Haven't had a bad take out yet.

The most awful Chicken Donor kebab I’ve ever had. What an utter joke. I’ll not be returning. £18.80 delivered for that thing you see in the photo.

I ordered food from this restaurant several times but each time it got worse. The pizza was very oily and had bad ingredients. The kebab is often old and reheated the next day. The fries on my last order were old and black. They were ready to be thrown away! I do not recommend

Had fair meal yesterday and thought it must have been an off day as I use this place regularly And the portion of doner meat was so small I was so disappointed. But I have just ordered a large portion of cheesy chips at£5.40 and it wouldn't feed a child. Guess it's time to look elsewhere...

Last summer I ordered a pizza from this shop and whilst I was waiting by the window a traveler came into the shop and handed the big guy making my pizza something and talked really quiet so I couldn't hear them. I saw the guy put liquid from a small white plastic tube in the pizza sauce. When I sat by the river to eat it all my teeth started to fall out and my gums came apart.. it was battery acid... They poisoned me on purpose. I'm looking into suing them. It turns out the staff sell and take crack cocaine too ..

The real taste is wonderful. I recommend you to try it.

I sat in , ate a 14 inch meat feast - no complaints from me

Great to wait around in when you need food at ungodly hours of the night.

Waited more then hour for our food to come cold and soggy and one wrap was ment to have no sauce in it and the other one to have sauce in it and the chips were manky I don't recommend anyone to buy from here if u don't want to get ill as we have always had a problem with there food worse food ever

Great find. Bought two 9" Pizzas as we were passing on our way home, ordered in advance using their website. Easy to use website and quick checkout. Piping hot on collection, and great customer service. My daughters even said it was the best pizza they'd ever had. 😋

The best kebab shop I have ever used probably, always punctual cooking, great communication giving me exactly how and what I ask for, and excellent tasting food not to mention absolutely brilliant value for money. And all the staff are genuinely lovely people, thanks guys I look forward to many more delicious meals here!

Ordered and collected 2 x done kebabs opened 3 mins later to find them both clap cold and not worth eating I will never use these again

Went in and ordered 2 chicken wraps 1 cheesy chips and a portion of regular chips. Chicken was over cooked and could not eat as had the texture of rubber and the cheese tasted off. Called the shop and said we weren't happy explained what was wrong and got told that this can't be right and that I was basically lying them when I said I wanted a refund as I'm not happy got told to do whatever I wanted... I am not happy and this is extremely bad customer service. Its ashame I cannot post pictures.

Very poor combination kebab, less meat served than a single…. Salad stingy as well…. + price hike from advertised on board…. Phoned to complain/inform of this when home & was told is what it is…. 2nd bad expensive mistake grabbing something from this place… won’t be risking a 3rd

The food is terrible from here now. They have a nasty habit of pre- cooking a lot of the items, and just recently I've had two chicken kebabs from here, that were almost inedible. The pitta bread was cold and like cardboard, and the chicken was barely luke warm, and quite tough, from not being freshly cooked. Given how much they charge for their food, it should be spot on. I definitely will NOT be eating from here again.

MASSIVE selection of top quality food cooked fresh and have will customise your items as per requested. Staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. A++

Well… ordered food at 4:30 and turned up at 6, the pizza was cold, the nuggets were mushy like the chips, the chicken kebab was wrong. Very disappointed as this isn’t the first time. Also was a expensive order which turned out rubbish

The worst pizza I’ve ever had order was all wrong pizza cold pepperoni was burnt and had no deliver drivers I paid £30 and was not well spent never again am I going there I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone Morrisons pizza it is for now on !

It took 1 1/2 hours and 2 extra phone calls to then receive the wrong order I ordered a 14 inch pizza 2 large chips A special chicken kebab A quarter pounder I got charged £59 and it should have been £44 a total rip of wouldn't recommend it I didn't get what I ordered When you phone them up they tell you that you ordered the total opposite to what you actually ordered

I have ordered from this pizza place a few times. Don’t get me wrong when it eventually does turn up hot it is nice but for the past 2 months I have orrded it has turned up late or a smaller order and anyone that has children knows when you have 4 children and they turn up for pizza with 2 children and a £2 coin in their hand saying my bad ain’t gonna feed my children. When phoning them back they say sorry I will give you a bottle of coke next time 🤦‍♀️ Mate how’s that feeding my kids today ? It’s not In and not right you shouldn’t take peoples money if you can’t deliver the food!!!!

Ordered a kebab and asked for salad and a pot of mayo garlic sauce,we got the delivery, no salad on kebab and no garlic sauce,tried to call them and let them know-suprise suprise not ansewing the phone🤔

I ordered 30 pounds worth of food and it looked like 10 pounds worth from any other takeaway the portions are like childs portions will certainly never use it again

Incompetent. Nearly every order something missing, usually atleast 50% of my order is cold, the pizza is different every time. Doner kebabs are either dripping with grease or pita bread dry and crumbly.

Great place giving away free kebabs

Lovely food fairly priced. A very kind and helpful couple run this place, who's names I have not asked, and also the launderette next door but one. Wet washes and dry cleaning. So if you need change for the washing machine or dryer, they will gladly help you out. Both places are kept spotless, and there is short term parking right outside. Support local business, go check it out.

I’m not a hugh lover of pizza but we were staying locally and decided on a takeaway, husband enjoys them so thought I’d give it a try. Ordered online order was ready on time and both pizzas were great, will definitely order again when we’re back in the area

Poor. No decent vegan options, ended up ordering vegetable kebab which consisted of 2 whole mushrooms, a roughly chopped onion and 1 piece of pepper (all fried?) chucked in a pitta, no sauce or seasoning, with a LOAD of salad dumped on top. Also had 2 appetisers which were equally poor and took zero skill to create. My partner was also unimpressed with her meal. Highly overpriced too, twice the price as a same size meal from other Diss takeaways. Won't be using again.

Ok so the service was good and the staff were friendly. Ordered a large kebab and large chips and they tasted really nice however they were tiny! I wouldn’t go again as it’s just not worth the money.

Waiting time was longer than said, I asked for onions with my chicken kebab they gave me it with my dinner kebab instead after stating no salad on that also asked for sauce on chicken and didn't get any at all, also asked for a separate sauce but didn't get any Not a great first experience

Ordered food online at 7 stated 45 minute delivery time immediately got email to say 15 minute delay phoned at 8.15 and was told would be delivered soon eventually arrived at 9 part of order missing and the rest was cold phoned and complained and received another lot of food at 9 15 which in fairness was nice unfortunately very poor service

Unfortunately the worst pizza I've ever had, not only 1hr 30mins late...it was lukewarm and tasted awful. The base was like Cardboard, tasted and looked stale/old, cheese wasn't melted fully and sauce was all clumpy. Just a disaster, arrived too late to ring and complain. Such a shame as I won't be ordering from them again

Last few orders the Pizza always seems to be way too overdone underneath. Gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but no more. Maybe it's just how they cook their pizza? If so it's just not for me sorry!

Amazing food, fantastic service. Efficient, courteous and welcoming. Adhered to recent corona guidelines rigidly whilst still managing to offer an impeccable service! My first visit to Pizza Plus, but it most certainly won't be my last! Definitely worth the drive from Linstead to Diss for the quality of food we received.. The kebab and pizzas were still warm and fresh after a 20 minute drive home (with an extra 10 minutes at least, before the kebab was opened and consumed, which was still warm and not even the slightest bit wet from condensation you usually get from wrapped up takeaway food) All around amazing service.

I wish I could give it -5 stars got to be the worst kebab I have ever eaten it was so try it was rock hard and I had to throw it in the bin how is is this place allowed trade I don't know

Stingy portion sizes, over inflated price. Food was nice though. The meat portion for a large could be passed off as small. I might as well had pitta salad garnished with donor meat it was that small. For the price it's not great value

Friendly accommodating always make you feel welcome. Food is always delivered hot by friendly chap. When I had a head injury and gad to learn to speak again , they were always very patient with me over the phone. Occassionally they will include onions when asked not to. However the good points always out weigh that short fall. Its as always always very clean. Generally you could want a better local take away. Keep up the good work guys. Mind you they have maintained their high standard n oi w for years and years so it's like second nature to them by know. The owner is a great guy he always finds time to talk to you and make you feel important..I faint shout their praise loud enough.

I found the 9-inch thin crust pepperoni plus pizza very oily - the pizza base was soaked through with fat from the cheese and pepperoni - quite unpleasant. The 9-inch thin crust triple mushroom pizza my partner had was okay, but again fatty and not a great tasting product. All in all we were underwhelmed.

Yet another delay on the train back from work has one bright side - it's a reason to pick up a kebab on the way home from Pizza Plus. Normally go for a doner - making choices after a long day isn't ideal - loads of meat, well flavoured and not at all greasy, crisp fresh salad and sauce if you want it - definitely one of the best kebabs I have had and consistently good.

Aside from their app being a bit glitchy and then them not having the order when we went to pick it up, the food was lovely.

A couple of times over the past few weeks had a large kebab but to be honest seems to be cutting corners in regards to quantity, it wouldn't even make a small in some of the kebab shops I go to

Ordered 2 ‘kebabs’ and some wings with chips which were absolutely terrible ! One kebab arrived without any sauce. Paid £17 and the amount of food we got was unbelievable.. chips were not edible, very soggy and tasted like 10 year old oil . There was more wrapping paper in the bag then actual food ! The kebabs were nothing like a kebab , nastiest food ever will definitely avoid abd make sure anyone I know avoids too ..

Had a few delieveries from them now and each time they always fail to impress. Always greasey or microwaved rubbish. £17.99 for a kebab feast is essentially two microwaved tubs of donner meat, 1 kofte, half a chicken breast and 4 small pieces of lamb. Last time il use them ever again!! What a joke!!

Sometimes they deliver very quickly...other times they take over 2 hours to deliver resulting in horrible, soggy,cold food..when they deliver quickly the food is great and very tasty...I suggest that you pick up

Food was delivered over an hour late. Driver was rude (owner of the takeaway). When opened, food was stone cold and shriveled from clearly being left out too long. Rang and complained and was told they couldn't do anything or offer a refund. So we drove down and took food back to rude staff who were not understanding and their customer service skills were disgraceful. Will not be using them again

Early delivery was brilliant and much appreciated. The pizzas were brilliant. Not too thick and the toppings were really good. Nice flavours. Arrived very hot whilch is really important. Will certainly order from you guys again. Thanks

We ordered two kebabs, which one came wrong (second time in a week) gave them a second chance and wish I hadn't. Was sent another one and asked rudely for my old one back. What are you going to do with an old, cold kebab. Never ordering again.

Our pizzas arrived faster than expected which was good. My partners pizza was lovely, my first one was dry so rang up and had another one sent. Unfortunately the second one came, with onions on (didn't ask for them, on a make your own pizza) and I am allergic to onions. So unfortunately I couldn't it. Service was good, very helpful sorting out a second pizza. Just unfortunate about the onions.

I ordered a large donner kebab and there was less meat than what I would normally see in a small kebab, not only that but the meat seemed tough and it just wasn't enjoyable. Also we had a small pizza but the topping only really covered a small part of the pizza. Overall considering I used to use this takeaway all the time I was very disappointed with what I got. I used to order from here all the time so was very disappointed to see that everything was a pretty poor quality considering they are slightly more expensive than else where.

They always sort me out with a great meal.
