Pizza Plus in South Norfolk

Ordered at 8 o'clock kept calling after an hour and they still didn't have my ordered cooked what a joke cancelled my order after calling then up an hour later saying its going to take 30-45 mins to deliver

If only we had read the reviews !!!! Horrific.. Do people really eat this food???? Late delivery!! £31.10 !!! Burnt pizza, burnt kabab lamb .. chips !! Brake your teeth Im sure 😳 worst takeaway I've ever had!! All cold!! And curly spice chip in with the fries ( cooking them in the same frier!! ) Terrible!! Allergies!!!! BAD!! Shameful that someone could cook this and be happy to send it out to there customers!!!! Highly disappointed!! And even to the point of needing a food inspection maybe you need some guidance!!! World's crappiest food, literally diabolical, I've never eaten such rubbish in my life. I wouldn't even give this to a homeless person. Not only was the food late, it was stone cold when it arrived. The chips were hard as rock, unchewable and like plastic. To be fair, it would be easier to chew plastic play food. The burger was cold, tough and no better than a rustlers..... The pot of burger sauce was runny and tasted nothing like how it should ... The pizza was also stone cold, and the pizza was topped with cheap pasta bake style sauce and barely any ham. (Ham & Pineapple). Do not order from here, you'll be thourghly disappointed. Do not waste your money.

Service was awful. Very late delivery

Awful staff rude and laughing at me when they decided to cancel my order after removing the money still awaiting a refund. It states no minimum order and from £3delivery I spent £17 with £5 delivery but they said it's £20 minimum 🤣😂

Have ordered here quite a bit and hasn't failed to impress yet. From pizza to burgers to chicken, it all is awesome tasting!

ordered a pizza through just eat and it arrived totally burnt uneatable We rang them up and there attitude is they were too busy sorry but at the end of the day it dosent matter how busy you are you need to ensure the food your sending is good quality not burnt and uneatable you couldn't even send another pizza out

Food was a bit late but they apologised profusely and gave free cake and cola.. food was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait!

First time ordering from here, ordered in advance on a Friday and it turned up bang on time so 5 stars for that. I got the mixed kebab 1 and curly fries and it was a good temperature and an okay price, I’ve had better mixed kebabs for £10 but would possibly order again to fill a kebab craving. My partner ordered just fries but they arrived cold and the cheesecake was still frozen solid, rang the store and they fixed it for me so 5 stars for customer service. They just lose stars as the quality is mediocre, if I had had 5 or 6 pints it probably would have been 5 stars.

Few confused orders in the past and variable quality. Tonight missed part of an order so no food for one of us. These things happen, so called and they said would be sent out, but never arrived. Not good enough.

Waited an hour for delivery. then waited 1 hour 15 minutes whilst calling the shop 75 times only to get answer phone every time still no food just ordered again on the app and they've accepted the order. Absolute joke of a fast food service

Delivery was going to be 1 hr 30mins so husband went to collect as would be quicker, firstly no one in the building apart from my husband were wearing masks (customers collecting food or staff) secondly we ordered chicken burgers no salad, just mayo, got food home, dished up and had salad with no mayo, so order was wrong but corrected at home, next the buns were basically cremated within an inch of their lives, chicken was so dry that after a couple of mouthfuls burgers ended up in the bin as inedible, also ordered mozzarella sticks which were also so over cooked they had no cheese left in them! This happened on our last order too but thought we would give the benefit of doubt and try again, will however not be ordering/getting food from here again! Complete waste of £16!!

Literally the worst take away I’ve ever had. I’m a fat fella, so have plenty of experience with takeaways. This place has consistently been the worst but tonight tops it. Requested a 19:00 delivery through the app, it turned up at 18:00. Doner kebab was cold and crunchy! Lettuce on the salad was brown and the cucumber was dry and shrivelled up and was the same for my Mrs kebab wrap! Add to that the chicken I had also was dry and clearly from at least yesterday all equals an absolute waste of £27!! When I’ve been in collecting food before, I’ve watched them just hang up on customers on the phone, so knew there was no point calling to complain. Have had previous orders that they delivered consistently wrong and when the right bits did arrive, they were cold!! My honest advice, avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered a pizza delivery to wingfield today, absolutely disgusted with the delivery driver. Wingfield is 5.3 miles away from Harleston, not 8! You come to my door was nothing but rude telling me not to order again because YOU got lost we order from pizza plus delivery at least once a week and have never been told we can’t order! Also, you chucked my drinks on the floor and almost dropped my pizza, then after your rudeness and already adding extra money onto my bill without telling me despite this never happening before you didn’t have the change and I had to over pay even after he was nothing but pure rude to me. Our orders come to at least £30 each time we order so there should not be a problem and you’ve just lost some loyal customers.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ordered from. When ordering from this company the delivery driver refused to get out his car to deliver the food because it was raining. Instead he sat outside and beeped his horn until one of use came outside. When calling the actually pizza shop to give them feed back. They hung up on me. They were rude and just down right disrespectful. The food is cold. Don't bother buying food from here it's not worth the Hassel or cost.

Over cooked and dry and cold Came really quick Not a lot of cheese Or pepperoni on it. Was much nicer on previous orders when I had the chicken that was perfect so I recommend that

Great variety of food available

Used it over the years for Pizza when working late but the quality gets worse, even a random lunch for a burger its cold and wet. Friday we picked up 2 wraps as other places swamped and here was empty. Staff watching TV or on the phone to loved ones.The food iteself when tasted was cold, fatty so we fed it to the dog.

Hit and miss, it can be really great tasty food, but I’ve had some not so nice take aways from here too.... sometimes you can taste the worktop cleaner in the pizza, as if the dough has been rolled out on a freshly cleaned surface, which at least reassures you of cleanliness, but I’d rather not taste it in my pizza - this wasn’t a one off it’s happened several times. The chicken strips are usually very tasty. Better off having a delivery as if you order on the phone to collect at a certain time it’s never ready.

Very fast, very fresh and absolutely delicious

We ordered for the first time a couple of days ago from here at lunchtime and this was the nearest place open for delivering food. We did have to wait about an hour and a half for it and we lived a little way away from the shop but the food was nice, we ordered burgers and chips and some hot wings, the chips were piping hot and the burgers but the chicken was only warm but was still nice. We would order again as we really enjoyed it and we really liked the chips.

Food is All way good fresh hot nothing not a problem to them it's our choose when we have take out. Stuffed crust are fab.

Ordered a large combo kebab through just eat from here. States that it comes with rice and coleslaw. Kebab was anything but large! £6.90!!! And Infact it was typical to a small that I have had other places. There was NO rice and coleslaw either. When I rang up to complain the manager wouldnt shut his trap or listen and then hung up on me. Disgusting. Won't use again.

Definitely the best pizza in East Anglia! Really nice people, great food, can't fault it! The only downside is too many people know about them now and they are so busy sometimes!
