Not worth the price and not good attitude

Disappointing!! I ordered The Waveney. The crust was too thin and hard. I couldn’t tell what topping was what, it all looked burnt. It didn’t taste good either. I lived in Italy for years. This is not how I like my pizza! I will not be going back.

The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with a nice balance of toppings and cheese. A delicious and satisfying choice for any pizza craving.

Amazing delivery chap and really friendly. Really nice old chap who read our notes and tapped on door to not wake our baby.

Horrendous experience I became severely ill for three days after eating the chicken from this place in November. They then ignored my complaint email for weeks, did not refund me or offer any kind of acknowledgement despite this chicken being the ONLY thing I consumed that could have given me food poisoning, and it had a very strange taste/ texture when I ate it. I have since learned dominos source their chicken from Thailand (probably to cut costs) which I’m sure is not raised to the same welfare standards as in the UK. I then got an email weeks later denying any wrongdoing with zero sympathy for my situation and felt as if I was being accused of making it up. Appalling and disgusting customer service and as a result of this I am boycotting dominos FOREVER. AVOID!!!!!

Delivery arrived stone cold...online order system is miss leading as it gave the impression I was ordering 2 seperate kebabs. I couldnt see the 2 lumps of lamb and kofte for the mountains of lettuce..wrap was cheap and falling apart.. never again - you ruined my Valentine surprise...

What has happened to this takeaway? It used to be so good. Used it tonight and the first order was wrong, ordered a medium and large, and they sent 2 mediums. Waited for a new order of large pizza and it came like it had been trampled on (see picture) would not use this takeaway again

Sat 4th May 2025: Me and my husband were hoping to get a dominos, it was 00:30am and your store should be open until 1am… the doors were locked and the staff could see we were trying to enter and they just stood there and laughed at us. This is completely unacceptable - 1. You should still allow service until the hour you specify (1am). 2. Your staff should be kind and considerate instead of plain damn rude and ignorant. I used to work for Dominos in the Redruth store, so to see that the staff now have no manners or sense of customer service is disgusting. Please pull your finger out, because you’re only loosing customers and precious revenue.

My order did have a mistake however this was corrected and the lad down the other end of the phone was brilliant and really nice.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Dough completely raw. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered a medium size chicken feast pizza without mushrooms, it tasted good

First time ordering from Acomb Kebab House and was a pleasant surprise! Great tasting food, friendly delivery driver, deffo one of the best takeaway pizzas I have had in York. Curry sauce was lovely! The garlic sauce however was a let down

Fries with a side of hairs. Found multiple hairs in my fries and the pizza's are terrible Wouldn't recommend to anyone, much better options are available.

Order arrived late, after calling the store multiple times was told was on the way despite the app showing it had been delivered 20 mins earlier. When I eventually got through to the store, was greeted by awful customer service, was told was on the way after finally getting through to them and then had the phone put down on me mid sentence! I called in at 18:53 16.04.25 As well as this the pizza was cold on arrival. I regularly order from this store but have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Never again!
