the chips were still a tinny under cooked, the Donna meat was chunky

deliciously hot fish and chips. Nice thick mushy peas. delivery person apologised for the delay. I appreciated that, plus the still extremely hot food made this an easy review.

The lady with straight hair was lovely how ever the lady with afro type curly hair sat and chucked our food at us and gave evils customer service is key behind a work setting. If you have an issue with some one or not you don't take it to your work setting you still remain professional

Just went to buy curry sauce to have with tonight's meal. The best curry sauce I've ever had before. If they keep serving the same curry sauce will defo buy again. Thanks

My regular chip shop I will only order from absolutely lovely everytime the new potatoe chips are the best and I didn’t even realise my pineapple ring was missing till the delivery driver came back to bring it which I was unaware is was missing which is great Service so thankyou very mush lovely food as always best chippy in Norwich 🙂

Absolutely fantastic food. We regularly order from here due to the fact it’s hot, cooked to perfection and delivered on time or early. Delivery drivers really friendly and chatty, excellent customer service.

Great food happy staff despite heat though keep forgetting battered sausage twice spot on chicken kebab 💖

Chips was greasy and undercooked which is a shame as the battered sausage was decent and onion rings

the fish was terrible it was over cooked and burnt the batter was so hard and full of oil had to be thrown away very unusual for this place usually good

Fish and chips - fish was oily and rubbery, chips was alright but they put the fish on top of the chips, which made the chios soggy Half Pounder Burger - don't bother, no flavour, no taste - I can make better at home with better buns Southern Fried Chicken - could not taste any flavour or spices - unsure how this counts as southern fried, also chicken was undercooked 1 Garlic Pizza Bread with Cheese - that is definitely everything else but pizza, more like bread with a lot of cheese on top, the idea for lots of cheese on top is great but that's that.

That was the very best cod and chips I have had for years! It was delivered by a very polite and cheerful man, it was hot and absolutely delicious. The battered burger was very much enjoyed too. Batter crisp and the fish was delicious. Thank you so much and will be back for more as well as recommending you to my friends and family.

Not very happy with a large rock and chips .had to wait well over an hour for delivery. Because driver went to wrong house .when we complained was told we would freshly cooked fish and chips . Got them fifteen minutes later and they cold and fish was well over cooked probably a warm up. Will not be going there again

Food very greasy, chicken undercooked and fish was like rubber due to being over cooked. All went in the bin!

Food was yummy, could’ve been hotter but at the time of delivery would’ve been busy so cannot complain. Will be ordering again at some point

Great food as always, the only thing I'd change is the onion rings, there's nothing wrong with them pretty standard, but please do home made battered onion rings they would be much much nicer & the cherry on top for an already great meal.

The chips where like rubber, you can tell they where yesterday ones. The kebab Donna meat was chunky and cold.

Decent chippy!! A quick stop for dinner on my return home. Avenue Fish, Chicken and Pizza make a good batter and nice chips. I would probably stop in here again if it’s on my route.

Waited for an absolute age to actually be served for a single portion of chips. Not once did one of the two staff even acknowledge I was there. They were both more interested in answering the phone and putting together delivery orders. Then when I was actually served she laughed that I had waited all that time for a single portion of chips. Not impressed

Hi. First time using and got my order wrong. Plus why does it take an hour and a half from ordering for it to be delivered? I live about 10 minutes away. Nice food but not sure I'll be using again

Never have any complaints from this fish and chip shop. Always friendly always on time and the food is always hot. Mum always says how well her fish is cooked. Great service you all do a great job

First time here. Long wait but food was piping hot when arrived. Fish slightly over done but and mushy peas a little watery but all in all very tasty. Great value for money. 4/5

Fish wasn’t cooked, loads of batter mix inside both fishes

2 hours to get a large cod and chips and a large curry sauce delivered from a mile 1/2 away. Fine, they might be busy, we can wait. But when the food turns up cold and the curry sauce is missing, kinda takes the mick. The driver went back to get another curry sauce, which took 30 mins. To say my wife was disappointed would be an understatement. The most annoying part was that the food was actually good. But when you have to deal with simple, avoidable problems like this, and with hundreds of other fish + chip shops in Norwich offering something similar, gotta ask yourself, why would we use them again? PS - The replacement curry sauce was small, not large. Didn't even get that right.

Such a shame to be leaving a one star review. The fish and chips were tasty however you would expect that when you wait almost 2 hours for cod chips and curry sauce that the chips are hot on arrival and the curry sauce has not been forgotten. We then waited a further 30 mins for the curry sauce to be delivered by which time our food was stone cold and the curry sauce wasnt even a large which is wait we ordered.

The food arrived super quickly and it was absolutely delicious as well as still piping hot. I’m never disappointed when ordering from this restaurant.

To date have not had a bad meal so far. We like to order either online or phone, and alwaysbon time. Food regularly good and well cooked.
