Papa John's in Tower Hamlets

I’ve had a few takeaway deliveries from here when working nearby. The pizzas always come on time and taste really good, no complaints

I forgot to add a side to the order I placed online so I immediately called the branch (within 2 minutes of placing the order) and despite my repeated request, they refused to cancel or amend the order and asked me to 'do whatever you want'. On multiple occasions, they have mixed up my order and I have still given them a benefit of doubt but this is absolutely unacceptable.

2 hours, still waiting, apparently now they have closed no answer no help,

Where is my order???? It is not late I have not even received it!!!

Ordered pizza and first delivery time was 19.15, that changed to 19.30 which is fine I get that they could be busy. Rang at 19.40 asking where it was and it was 1min away. Restaurant rang and said driver was outside…… stood outside and nobody there. Rang restaurant back who then called the driver who said he was at reception waiting (which is where I was stood). Restaurant gave me the drivers number to call him direct and he said he’ll be here in 2mins. I watched him pull into the car park at 20.00, no apology etc which I can deal with. My food was stone cold. I have no idea what the driver was doing but he was 100% not here and 100% very late. Bad experience really. One positive the restaurant was very polite. Won’t be ordering again.

First order got send to different address had to phone up twice about my order will not be using again

It took 30 extra minutes in addition to the informed time to have my order delivered.

That was a joke from perspective of receiving that food, can't contact restaurant / no one is answering/ just eat support is useless. Bin waiting 45 min and driver arrived happy with cold af pizza.

Delivery time changed to later. Waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Food was stone cold when it arrived. We were staying at the Hampton by hilton which is 10 mins from restaurant and unable to reheat anywhere so both the pizza and potato tots with cheese ended in the bin. Very disappointed

The cost is barbaric and the delivery time from the beginning was abysmal

The worst Place ever, the food was freaking cold and the guy delivered food left it with random person as he "couldn't get hold of me" on top of it I don't know how the app works if the restaurant updates the steps or what but it was not updating at all. It went from order confirmed to order delivered 1h after it actually was delivered to another person.

the pizzas did not get pick by the delivery driver and i was told it will i will still my pizzas im still waiting.

The food was cold and missed one item. The deliver said I will bring the missing item and he did not come back.

Waited for over an hour for food, when the driver did arrive they had a totally different order & came to the wrong address. Phoned the restaurant back & got put on hold for quite some time. Whilst on hold another driver arrived with the correct order which was cold & rubbery. Very disappointed with the restaurant & their service.

I never received this order and was told afterwards there is only a 72 hour window for refunds which is stated on their website but not the delivery confirmation email. Please contact me ASAP to process a full refund for the order I did not receive. Thanks!

The food was good. Very annoying to find out after I placed the order that Papa John’s were offering 40% off but this wasn’t offered on Just Eat. Where does that £20 I could have saved go? I assume it’s pocketed by Just Eat

Smooth process, food very good and delivery only a couple of minutes late so perfectly acceptable

Tried to order 2 dessert items and not only was the driver late however he never even pressed the bell and when I called the complain about it and enquire into what else could be done the person on the phone hung up on me and refused to pick up my calls afterwards, I've had to send an email to get my order refunded

Cada vez que hago un pedido a esta empresa, falta un artículo. Generalmente el helado. Una vez que ordené dos veces por error, pedí que me reembolsaran, pero no fue así.

The vegan pizza is easily the best vegan pizza I have tasted at any place it’s soo creamy and I really enjoyed it. There was an issue that meant my address was printed incorrectly on the order leading to Mis-delivery and repeating the order therefore it was late but I won’t fault the staff for this. My only recommendation is I called after I saw the driver at the first address - the issue could have been caught 40 minutes earlier.

Not good on the delivery time

Delivery person was rude on the intercom when I was giving instructions to my late floor. Not happy with that person, also good was late by 30 min and cold

First and certainly last time ordering from this particular franchise in Docklands. Abysmal food and delivery. Pepperoni pizza arrived stone cold, well done(not in a good way) and tomato sauce tasted like ketchup with pieces of pepperoni tossed on top. Shocking!! Binned and one disappointed child frustratingly back to the drawing board.

Toppings where wrong on the app. When the item arrived I found out there were two ingredients that weren’t listed one of which I can’t eat. I called the restaurant and they did not help at all, nor they tried to amend my order or give me a refund. Very disappointing, I doubt I will be ordering again

In complete order he never brought me the drink so had to go back and collect it. I'm still waiting for the drink to be delievered I haven't classes that in the delivery for 20 minutes late. The food is also cold. And random empty boxes were delivered too.

Food was nearly 30minutes late and the seal wasn’t closed for the pizza which they put on it normally.

Pizza was nice. Just needs more flavour in the base sauce in my view like Domino Pizza sauce.

The pizza wasn't fresh at all. Everyone knows what fresh is and i only wonder how long this restaurant thinks it will be able to survive selling stale food.

Pedí una pizza con dos lados. Llegaron más rápido de lo habitual, pero la comida no estaba bien preparada (obviamente). Entonces llamé para quejarme y me dijeron que iban a enviar otra pizza que nunca llegó. Ya no ordeno de ellos. Adiós

Can’t fault the pizza but when you order a pizza and 2 sides and only the pizza arrives it’s a bit annoying, how can you muck up an order of 3 items ? It’s not rocket science . Apparently it was the drivers fault ! Luckily I’m only 5 mins away by bike but whennthe sides came they were Luke warm. I rang up and complained and got Told Next time I ring I’ll get 2 Free sides. We shall see !

Ordered pizza from Papa johns... should be a very good pizza, but the delivery guy turned up smoking! Put his hand which was holding the cig into the pizza bag!.. horrendous avoid at all costs

Worst pizza I have ever had from this particular branch. Don’t think it was cooked well and to top it up I asked for a barbecue base and they just literally poured barbecue sauces on top of the pizza.the wedges were undercook and the barbecue wings look under cook with source just poured on top. Will never been eating from there again. Just to add I this is not a reflection on other papa johns banches as I have had pizza from other branches before and it was really good.

I ordered Garlic bread and it was bare butters so buttery butters just too butters I don’t know why it was so butters

From my experience this is the best food I have tasted in any restaurant so I would recommend anyone to order there food from Papa John's 👌

Food was over an hour later than suggested online and nearly 40 minutes later than the restaurant had said, i was waiting around in the cold for it to arrive, when it did the driver was friendly but the pizza was lukewarm at best. My first experience with Just Eat and based on that I will not use the service again or recommend it.

Disappointed!! The chicken was coated with sugar, not nice. The pizza soggy, not crispy for thin option. The lava cake do not order!! It's £1 cheaper than the brownie and like 1/10th of the size. Note to self don't order from here again!!

Ice cream melted, brownies cold and forgot our drink( did come back with it 40 mins later). Said it was delivered at 20:10, was delivered at 20:35, drink at 21:15. Disappointing as usually have no problems with papa johns.

Apart from getting full pepsi instead of the pepsi max we ordered, no issues, delivered to our hotel and called as requested.

A little delayed, my name spelled wrong, wedges were burnt and the pizza had obviously been sideways as the cheese was all on one side.

I PAID £39.49 FOR 1 PIZZA. What I thought were side orders were "extra" fillings. The annoying bit was the Pizza did not reflect the price. Utter rubbish .

The Driver called us telling 25mins .We waited for more than two hours but the delivery did not come. We called the driver again for several times he refused to pick up the phone.

The pizza was not held flat and was missing a slice. It was a half/half pizza and everything inside , got mashed together. I will never order from Papa John's Docklands again.

Rubbish deliver service, late 50 mins

I receive my food coold and the driver was late 40 min . is the last time when I order to papa john s ! ps. Is not the first time when I order and my food is coming late .

We tried to place an online order to get the £10 off deal, but the website wasn't working. When I telephoned, the helpful staff said they would honour the deal and when I said we would collect, even took more money off. As we were visitors to London we got really lost trying to find the shop, as our phone sat nav was glitching. The lady phoned us to tell us our pizzas were ready, and was really helpful trying to help us find them. In the end, she recognised where we were and sent a driver to find us. We were so relieved when we saw him whizzing round the corner! Didn't even ask for the extra delivery money back. We were rushing as we were going to a function, so their helpful attitude save the whole weekend as we would have missed it. The kids said it was the best pizza and garlic bread they have ever had. Thank you Papa Johns!!

The pizza is OK but the frozen yogurt is crack in a tub be careful you really can't stop... Order two tubs!

It was the worst box of BBQ chicken I ever had. Unfortunately we ordered 3 boxes and all of them were blant, cold, thick unappetising soft skin that was just too awful to eat. It took several mint teas to get rid of the nasty taste. I wish we didn't order these and I would never ever will again.

Loved the food everything was perfect

My order was 45mins late, I gave instructions for the driver to ring me as our intercom system doesn't work. No one did so he left. And the shop shut and wouldn't answer even though I rang to check the message had been received about ringing. Once it finally arrived after the delivery man text me the food was cold and my sides which I have paid for weren't there. All in all my first experience with papa johns and last.

Sicuramente nulla a che vedere con le pizze Italiane ma non dispiace affatto. Purtroppo manca la possibilità di consumare li all'interno del locale, il che non sarebbe male. Prezzi un po'alti.

The delivery took over an hour, then they forgot my drink. After turning down the offer of them to go back and get it (for all I know it could have taken another hour) they did show up an hour and a half later, 10:30pm at this point, to deliver a bottle of pepsi. Not customer service, more rather uncomfortable considering we'd already been in bed and had to open the door this late. Ridiculous!!

Good food, shame the delivery driver was late and didnt even have the extra garlic and herb dip i paid for. Wont go to this store again.

在英国其实pizza express比papa john's更出名，不过个人觉得papa john's性价比更高。伦敦的跟中国的菜单差不多，招牌的芝士面包条还是必点。预算不多，对食物和环境要求不是很高的，这里是不错的选择。

Quick delivery and hot and spicy pizza. They even changed the order after I changed my mind to go for a half and half and with the deal they had of 9.99 any large pizza. Can't complain
