The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

I ordered some food from here on Just Eat a few nights ago. My order was late so I called the restaurant to find out where it was, I was told there was a delay but would be with me soon. I waited another 20 mins and called again, I was told there was a further delay and the food would be with me in another 45 minutes, at this point, I was no longer interested in waiting this long and asked to cancel the order. The person I was talking to was extremely rude, telling me I could not cancel and would have to wait. I then went onto Just Eat and cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund since the food has been delayed twice, however the this restaurant refused to refund me, saying it was due to bad weather. The weather had been glorious all day and there were no signs of any weather issues. I requested Just Eat to investigate this and sort out my refund but they were useless and unable to help me. So I paid £24 and never received anything. They didn’t even refund me the delivery charge when nothing was ever delivered to me.

Poor service and lie after lie... ordered food online and was told delivery would be 8.15pm. Had a text shortly before to say delivery would be 8.30. Rang them at 8.45 and they said driver was on his way.... At 8.50 got a text saying refund was not possible because driver had been stuck in traffic. At 9pm we rang back and they said pizza was just being packed and would be with us in 10 minutes so previous messages were obviously lies.. pizza finally arrived at 9.35. They did throw in a free bottle of coke but would have prefered more honesty over timings.

Hello, I am writing this to tell you papa johns is a very good service. The delivery driver is a charming young chap who always comes to my door in a dark blue car helped me with carrying my food as my arthritis gets the best of me. Give this young chap a tip for the generosity he has done. What a gentlemen not many round nowadays!!!

Belter pizza forgot the garlic bread phoned up an sent it right back out 👍🏻

Sólo un bocado rápido para comer. No estaba contento con el aseo de la mesa en la que estábamos sentados mis amigos y yo. Primero encontré un cartón naranja vacío escondido detrás de los menús (la señora que nos sirvió fue muy disculpada. No puedo culpar al servicio. Fue muy bueno). Segundo, cuando vertí agua en un vaso, tuve que pescar un envoltorio dulce fuera del vaso y no beber el agua y luego al final de la noche cuando íbamos a irnos, mis amigos y yo solicitamos recipientes para llevar nuestras sobras a casa. Los cogimos rápidamente, pero parte de mi comida cayó sobre la mesa en la que estábamos comiendo y cuando la recogí con un tenedor, se pegó un pelo castaño largo. Me llevé la comida, pero posteriormente me rechazaron y la tiré tan pronto como llegué a casa. Es necesario comprobar y actuar en relación con el saneamiento de las mesas.

The food was mid tier … was waiting for a while too. Fudge cake and custard was stone cold and burger was soggy … fairly disappointed.

Food is good but now I am not getting anything from them bc my child went to get 3 large pizza and 1 small and I gave her £70 pound and then the lady only gave my child £7.50 how would my daughter know that how much is the money and then when we called them she refused to give the money back she said that no you gave me £50 pound or something when we told her to check the camera she cuts the call

I’ve had a few takeaway deliveries from here when working nearby. The pizzas always come on time and taste really good, no complaints

So if I'm being honest food so amazing staff where nice and the atmosphere was calm. And if I ever want anything I recommend going here and it was amazing and I've been going here for over months bow.

we had a really nice meal from papa pizza, have been ordering for around 2 years and nearly always good can't complain. Pizzas are lovely and the wraps are value for money

Ordered an Italian pizza which is meant to have ground beef and Italian sausage on. It arrived late with no meat on it. When we rang to complain they said "we'll put extra meat on it next time"! Not good enough as we won't be using them again. The difference in price between the 15" meat pizzas and the vegetarian one's is £5. So they have in effect overcharged by £5.

Donner meat and pizza ordered, donner meat was awful couldn't even eat it was so over cooked, been coming to simmos for takaway for the past 10 years up until the past few weeks where we avoided then thought we would gove it another try to my shame! The past few months the food has been hit and miss, prices going up food quality going down. Tipped me over the edge tonight when my partner got home and opened it up couldn't even eat it, you could litteraly crack each peice in half. Won't be returning lesson learned. Pizza was standard, salad had minimal amount in.. worth going somewhere else for better quality, quantity and value all around!

Did not get all the items I ordered

I just went here this week because someone said new owners had it and It was 100x better than when I last went and the little bloke full of himself was there, and apparently it's new owners and I live in walker and can guarantee the food is great. The last time I went I walked out the shop and crammed the food in a bin cause I didn't trust them at all. He had a weird smirk on his face, like he would have humpung his brother but these new people are clean and respectful.

Really authentic cuisine, friendly and courteous staff. Food was great. Defo a place to go
