Hello, I am writing this to tell you papa johns is a very good service. The delivery driver is a charming young chap who always comes to my door in a dark blue car helped me with carrying my food as my arthritis gets the best of me. Give this young chap a tip for the generosity he has done. What a gentlemen not many round nowadays!!!

Placed an online order at 20:24 which hand't arrived by the time Papa John closed at 11pm. Telephoned eight times to see where my order was but nobody answered any of my calls. Have received no communication from Papa John to say order would be delayed or that there was a problem. Tomorrow I am going to have to set about getting my money back.

What a joke over an hour and thirty minutes for delivery, and received cold food. Second time now thought I'd give then a second chance as everyone had a bad day but no difference. Can see why offering 60% off now. Definitely won't be ordering through them again.

I ordered pizza was cold & looked like it had been dropped upside down, one side was out of stock & but the guy called to ask me if there was something else I’d like instead & I also ordered 6x chicken wings twice 1 box had 4 & the other had 5 in it, I’d also ordered Pepsi but Pepsi max was delivered, an finally when the order went through £4 was added on to the cost! I rang the store a spoke to someone he said to call back next day a speak to manager nothing he could do ?! So I’ve called 3 times since an I get either my managers not in or no answer! I feel I’ve given enough time & tried to sort several times there’s just no need for the poor service! I’d like to add that all previous orders I’ve had have been delicious & complete this was the first time I’ve had issues!

Waited over 1.5bhours for luke warm rubber pizza and missing wings i have to wait for a refund for. Last time i order

Ordered tonight having heard great things about their food. Placed order at 5pm - chased order at 5:50pm and order arrived at 6:20pm. Advised that the App is slow to update when, in fact, it was very accurate. Ordered 3 difffernt Papidas and none of them tasted anywhere near as good as expected. Plenty of dough barely any filling. It'll be Dominos from now on...

Don't bother. The food is okay...when it arrives !!! I've ordered twice now and the customer service has been shocking each time. I got my money refunded the first time as it was cold upon arrival. I've waited 1hr and 45 mins for delivery tonight. Phoned to chase up the order and was just told they are waiting for the driver to come back, no sorry or nothing. Only order if you're not hungry, or don't mind waiting nearly 2 hours

The worst papa johns I’ve ever been to, the staff are just a bunch of rude kids who don’t know what customer service is. No one is in uniform, no one wears hats or even hair nets! I found a long black hair in my food when I took it home 🤢 there is no hand washing or cleanliness of the place when you walk in. Avoid this place at all costs, one of the most disgusting vile food places I’ve ever visited.

I’ve ordered many times and they have always been tasty, fresh and quick. Tonight I accidentally ordered collection and they completely sympathised and organised my order for delivery. The lady who answers your phones is a god send. Lovely customer service and very accommodating. Couldn’t fault them Great team

Never ordered from here before. Will not be ordering again. Placed my order and after 40 minutes the tracker you use to follow completion of your order told me I was enjoying my pizza that had been successfully delivered. After almost 20 minutes of this I tried phoning to find out where my order was. It took me 7 attempts to get through as it just rings until it eventually rings off. When I got through I was told the app was wrong and doesn’t take into account busy periods. My order was just on its way out to be delivered. I was advised it will be about ten minutes and will not be cold. Ha ha!! 19 minutes later my order was delivered to my door. I couldn’t really smell the pizza or garlic bread strips but I could smell the cookie. The pizza was almost cold and was very tough to eat. No flavour apart from the chunks of tomato in the topping. Even the sweetcorn had no flavour to it. The garlic pizza strips were like chewing through greasy cardboard. You could hardly taste the garlic. However, the garlic & herb dip I ordered had no herbs in it. It was like eating soft garlic butter. It tastes absolutely foul. That went straight into the bin. The pizza and garlic bread pizza strips I’m taking back tomorrow. I’ve tried phoning them tonight but (again) no-one is answering the phone. I was totally unimpressed with the pizza and garlic bread pizza strips. I was, however, happy with the cookie.

Service was good and friendly it was delivered to our address, but the quality of food had left much to be desired.

Do not shop here. No pizza delivered, spoken to like an idiot, hung up on, no refund. Took over a week to get my money back through PayPal. Go to Dominos.

Single worst pizza ever, so salty i'm still drinking water over 16 hours later, made me sick in the night and have been on and off the toilet ever since, your rating of 5 needs reviewing urgently, i can and will go back to Sammy's next time, was expecting so much better from a reputable chain, my stomach is still aching now and it's almost 16 hours. DO NOT GO HERE, HYGIENE STANDARD NON-EXISTENT

Lovely food and fast service now under new management so i heard so went back and have to say i was impressed

We thought we’d try this out as it’s new to the area. We ordered online and then had an hour and a half wait before I rang the shop to find out where our order was, I was informed that it had just left the shop and shouldn’t be much longer. It arrived about 10 minutes later and was lukewarm and tasteless (apart from the ‘cardboardy’ flavour to the meat) I don’t think we’ll both again, certainly not worth the prices they charge.

I love the food here is amazing but the reason I'm giving it a one star is because the won't deliver to me anymore and when I ask why they I'm black listed and when I ask why am I black listed they never give me a answer or a reason and keep telling me there gonna speak to the manager which they don't so I'm just gonna leave this one star here till they decided to contact me and we can sort things out

Just Eat did not send my order to the takeaway place. They had no idea and struggled to find my order. food arrived a lot later than expected due to a system error. really not impressed!

Had a number of problems with papa johns with almost every order. Today they contacted us saying they didn't have some items which we ordered. This is bizarre as they should take it of just eat menu once they are out. Her excuse was they close in 45mins so they wouldn't take it of there. with no apology she said there's nothing we can do for you so contact just eat for a refund. she was rather rude and has put us of using papa johns again which is a shame because the food is always good

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Customer Service was pretty sketchy when I called them. Very dismissive and unhelpful. On the plus side, pizza was lovely and piping hot. Just a shame the delivery and service was so bad. It will make me think about ordering from here again.

Order was supposed to arrive at 18:05 originally, bearing in mind I ordered at 17:10, not only was 5 minutes added to waiting time which is fine, when I checked at 18:20 where my order was the page said it had been delivered! Had to phone shop not once but twice before my food arrived around 19:00!! Really disappointed with how late my food arrived.

Food is lovely but on couple occasions now delivery has been way over the stated time .

Never ordered from papa johns before but so glad I did, quick delivery, reasonable prices, friendly delivery man and stunning food! Thank you papa johns, we will definitely order again soon! X

wasn't the greatest of pizza's I've had! Cheese was to stringy, had to warm the pizza back up when it got delivered, not happy! 😡

Normally I praise you but this time what a massive disappointment app said food was delivered at 8.15 at 8.30 still no sign so called restaurant they said it would be 5 mins if not then to reorder ( that wasn't going to happen as I would be charged again) called again at 8.40 was told delivery guy was out side ( he wasn't) turned up 5 mins later then realised that not only did we have our order ( which was freezing ) but we also had somebody else's wouldn't recommend based on tonight's

Took over two hours from Order to delivery when phoned to say was waiting over one hour was told delivery would be with me soon and still took 45 minutes will never use again absolutely terrible service

Order arrived 20 mins earlier than expected and was all in order. Can't fault it.

Pizza was lovely! Wedges were soft and undercooked Pizza garlic sauce wasn't the nicest! Didn't fill me up hence the fact I'm back on here ordering.. Wouldn't recommend

Terrible , ordered at 8:10pm had to ring at 9:15pm to ask where it was as expected time was 8:55pm, they told us 10 mins and then 9:45 turned up with no drink and missing a Cookie

I have always had excellent service and amazing food from Papa John's it's one of our favourite places to order from!!

Was not impressed at all, what i orderd was not all on the pizza, i orderd the works plus spicy beef and meatballs. I got the meatballs, no spicy beef, and the topings that come on the pizza wernt all there either!!!!! Plus the wedges were not cooked properly and gave me a nasty special garlic when i orderd garlic and herb. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!

I had no bacon on my pizza which i had ordered it was late and luke warm.

Didn't deliver. Had to phone the takeaway to find that the deliverer apparently tried to know, yet we heard no knock and was told I would get a call back within a minute. Never had that call after 30 minutes so I called again and was told it will be made and sent out. Awful service, no apology, nothing to compensate the bad phone service and not even a free drink to compensate for the delay. Do not recommend if you are getting delivery

Didn't really enjoy it, wasn't as good as I had been told by others. Also got my order messed up, gave me 2 wrong meals.

Lovely food but my order was delivered 2 hours late, when I finally received my order they gave me the wrong order, I then phoned them and asked them to send me the right order and had to wait another hour and a half. Staff were polite about it and food is very good but the time I had to wait for the food was absolutely terrible

All round fantastic service! The delivery driver was great! Went out of his way, I didn't have any cash in or I'd have tipped him

Have never fault the service before but this time status stated that food had been delivered when it hadn't and it was late ( as New Year's Eve though was expecting it too be late) but wasn't happy when it was delivered asking for payment when I had already paid on site

Ordered food, took 2hrs to arrive.

After paying £18 for a single Spicy Pulled Pork Large Pizza one would expect to have at least a fair amount of topping on the Pizza, but no. My pizza had less chunks of pulled pork on it than I have fingers on one hand. Complete rip off. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again, they're incredibly shy with the toppings.

It was nt good at all! I had wedges with no dip even though on the website it makes you choice one to go with them... It was 20 minutes early so had to leave it go cold.. Wasn't nice chicken at all. Hard wedges

Food was good, especially for the price as they have fantastic offers. The pizzas were well topped (good quantity of topping, and evenly spread out). Sides were also good, particularly enjoyed the jalapeno bites. Delivery guy was polite and chatty. Will definitely consider Papa John's when ordering a pizza again.

I don't usually write reviews but after finding a bolt nut in my pizza last night I thought I'd leave this here as a word of warning for anyone thinking about ordering from this disgusting restaurant. Avoid this place like the plague, they give the Papa John's franchise a bad name.

The tandoori spice pizza very poor... The sausage and pepperoni was dry more like carboard.. Garlic bread was fine... Overall very disappointed... Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

The food was delicious and the delivery time was half of what had been specified. Excellent service.

Paid for extra bacon expecting bacon on the pizza, but all that was on it was the tiniest piece of bacon on one slice of the pizza, the chocolate lava cake was freezing cold. Not happy at all.

Thought I'd give Papa Johns a try... The pizza wasn't bad. However my delivery arrived around twenty minutes after the time expected and was missing my bottle of pop which was already paid for by card. I don't understand how it's possible to mess up a two item order. The driver gave a slight apology but did not offer to go get the drink or refund the £1.99. I normally would of questioned this but was far too hungover to deal with the situation. I was actually looking forward to the drink more than the food. So effectively Papa John has robbed me of two pounds. It's a shame the service was so bad as I quite enjoyed the pizza.

Appalling service. No delivery, then they did not answer the phone when called multiple times. Very disappointing - obviously do not understand the basics of supply and demand. Avoid.

Awful pizza that was clearly reheated. Tasted like something I pulled from the micro from the night before. Sore would not answer phone to arrange replacement. Never again. A shame because the last one was great.

Outstanding pizza STACKED with topping, delivered in good time and at a good price. What more could anyone want. (stay away from buffalo dip though - it's nasty)

It took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive by which time it was cold and almost inedible. The order was also wrong as the extra toppings (which I'd paid for were missing). It also looked like it been dropped as it was folded over on itself and had stuck together. Not a great experience.

Lovely pizza! Will definitely order in future. I must say though that I was a little confused with the 'Garlic Sauce' as it just tasted like melted butter. No big deal though.

Heard a lot about Pappa Johns so I had high hopes. Sadly I was very disappointed, delivery was 20 mins late. The pizza was barely warm, 8 slices of pepperoni on a 10 slice pizza compared to domino's 3 slices per slice. The pepperoni was wafer thin too, frozen pizzas are decorated with more pride which is really sad.The pizza itself was ok but crazy for the price.
