Domino's Pizza Aberdare in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Ordered a pizza, completely wrong order came. i tried to ring for over an hour and nobody picked up. The order was then put in the bin as it wasn’t edible.

Pizzas are a bit hit and miss sadly

Banging place overall pepperoni or a tuna pizza on top

Havent had food there for 3years + since i stopped working for them' cowboy kids management' would never work there or Recomend anyone to' done many take out jobs over the year's and they are the worst company to work for'

Quick delivery, but that was all that was good. The food was poor - far too salty - and, despite "deal prices", expensive for what we got. Management should realise that if customers pay for extra ingredients, they want to see that they are getting something in return and that this is not used as an excuse to scrimp on everything else. Quite a lot ended up in the bin.

Thought I’d leave a review as some have been seemingly harsh. Me and my wife just ordered two pizzas which were absolutely delicious, gorgeous bread and tasty toppings. Really enjoyed it, thanks

I haven't ever had a problem ordering from here until now one tiny small mistake so called to inform them and it was A+ customer service and their delivery drivers are lovely and very polite mistake was corrected instantly I can't rate them or their staff enough!! Thank you to the lovely staff members!

Ordered a lunch time treat. 1 garlic pizza NO tomato sauce on the garlic pizza just bland. The large pizza still waiting the bbq base . Terrible flavours don't think I'll order again. Stay to local everyone

I don't like the food or service

Super service at this Domino's. The service is quick and the pizza is always piping hot. Delicious!

Pizza was lovely. Nachos on the other hand were burnt with a teeny portion of cheese and jalapeños. Not worth the money.

food was pretty good although having young adults employees on their day off on motorcycles reving the engine and doing wheel spins outside the shop around customer vehicles and racing customer vehicles is disgusting.

Everytime I order from Aberdare domino’s I am missing a garlic sauce! Never get the order correct and no matter how many times I complain they still don’t get it right absolute shambles . I can’t eat a large pizza without a garlic sauce so it’s ruined it now

Been a while since I’ve got food here but when I do the service is top notch

One one order we were over-charged, no refund. Ordered a second time and had to wait 90 minutes.

Terrible service had the wrong food delivered to me I phoned to sort it and to be fobbed of as its expensive food I phoned to be then called a lier then to have another pizza sent out as long as I give the whole pizza wrong back was my pleasure to give back finally give the full pizza they sent me that they had wrong for then to get a new pizza all messed up in a blob with spicy 🌶 chilli on when it was for children never ever again will I order food from aberdare way to expensive and no quality at all

Waited 1hr 20mins never turned up been 5 days still no refund great service

I know I'm the last order but no need to have the sides ND pizza slapped in your hands good luck dominos aberdare I'll go else where from now on I had to put a star on ere to write a review ND bad no thank you or nothing well you can all get stuffed crust by your own pizzas thank you never again.

At the end of the day its a pizza nothing special and way over priced l get mine from Asda or Tesco but the choice is yours

My order was missing a topping, not the end of the world although you'd expect these guys to get it right (they're the experts). maybe the 2 stars is a little harsh just for the one missing item, but the Restaurant wasn't busy, lots of staff. So, 2 stars it is.

Food was ok (ish) but 2 things that I did not like. 1 the stroppy "Karen" who was making the Pizza Bases who was raising Her Voice to the younger members of staff like they were a piece of Dirt under Her shoe. Not only did it come across as unprofessional in the work place but in 2022, this behaviour should not be tolerated by any member of staff no matter who they are. I also witnessed a young male member of staff wipe His runny nose on the back of his hand then proceeded to put toppings on the Pizza bases as they were coming down the line. I will not return there after witnessing what I did.

Order food in the app they took my money and didn’t give me food was saying they’d be giving me free food if the money comes back like it’s my fault. Charged me for food and wouldn’t give it to me or help at all. I even showed the workers they took the money

Food was horrible and one of your staff decided to slag me off and put a ticket on my food with a horrible message and then got told to take it off so won't be back

Didn't visit but it's out of order that one of your colleagues would ever go upto a woman and he screamed in her face and hit her phone out of her hand I was driving past was going to stop but someone else already did get your staff undercontrol

No cheese no toppings twice in a row! Thought I'd give it a second go what a shame. Unbelievable attitude off him when I returned them and 5 days to get your money back joke of a place run by clowns

Pizza was OK rather greesy and didn't feel right after it then you got this 5 sliced garlic bread not sure what magicians they have working there to make that happen! Needs improving but it'll never happen because they keep getting orders in regardless of quality

Good service from friendly staff. It may be a typical Domino's franchise, but the attitude of the staff makes all the difference. Freshly prepared, hot food.

Pizza was burnt but manager sorted it quickly and efficiently.

No customer service skills! Ordered a Ham and Pineapple pizza and a margarita was delivered. When I phoned I was told that I took the ham and pineapple off. Doesn’t make sense!? If I wanted a margarita I would’ve ordered one. Asked if there is anything we could do. Would’ve even paid a little extra. Nothing. Sad. Shocking customer service.

I get it, it's a chain, it's commercial but it is very very nice and I think it's the best Domino's around!

Pizza was like rubber with no cheese considering they say extra cheese on the pepperoni..there was barely a scrap of cheese no way worth 21 quid !! The rest of the order wasnt the best but it had to do as i rung dominos an had a very nice lad tell me my order was fine .. wont be going dominos again

Love the food but wish it wasn't so pricey!

This was not the first time I’ve had an incorrect order delivered from Dominos in Aberdare. The order was for 2 pizzas, chicken strips and a box of cookies. The delivery arrived consisting of just 1 pizza. The lady who delivered the order said that she would phone the store to find out where the rest of the order was, she went into her car to make the call and a few minutes later drove off leaving us clueless as to where the rest of our order was and whether it was coming! We phoned the store ourselves where they explained that they had made a mistake and the rest of the order had been left at the store, they said that they would cook everything fresh again (as by the time everything else would be delivered the pizza that actually had been delivered would be cold), we accepted the apology and the offer that everything would be made again fresh and delivered ASAP. When the delivery arrived it only consisted of the items that were missing from the first order and they had obviously not been freshly made as they were already stone cold at the point of delivery. We were annoyed by this but took it on the chin and decided to just microwave the food and leave it there. Around an hour later the poor delivery woman unexpectedly turned up for the third time of the evening with another pizza (the same as the one which was delivered on its own the first time). Basically, absolute shambles!

Ordered food, it arrived cold, rang and explained, they said we'll send your order again, guess what arrived cold again, never again disgusting!!!

fabulous choices from sides, desserts, drinks + wide range of pizzas.Order to collect or get it delivered, freeing up your time on week days or weekends.

Can never actually say I love this Supermarket, or any other , it's just a pleasure to appreciate the recent refurb and aisle tidying! The Cafe does a good variety of food, access is good all round - it's just a shame that the price competition always goes upwards.

Waited for 40 minutes. Nobody on the till to speak with. Time in the wall completely inaccurate. Very poor customer service.

I don’t have dominos regular but when I have it with my dad and brother it’s normally delicious however, we had one 5 days ago and I order what I normally have bbq base with double sweet corn and chicken along with a side of chicken strips and that Tuesday night I was up all night vomiting and the rest, the next day I called my doctor as I am 13 weeks pregnant and I’ve had food poisoning from my meal. I wouldn’t normally slate issues however being 13 weeks pregnant and having food poisoning from a 4 rated hygiene place of food is unbelievable. It’s completley turned me off dominos and I definitely will not be advising others to order from Aberdare store after being seriously ill the passed week and having doctors and hospital check ups due to not being able to keep food or drink in my system. Thank you dominos.

Order the ' Home Alone ' deal and was a bargain price, Pizza, Garlic Bread, Cookies, Drink all for 10.99. and was really nice.

Also had a good pizza from this branch of Dominos. And often delivered in a decent time. Havent been disappointed by them yet.

Certainly not worth the money. Quite tasteless, with very little toppings, if you want a tasty pizza, I can highly recommend Delicious chicken in mountain ash, They do pizza, kebabs, Southern fried chicken too.

If I didn’t have to rate this I wouldn’t have... Waited an hour of our order that never came when we rung the staff blamed us for not answering the door which was not the case! Staff on the other end were rude and now I have to wait 5 days for refund!!! Shocking

Lovely pizzas, but you’ll be lucky to get the one your ordered in this place especially with manager Mathew running the place. Disgusting customer service, brilliant cold pizzas.

Your standard dominos pizza. Always had a good pizza from this location and never had a problem when ordering.

Shocking went on dominoes menu aberdare online and phoned aberdare store for an order majority of what was on their website online they had never stocked and was confused when we asked for certain things..... Why advertise things you don't sell false advertisement!!!!!

havent had a bad thing here. wish they delivered to maerdy though we have to travel from maerdy to here to get our closest dominos :(

My daughter is allergic to tomato puree and when I tell the staff when ordering the pizza they always ensure I receive exactly what I order.

Italiano garlic bread is first class

Domino's is overrated. Highly expensive. Good choice of options. Variety and types. Delivery is ok. I suggest ordering online and use vouchers

I work at dominos and the hygiene is awful one time the manager even nicked a handful of wedges from someone's order

Dominoes pizza is way to over priced for it's quality! It maybe the best but that doesn't mean it should cost more... they give you deals sometimes and are very rude and impatient on the phone.

Always a good pizza here but it's super expensive so with 3 kids I always use the voucher codes so I get £50 worth for £25! The delivery drivers are all really nice too 👍

What can you say, it's a pizza chain and the pizzas are very nice, you may need a bank loan to afford it.

Had a pizza from here nothing to write home about. But still ok though. Waited a little while for delivery. It was hot when it arrived but nothing fancy.

I have a takeaway from here every week and I have never been disappointed, this is now my family's favourite takeaway option. We always have a delivery which is always on time and we have never had any problems with our food. We are currently using the online vouchers £10 off when you spend over £25 which makes it more affordable as I have noticed that the prices can mount up quite quickly. The only thing I would not order again are the chocolate brownies as they are far too small I suppose if u were sharing between 2 people they would be fine but there just isn't enough for families. I also like the fact you can pay by card as most takeaways do not offer this service. I would recommend dominoes to friends and family.

Absolutely disgusted with the pizza we ordered. We had a buy 1 get 1 free and cost us £18. It virtually had any topping, the crust supposed to of been thin and crispy but it wasn't it was about as thin as paper and absolutely vile and to make it worse it was burnt... I will never have another pizza from there

Where you could have gotten 4 brownies now offer 8 for the same price though they are the same brownies cut in half. Unless you use the £10 off when you spend £25 online the price can really mount up.
