Pizza Plus in South Norfolk

Is this the worst takeaway in the UK? Awful, awful takeaway. The meat is so undercooked I'm surprised the chicken didn't fly off! A bit like Kane's shot at goal, The chips taste more like cardboard and the price isn't even that cheap. Food didn't look like the pictures, Poor service, Rude Owner and overpriced food in that it costs money! There is a reason its always empty, avoid at any cost!!

Pizzas were definitely overdone and weren't the best tasting. Had better frozen pizzas. Also overcharged us aswell

First visit, impressive greeting from staff. We ordered kebab meat meals, and ribs'n'chips. Disappointed with mayo sauce and lack of sidesalad, which I thought was part of the deal. Otherwise food was cooked well and tasty. Maybe it'll be the pizza next time.

Ordered for delivery from 715- 745. Hadn't arrived by 8pm so called. I was told it was with the driver. Called again at 815 to be told there was a mix up and it would arrive in 20 mins. Called again at 855 to request refund. None issued at 0800 this morning. Terrible service and lied to by guy at shop and delivery driver when it eventually did arrive after 9pm.by which we'd eaten

Chips were hard Pizza sauce tasted yuk didnt like it

Ordered pizza, was appalled when I got home to find all the cheese had come off the pizza, took back and they replaced it. Won't be using this shoo again, staff are unshaven and look dirty. All boxes for pizza are placed all over the shop sitting area, very unhygienic. This place needs someone to come in and give them a star rating cause its definately not a 5. Floor is dirty, pure laziness.

Much better experience this time round. Nothing was missed from my order, and food was properly cooked.

When ordering, the app said 35-45 mins delivery….it took at least 1.5hrs. It was all cold when it arrived. The pizza topping was patchy….there was parts that didn’t even have cheese on!!

Ordered at 8 o'clock kept calling after an hour and they still didn't have my ordered cooked what a joke cancelled my order after calling then up an hour later saying its going to take 30-45 mins to deliver

great food as always, but an item was forgotten. I'd never usually let that influence my rating, but seeing as this is not the first, second or third time it's happened, I can't help but let it remove a couple of stars.

From time of ordering to time it was delivered 1hr 45min. By the time food was delivered it was virtually cold. Also the pizzas and pitta bread was burnt. Overall, a very poor quality meal for the money spent.

Cold chicken inside a burnt wrap! Chips seasoned far too much! Best meal was probably the kids meal (even though the pizza was cold)!

Really sorry, we've never complained before and we use you alot! Chips were hard and inedible and the chicken burger was not a burger but consisted of itty bitty bits of chicken. The mayo was different to the usual sort and tasted cheap and vinegary. The order took almost 2 hours to get to us. We spent £46 and feel that on this occasion the food and service provided was not good value for money.

Food was amazing as it always is, but unfortunately they sent a wrong dessert. Other than that, loved it.

This is the best pizza in East Anglia - always fantastic service and fantastic food, cannot recommend highly enough. Shameful that someone could cook this and be happy to send it out to there customers!!!! Highly disappointed!! And even to the point of needing a food inspection maybe you need some guidance!!! Everything was stone cold, had to heat it up myself, baring in mind we live 10 minutes away. Chicken was hard also!

I ordered steak and they called and said they had none left so I changed to kebab which was over £5 cheaper & never received anything back.

Shockingly bad. Do not order as they took two hours to deliver and only knocked off £1.50. Refused to pay full amount . Chips in edible and pizzas horrible . Do not get food from here. Should be a minus star rating

Nuggets didn't taste like cooked through so couldn't eat them so was a waste Pizza was burnt and rock hard on bottom Chips was hard like eatting bricks Usually like eatting here but tonight wasn't great I couldn't eat any of it so was a waste of my money I had 4 nuggets out of 12 as couldn't give them to anyone Would be nice if I bad a refund as it was horrible

My son choked on the chips they was that chewy was like cardboard burgers so small never eat from there again

The food was late by about 25 mins and had to chase it up. When it arrived it was cold and half of the order was wrong. My order was meant to come with rice but instead I got a mixture of cold chips and curly fries. No apologies either.

Asked bbq base but the chef made mistake and put tomato base on then covered with bbq sauce and cheese to cover up the mistake. This is not the first time this happened too.

Order took nearly 2 hours to come. When the pizza turned up it was both dry and cold.

Ordered on app while we were on our way home after a long day out. Ordered to coincide with our passing of Pizza Plus at 7.05pm. App said it would be ready at 7.05pm. When we got to takeaway, nobody knew of our order. I produced and showed Just Eat confirmation on my phone and collection time - still nobody knew of the order. It was eventually found uncooked. I was told at 7.08pm that it would be five minutes as they pushed it in to the oven. I left the takeaway at 7.20pm.

Quick delivery. Chips good. The pictures show wood fired pizza but this is not the case. Pizza is deep pan style.

Food was late which wasn't an issue, but there were no updates which was frustrating. Food was ok, but chicken a little bit overdone and I'm not a fan of the new pizza sauce. Would still buy again, because I'm sure they're just busy and struggling with the heat

World's crappiest food, literally diabolical, I've never eaten such rubbish in my life. I wouldn't even give this to a homeless person. Not only was the food late, it was stone cold when it arrived. The chips were hard as rock, unchewable and like plastic. To be fair, it would be easier to chew plastic play food. The burger was cold, tough and no better than a rustlers..... The pot of burger sauce was runny and tasted nothing like how it should ... The pizza was also stone cold, and the pizza was topped with cheap pasta bake style sauce and barely any ham. (Ham & Pineapple). Do not order from here, you'll be thourghly disappointed. Do not waste your money.

Paid £5 for delivery and was an hour late. Pizza was really thick dough and just not enjoyable.

Awful staff rude and laughing at me when they decided to cancel my order after removing the money still awaiting a refund. It states no minimum order and from £3delivery I spent £17 with £5 delivery but they said it's £20 minimum 🤣😂

Food came two hours after ordering, it had been marked as delivered an hour before arriving. Called the restaurant to ask where it was, they said it had just left, another half hour later the food arrived cold. The quality was good, their chicken shish is always great but waiting two hours for two little kebabs is just insane.

Burger had too much tomato sauce, so this plus the fact it had been sitting in a plastic bag for quite some time (order was 45 mins after end of delivery time slot) meant roll was so soggy it fell apart and I couldn't eat the burger without a knife & fork...the roll itself was mostly inedible. The chips were hard and cold. I was offered a £4.50 credit by just eat, but that doesn't even cover the service & delivery charge. I definitely would not recommend!

Have ordered here quite a bit and hasn't failed to impress yet. From pizza to burgers to chicken, it all is awesome tasting!

The feta cheese in my salad was off it tasted sour

ordered a pizza through just eat and it arrived totally burnt uneatable We rang them up and there attitude is they were too busy sorry but at the end of the day it dosent matter how busy you are you need to ensure the food your sending is good quality not burnt and uneatable you couldn't even send another pizza out

Order was late. Order was cold. Pizza was burnt. Portions were small for the price paid. Missed off drinks. Drinks were also placed in hot food so drinks were warm and food was cold.

I live 15 mins away by car. Your app said ready at 8pm. A text was received at 7.42pm saying it was ready. I immediately jumped in the car and sped to the pizza parlour. When I got it home, pizza was dry and overcooked. Very disappointed.
