First time food never arrives, they said driver called my number and even knocked my door, but nobody called me nor knocked to my door…

It is a brilliant fish and chip shop. We order every week. Lovely crunchy batter. Freindly Staff. Great delivery driver

We placed an order @ Friday 10 May 2024, 22:43, order was accepted, then order tracker @ 11.30pm informed us our order had been cancelled. 12pm, no food, no email / further confirmation of our order been cancelled, who knows? will it come, won't it?? not a game I can spend playing on a Friday, after already waiting 50mins. Best wait for my refund and order elsewhere before everywhere else actually shuts. Very Disappointed...

We order from them regularly. Usually once a week. But my husband has been on the toilet already and has been after 5 mins of eating their food tonight and I don’t feel well either. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, but have refrained from commenting. Can’t believe their customer service or the delivery driver but seriously this isn’t right! He is in so much pain! Most recent use - 8th March 2025! Decided to use them again. After two hours of no update and no delivery and money pending, we chased our order, they apparently didn’t receive it.. absolute cowboys. Have apparently refunded us money! Will never use again! Stay clear!

Very good food, nice service and fast delivery.

Menu online out of date. Shouldn't be arguing with staff. Difference from what showed as a £15 meal (website) was £21 when trying to order. £6 increase nah Only ever collected, but each time the food has been enjoyable. Staff have always been very friendly

They don't answer the phone to order so went to the shop and they don't take cash. So I will never go back

Atmosphere is amazing, the smell of batter and fat mixed with the vibes of late March and the heady cocktail of chips and Lynx Africa in the adjacent shop, wow.

On the lower floor of the hotel so we went in as just back from the football and didn't want to go wandering about looking for anything else. Good choice of menu with decent portion sizes and very well priced and an actual chilled bottle of beer.

Me and my friend ordered pancakes at the same time and hers came in about 10 mins, after half an hour we asked the staff why we didn't have 2 stacks and they hadn't put the second pancake through even though we paid for 2. The order then got put on the top and had to wait an extra 30 mins for it to come out even though it was their mistake. This meant Not very happy with the customer service unfortunately.

First time ordering the food was 10 out of 10 banging pizza had a perfect medium crust the workers were friendly and had a very positive atmosphere. For the price and quality in this economy it’s one of the best I’ve seen will definitely be going again

Don't order the beef burger, seem more neat on a Rustlers, chips soggy, wedges arrive soft, pizza was like cardboard. Food there used to be good, it's drastically going down hill.
