Prices are extortionate for the food provided and the food arrived stone cold and burnt. Never again.

Was walking past and popped in and so glad I did. Staff are lovely and the food was so nice. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in Pandy 😊

Ordered on the app, payment took forever to go through, when trying to call to make sure the order had gone through, they answered the phone and hung up. I think an investment in a customer service course wouldn't go amiss. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again.

Terrable customer service waited over an hour for my order only to receive an email off PayPal to say my money had been refunded this is because one item was out of stock

Really hit and miss sometimes it's nice but majority of time it's not, shame because it used to be lovely all time when the lanes had it.. Pizza tonight tasted like dough or cheese had gone off. Hardly ever open either

Well can't quite believe the price I just hear rang back to check they had it right and yes sure enough it was right one burgers with a hand full of chips and a 12"pizza with ham and mushrooms. What for it £22.00 I'm in shock 😱. Won't be ordering again I could have a full Indian meal for that what a rip off.

this is the 3rd time our food has been inedible,half the chips where rock hard the others were under cooked,the pizza looked like a 3 year old had made it and cut it!! also the ham tasted gone off,the last few times we've ordered food hasn't he up to much but thought we'd try again as we loved the food in the past,never again the place has really gone down hill clearly the person cooking has no brain as a pizza or chips isn't hard to cook,also on collection staff got the price wrong,don't waste your money

Absolutely terrible. The food was cold, the pineapple was burnt. The bun had disintegrated. The ice cream was a few teaspoons worth. The cheese was a hard melted rubber mess. Definitely wont order again!!!

Food is good usually. It's my Sunday go to takeaway. Little tip for some of your drivers, don't let the pizza slide around as tonight's order, the cheese was all stuck to the box as the driver gave it to me upside down so there was hardly any cheese on my pizza.

food was lovely but after waiting over two hours we didn't really want it. think you need to be more truthful when purchasing your order on just eat as if I knew it was a two hour wait I wouldn't have bothered ordering.

Best chips I've found in Rhondda. Salad is amazing and the pizza, well it's well loaded and a good base. We enjoyed it and will order again

Took nearly 2 hours to deliver. Kept pushing the delivery back by 30 minutes. The food was good. No items were missing either. Overall it was good, except the delivery time.

Food came 15 mins late and was cold. Threw the chips straight in the bin + had to re-warm the pizza!! Very poor!

The Neptune pizza was beautiful. My Mum really enjoyed the double chicken burger. Definitely recommend.

Disappointing food. Luke warm on delivery. Food very cheap, basic and nothing to boast about. £25 for a four person meal which I would next time recommend Asda pizza and microwaveable burgers to be of better quality. Not disrespecting Asda pizza, which is far better than the food received from Pizza To Go. I rate fairly and this didn't deserve a 1 star. Very disappointing quality of food and will not return sober or after a couple of drinks.

Order took hour and a half, food was average at best. Ordered a 2 litre coke, received 1.75 litre. No apology or compensation.

30 minutes were added to the initial delivery time and the food arrived another 20 minutes later again so in total over 2 hours. The food wasn't warm when it arrived either but by this point we were so hungry after waiting all that time we ending up eating it anyway. Disappointing.

Waited over two hours,time kept changing then they removed theirselves off just eat so was worried we wouldn't get our order when I phoned and asked the attitude of employees was disgusting when I explained how long we had been waiting no apologies just said it will be there in twenty minutes,when it arrived the chips were so white looked uncooked and when I bit in to one was clear they had been reheated,I never had problems when ordering in the week days but a weekend always problems and poor food quality staff are very rude,I won't be ordering again

Never had a problem until now! Ordered 2 lasagnes, had a phone call saying they had run out, they didn't inform me they only had one and asked if I wanted anything else, and they then said we owed £4.30 which was fine, however when we then had our food we had a lasagne and the two things we ordered instead off the lasagne because she didn't say we could only have one, delivery was due for nine then they added half hour onto that and then they phoned again at 9.30 to see if I wanted salad and sauce on the burger which I had all ready been asked, so my food didn't turn up until 9.45 ish, then when it did turn up it was cold so will not be using here again! Awful service

Ordered at 5 to 8 and food came at 9:45. So a long wait. Pizza was HORRENDOUS. Soggy, tasteless and half-assed. Whoever made the pizza couldn't be bothered to even slice it properly by the looks of it. Won't order here again or recommend to anyone. Only positive from this was that the lady on the phone was polite and friendly. Step it up Pizza to go!!

Been having double chicken burger off pizza to go for severs years and the quality of chicken was great , my last 2 orders of the chicken burger had been cheap processed chicken tastes nothing like the chicken I've received and liked for years , change the chicken back

Absolutely amazing food. Burgers so full of flavour - not bland like most takeaways. Will deffo order again. Only faults - was delivered a bit later than the estimated time and I ordered donuts with chocolate sauce but didn't get any sauce :'(

Sorry but I'm deleting this app

This is the first time i have given a review on this takeaway as the food is always lovely. However, what continues to put me off is the appalling delivery service which seems to be getting worse and worse. Last night i came home from and ordered at around 20:50 and was given the option of what time i would like the delivery. I chose 21:20. The resturaunt then added an extra 30 mins onto that delivery time which i wasn't too impressed with but it has happened before so i didn't make a big deal about it. Food was meant to arrive at 21:50 but i didn't. Instead after phoning the takeaway and asking where it was it was actually still cooking. My order finally arrived at 22:30 or there abouts..you gave me a delivery time, added 30 mins and then another 35 mins was added to that again. Appalling and i will never be ordering from you again. I understand that delays can happen but that was ridiculous

Food is always really nice however delivery is up and down. It does usually come later than stated on the order confirmation. Possibly need more weekend drivers? Small issue but never had a bad meal from here. It's my Sunday go to takeaway.

Food fab as always but delivery always takes ages

Pizza was barely warm. Asked for 2x mozzarella sticks, or 1 gb and 1 brownie if did have any... received 1 brownie... got ripped off by £2.20. It doesn't take a genius to read>understand>action a food ticket... but it must be too much for the staff there. Won't bother again.....

The restaurant added 50 minutes to my delivery time then ended up delivering the food 35 minutes early which was a bit of an inconvenience; however the food wasn't too bad and was warm when it was delivered.
