Always had good food hot and delicious. Great service, they deserve a medal for putting up with drunk people.

So where do we begin, we waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the front door. Then once losing our patiecence of not being acknowledged along with the rest of the queue…. At least 5 separate parties… to be told we have to wait for an other hour for any service at all, even though everyone in the queue had a reservation… we all had bookings… this is mad…. Why is hove pizza express so troubled that they can’t serve the customers who are actually booked…. We were told understaffed however the UBer and deliveroo queue was clearly being served. So obviously we walked out… the people in front walked out and the people behind walked out, the whole queue had to walk out. What a massive Joke this place is!

Been comming here for years, great quality pizza every time, always early and always hot

Came up to Berwick for a weekend with family. Delivery took two hours and then they delivered an congealed cold solid pizza. Tried ask for them to re-deliver fold considering it was ruined by the time it arrived. They hung up and blocked my wife's number. Would not recommend.

Food took over an hour to arrive. Phoned the shop multiple times who said it would be coming soon. When it finally came the shop only delivered half the order! Shop offered a refund which never arrived! I won't stop telling people to avoid them

The takeaway is underated I went to order a chicken meal it was hard and it had hair

After years of fantastic experiences with this batch of Domino’s, I am disgusted. Pretended he couldn’t hear me for most of the call. Asked me to repeat everything despite clearly speaking perfect English. Accused me of “inventing” a spicy veg pizza which I’ve been ordering from this branch for 12 years, and finally hung up and didn’t answer the call when I phoned back. Disgusting customer service I will never use them again after being a loyal customer since 2011.

Love this place, amazing kebabs. Their pizza is better price if you collect! I am going back for more! :)
