did not order a calzone) and dips missing and not the right ice cream, called company with a response so "what do you want me to about it attitude" with no apology, they sent driver to give us the rest of the dips but still missing BBQ dip don't think this should be on just eat not great service didn't even want to give them one star!!!!!!

I got the wrong pizza and the wrong dip again.

I ordered a Pepperoni hot but instead I got a pepperoni plus and it took an extra 20 mins to be delivered we didn't get any dips with our wedges. And it wasn't hot so I had to warm it up before i ate it.

We never received a pizza, when we called they swore at us and were really rude. They did not listen to us and hung up when we tried to enquire.

Best pizza so far in Twickenham!

The burrito is more of a big samosa. Definitely never seen a deep fried burrito. Basically a fried dinner so over priced and missing some drinks on delivery but still charged me for it. Only to use if really drunk and have no other choice.

I have trusted the other reviewers saying that the pizza was excellent. It is nothing more than average! The only good thing is that they have the "any pizza any size" offer all week, so the next time i will feel the urge to eat junk food maybe i will have another Pepperoni Plus.

Given I live less than 10 mins away from twickenham, the pizza never arrived after an hour 45 mins, I rang them and they said it would be another 25 mins. Obviously far far too long, I will never be ordering with this company again.

Tried to order online. I waited whilst the order was sent to the restaurant and eventually the order was accepted. My monet left my account. They then rung me back and told me that the items I ordered weren't profitable enough for them so they were cancelling my order. They told me this was what they had been told to do by their bosses. I asked for a refund. He told me they couldnt give it to me and I had to ring someone else to sort this. I asked for the guys name and he firstly told me it was 'Something' and then told me it was 'Tom' which he then admitted was a lie. At no point in the conversation was the word 'Sorry' used which would'be gone a long way.

Great portions and fresh toppings - the only place I will order from. Nice people too and service always prompt ;-)
