ordered an offer that said 2 skewers of each.. there were no skewers.. the chicken tasted like fish or it was fish that tasted like chicken.. it's a nah for me

My order was stupidly late because there was rugby on at Twickenham but the delivery guy was on a motorbike and could have got through a lot quicker than he did and I had to go and physically pick it up my self which is very disappointing and once I received the pizza and got it home it was barely juts warm if anything cold but of a joke

The pizza was good but they did not call when outside as requested which woke up our baby so now we can't eat until the pizza is cold.

absolutely vile waited more then a hour. ordered a kebab well it came freezing cold rock hard crunchy and didnt taste nice. made me violently sick after. Ordered a pizza looked nice but take of pure rubber

kebab is cold and disgusting i ordered my food at 12:30 it come by 1:50. kept telling me 3 mins. disgusting

It's decent for having one pizza, price is good for collection. But since 2022 they changed staff and the quality isn't as good anymore.

very un happy with my order company was roud and food was 45 mins late and cold had to put my kid pizza in microwave to halm it up

Pizza was so bitter and the pizza base was so hard to chew . I had vegetarian pizza but there was no flavour at all no sauce taste ... only one thing was there which was too much oregano

Ordered at 01:30 live 10mins down the road in a car . Called up to see where my order was the bloke puts phone down says 1hr. Wait an hour call back place closed and didn’t even both delivering the pizza. Bunch of Idiots

Absolutely awful! Freezing cold! No salad and rather than the 1.5 litre of coke I ordered I got a couple of cans! Worst kebab I’ve had in my 45 years! Stay away from

I ordered two pizzas- one large Margherita deep pan, one large American hot thin crust. When we opened the box the margherita was thin crust and both were well over cooked and tasteless. Very disappointed on this occasion and will consider going elsewhere in the future.

I ordered chicken wings thinking it would be fried chicken wings instead I got some gluly and slimy grilled chicken. It didn't even taste like chicken. I vomited twice,I spoke to TW2 team,well the supervisor and was told no refund can be made. If everyone starts to feel sick and give thier refund back we would be out of business. He was just happy I was feeling better but that's not what I needed. I don't think I will order any thing from there thier pizzas are the only thing that is nice.

I really enjoyed my Pizza and garlic bread here, hot and tasty. The staff are canny nice people, I would rather come here than Dominos or Pizza Hut, independent businesses better than larger chain stores.

The Pizza here is delicious, the food was hot and it was good quality. The owner is a pleasant guy, I would recommend to come here to get your Pizza! Tasty food, nice people!

Pizza good but garlic and herb crust isn’t garlic or herby, chips very nice, burger good but could one pick mayo or lettuce not both. Garlic bread not nice very undercooked.

Did a big order had an great deal buy one pizza get one free got everything and ended up food poisoned the next day and that was my new years eve situation love the hot wings but my stomach was killing me.

Horrible food, taste and look very bad, prices acceptable but delivery over 1h. I had to call and ask what is going on with my order. When arrived I was extremely disappointed. Me and my wife couldn't eat anything. 1. Large fish and chips. Portion is not large. Chips from frozen and overcooked. Fish was not even fish but part of fish and the rest to 'large' size only crust (with no sign of fish). As well almost cold food. 2. Large lamb doner with mixed salad an sauces. Doner came in delivering box where they added slices of lamb meat (good amount) but all sauces where mixed together with the meat and made almost like a soup. We asked for chili sauce but was extremely hot (let's say it's subjective this). Salad nonexistent. Because of too much sauce you will need to be prepared for mess all around. My experience for the first and the last time with TW2 Pizza Delivery very bad, unsatisfied from appearance of the food, taste, temperature and delivery. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

It came with no olives even though I paid for extra toppings. Normally there service is good but today it came late and with out one topping that my kids love.

The pizza was promised verbally in 30 mins. Then delivered in an hour. Moreover, it had obviously been microwaved... which I took to mean, it was thought to be collected - then they suddenly realised it was delivery and microwaved. It came with the plastic sauce pot split and deformed from the microwaving and the pizza horribly soggy.

I did not receive my order. The delivery driver stole my food

Food was late, I called restaurant twice and first time they told me it was ready they are just waiting for the driver. By the time the driver came with the food it was all cold and soggy

Super tasty pizza! Service was nice, they were right on time even though I ordered very late, really close to their closing time, yet they were still very polite. I really enjoyed the taste! Recommend for late night snacks!

Pizza delivered in time and was piping hot. Personally I think TW2 are the best pizza in Whitton.

They didn't put olives in my pizza which I payed extra for the Fanta bottle was open seal was broken like som1 drank from it food wasn't all that basic

These guys are great. Been using them since living in the area for 5 years now. Always on time, always nice pizza, and very reasonably priced. One of the few pizza places we use here as there are many bad ones.

The order arrived very late and on calling the restaurant after multiple times, they told me that the order was left outside the house even though the doorbell works perfectly fine.

Have never had any problems before but tonight 1st Sept 2023 my order was late.the driver phoned me because he didn't have the right address. By the time the food arrived it was cold.

No pizza after 1hr 20mins. JustEat said it was delivered and when I called it had only just come out of the oven. Cancelled the order in the end!

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery I recied the driver was so rude and aggressive the drive kicked my dore and then rings the dore bell breaking my ring dore bell so after acting all aggressive saying he's never coming back here he stormed off

We live 5 minutes from the place and they took 80 minutes to deliver (on a Tuesday evening). Pizza was cold and burnt. Cheese had hardened and the mozzarella sticks by now were limp. Waste of money. I guess our order had been sitting in the bottom of the driver's box for an hour or so while he went round trying to delivery all orders in one go. Won't be ordering again from TW2 Pizza.

Food was stone cold and very late

Ordered the same chicken as last time because it was really tasty and worth it but today was just disappointing. The wings are too much taste of paprika or turmeric and hard as a rock. Not buying from them again.

The driver took forever to come and deliver the food. 24 minutes actually. Just to come without my drink and the burger had the wrong toppings. The cheesy chips were soggy and blended into the box because they were in there for 20 minutes so the box was soggy from steam too. And the burger meal itself was wet and lukewarm. So not happy and not ordering from here again

Chips Tasted like cardboard and given breaded mushrooms instead of chicken and mushrooms pasta very upsetting order this time

delivery always takes way too long cheese never melted on chips chips over cooked all the time get orders wrong and don't offer much customer services when you phone up delivery 10 minutes down the road takes an hour every time

Pizza was over cooked and cold when arrived. Hard to chew and lacked flavour. Wings would have been nice but it’s as though they’ve been injected with something to blow them up bigger, half meet and then something else rather revolting inside. Garlic bread was decent though

30 minutes from “with driver” message to delivery; it normally takes 7-10. Food arrived cold with disgusting chips going straight in the bin. Pizzas were ok when reheated. This is not the normal standard of TW2 service.
