Didnt get the order right, then arived cold

I had a pizza from here and I was throwing up all night and diarrhoea all the following day, stay well clear.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! Zero stars. Wish I’d checked here before ordering online. Charged £25 no food came. Phone number doesn’t work. Website contact form doesn’t work. Email is no reply. Can see from below review shop is shut down

¡Evite esta tienda a TODA costa! Mi familia y yo pedimos desde casa, alrededor de £ 35 en alimentos. Esperamos por más de una hora! Cuando los llamé para verificar mi pedido, me dijo que mi pedido no se encontraba en el sistema, pero el dinero todavía se sacaba de mi cuenta bancaria. Estaba muy confundida y bajé a la tienda y cuando llegué el tipo era muy grosero y asertivo, solo había 1 personal que 'aparentemente' era su primer día en el trabajo, y ya me pareció sospechoso porque debería haber otras personas con él si era su primer día. Me mostró el sistema y me dijo que mi pedido había sido cancelado. Dijo que tenía que llamar al jefe, y así lo hice. ¡Y el jefe era aún peor que él porque ni siquiera sabía hablar correctamente! Me dijo que tenía que llamar a la compañía para mi reembolso, sin embargo hasta el día de hoy todavía no he recibido mi reembolso. En conclusión, NO recomiendo este lugar porque es extremadamente cutre y arruinará su día.

The chef was video recording me and I found it on his phone there was a big argument with the ‘professionals’. Don’t recommend.

When I called to replace order they hung up on me and took the phone off the hook. Horrific customer service. Do not eat there!!!! From reading other reviews it seems like they are in the habit of using out of date ingredients.

Wow! Every single time i order theres something missing, usually its the sauce on the kebab or the salad or both...this time i ordered a chicken kebab and instead i got lamb donner and fries. WHY? can you read whats on the order? F MY LIFE

Today we received hot and delicious pizzas delivered very quickly from a very nice young man. I can't understand the bad reviews here. The ingredients were fresh, the base was thin and crispy, with a generous topping. In addition, the pizzas were delivered within 25 minutes, despite the holiday. It couldn't be better. Thank you!

Second time in a row with similar experience. Pizza took an hour and a half, turned up Luke warm and stale with missing items from the order too. called up and they weren’t helpful on the phone at all. I’d highly advise using any other pizza shop

The original and best and still the best

Not happy with the store at all food arrived cold and pizza limp and warm. Verinder omg digesting customer service puts buisness first instead of customer. This guy does not understand English. I WANTED A FULL REFUND waited over an hour. Fabricated delivery times (fraud I believe) by accessing the systems saying delivery done when driver is still 15 mins away. Delivery guy was ace however Verinder let thd store down £25.66 is the order and blackmailed me (against dominoes policy) I wish a full refund not a voucher because you have just lost this customer. Verinder and Lancaster Domino's i guess I wont be getting a refund from this franchise so Dominoes head office here I comeand environmental health food safety
