Food apparently left on doorstep although it was not. Delivery driver did not knock and the shop called me after I called them to send a call log. However I had called them before they called me. Man was very rude stating I will not be refunded. So what’s the point of having a code to give to drivers to insure we get our delivery.

Ordered 2 large pizzas yesterday for 26.99 Very dry, with lacking ingredients - 1 piece of chicken, 1 slice of sausage, few jalapeños and a slice of salami on the top of the pizzas. No pizza base sauce, and the dough tasted like yeast or mushrooms I'm not sure 🤔 For that money i expect 15" not 12". Very disappointed

Order took 2 hours to deliver... Food was obviously all cold when delivered.

Last night whilst I was at work the chef at TW2 pizza stopped my son from being beat up by his bullies and took him home safely. I'm not 100% certain if this happened, it could have been a dream but what I can say with certainty is that their pizza is incredible.

I didn't get my drink or cheese with my meal as requested I'm a regular customer usually always receive what I ordered

The base was soo thin that it was breaking up. the pizza was like a flat bread with cheese and vegetables

I've been ordering from this pizza shop for a while now, and I have to say, the quality has noticeably improved recently. I believe they might have changed management, and if so, it's definitely for the better! Delivery is also quicker and more reliable. pizza itself is top-notch. I’m glad I stuck around and look forward to many more delicious orders!

Don’t waste your money on this place you’re be better off buying a 99p pizza leaving it on the side to go cold and then remembering it when it’s cold and stale and eating it worse pizza in London

The pizza tasted as if the ingredients were out of date, the cheese was slimy and hadn’t been cooked properly and I’m pretty sure you forgot to put tomato sauce!

Apart from the fact it was not the pizza I ordered, it was ok

I'm Distribute and hurt as I eat from this premises before all I can say is that am disgusted in the way I've been treated with the time frame food was ordered at 10 o'clock and it's now 12 25 Am minutes and I get bogus emails from this firm over hyping 10 minutes 5 minutes I am disgusted and will take my custom to another appropriate establishment that can deliver in the time frame they say.

Between ordering and delivery time was awful will be asking for some of my money back

Did not even include the only thing I wanted ribs so didn’t want any of the delivery. They replaced ribs for spaghetti and I couldn’t eat that either because I’m gluten intolerant. The ribs did not contain gluten so why were the allergens swapped without asking the customer.

Ordered 4 extra large pizza stuff crust with cheese and mozzarella sticks totaling up to 98-99 plus delivery less than a mile away firstly that’s extortion second they told me it was going to be 30-45 minutes after an hour I called they still didn’t make my order said 20 more minutes then a whole 1 hour and 40-45 minutes later the guy shows up and says the Dough is fresh and everything is fresh I paid for it because I had guests after my sister and my mum insisted or I would have turned it away there and then… but I paid and opening the pizza to some stale mozzarella sticks that look like they were expired 4 days ago pizza was squashed and the lid caved in to the pizza will never be buying for this place again absolute joke

I order a pizza, to be delivered to Travelodge heston, eastbound, they delivered it to westbound and refused to bring it here. I would like a full refund please

The pizza was lovely and hot. The delivery was a bit later than expected but I was fully informed the entire time.

Big standard. Delivered cold as it was 25 minutes to get here. 4 miles to Hampton at 11pm takes me 10 so not sure if multiple drop offs but cold and not great.

Usually this place is good and I get it each month but today 25/04/24 it's just full of bad dough that hasn't risen The base taste ready made like a microwave pizza It's a bit disappointing, maybe they've changed the cook or their ingredients but it looks like now this place is no longer where to get pizza from

My order was stupidly late because there was rugby on at Twickenham but the delivery guy was on a motorbike and could have got through a lot quicker than he did and I had to go and physically pick it up my self which is very disappointing and once I received the pizza and got it home it was barely juts warm if anything cold but of a joke

The pizza was good but they did not call when outside as requested which woke up our baby so now we can't eat until the pizza is cold.

kebab is cold and disgusting i ordered my food at 12:30 it come by 1:50. kept telling me 3 mins. disgusting

Absolutely awful! Freezing cold! No salad and rather than the 1.5 litre of coke I ordered I got a couple of cans! Worst kebab I’ve had in my 45 years! Stay away from

I ordered two pizzas- one large Margherita deep pan, one large American hot thin crust. When we opened the box the margherita was thin crust and both were well over cooked and tasteless. Very disappointed on this occasion and will consider going elsewhere in the future.

I ordered chicken wings thinking it would be fried chicken wings instead I got some gluly and slimy grilled chicken. It didn't even taste like chicken. I vomited twice,I spoke to TW2 team,well the supervisor and was told no refund can be made. If everyone starts to feel sick and give thier refund back we would be out of business. He was just happy I was feeling better but that's not what I needed. I don't think I will order any thing from there thier pizzas are the only thing that is nice.

Pizza good but garlic and herb crust isn’t garlic or herby, chips very nice, burger good but could one pick mayo or lettuce not both. Garlic bread not nice very undercooked.

The Pizza here is delicious, the food was hot and it was good quality. The owner is a pleasant guy, I would recommend to come here to get your Pizza! Tasty food, nice people!

I really enjoyed my Pizza and garlic bread here, hot and tasty. The staff are canny nice people, I would rather come here than Dominos or Pizza Hut, independent businesses better than larger chain stores.

Horrible food, taste and look very bad, prices acceptable but delivery over 1h. I had to call and ask what is going on with my order. When arrived I was extremely disappointed. Me and my wife couldn't eat anything. 1. Large fish and chips. Portion is not large. Chips from frozen and overcooked. Fish was not even fish but part of fish and the rest to 'large' size only crust (with no sign of fish). As well almost cold food. 2. Large lamb doner with mixed salad an sauces. Doner came in delivering box where they added slices of lamb meat (good amount) but all sauces where mixed together with the meat and made almost like a soup. We asked for chili sauce but was extremely hot (let's say it's subjective this). Salad nonexistent. Because of too much sauce you will need to be prepared for mess all around. My experience for the first and the last time with TW2 Pizza Delivery very bad, unsatisfied from appearance of the food, taste, temperature and delivery. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

The pizzas are by far absolutely delicious. I've tried many different places but this is by far one of the best
