Fantastic little gem. Only just discovered this place though it has been here for a while. Just been taken over by new management. Lovely food, lovely service. Will be going back here. Great prices too.

Reasonable breakfast but a bit small for a large for the price.friendly place n staff.very clean.yes I'd go back again but only because theres nothing else near by.

Very good, friendly staff, very good cooked breakfast, highly recommended, always pop in for breakfast when I am in the area.

I come a few times a month. The veggie breakfast not too bad, and they don’t use those nasty vegetable sausages that so many cafes use. My carnivore enjoys the big breakfast. Service is always good. Food always freshly prepared and boiling hot. I’ve given 4 stars for the food cos over the past few months the coffee has gotten not as nice. First time I came, the coffee was another level awesome and was the main reason for visit two!

I always have the option to get a delivery from JustEat with this place but the atmosphere and staff are so kind, friendly and polite I'd rather drive to place an order

Honestly, this place knocks every mark off greggs, costa and starbucks. Service is outstanding and very fast. The coffee and food tasted fantastic and its like sitting back in your garden relaxing whilst being catered to. Highly recommended

Well, it’s not often I leave 5 stars but this place warrants it. Food portions was spot on for two big lads; food quality was fine, service was as it should be, and the main chef had a smile. Yep, we will return in future for sure.

Absolutely appalling service, ordered a large order and were missing items. Called them to confirm I was missing TWO items, they offered to redeliver the missing items. They delivered ONE of the items and still missing a chips. So made contact again to get a refund. They called and said they "don't do refunds" - surely illegal? And said they'll add onto the next order - I said we aren't ordering again. Then proceeded to argue with me over the fact that they don't do refunds. Food was cold, poorly prepared and overpriced. Avoid this place at all costs, they are con artists, and have severe social issues. I've never experienced such poor service from any establishment in my life.

I ordered for the first time and it wasn’t what I ordered I asked for sausage and egg sandwich and instead of sausage they gave me bacon.

Absolutely appalling delivery time. We waited over an hour for a delivery only to be told that it would be atleast another 20 minutes. We than rang again to be further told that the food had not even been started to be prepared. A shambolic service. Do not order if you value a timely order and efficient service. I would not recommend and will not order again. A poor service with a team of inconsiderate staff in comparison to other cafes. Your money and time would be better spent elsewhere.

Waited long time for food and ther was something in my jacket potato it was black stuff didn't look Edible to eat and my daughter had chicken tika and the rice had a damp smell to it

Popped in Saturday for a pre six nations match - breakfast. Friendly staff and food hot and served promptly.

Piping hot, fresh breakfast, decent quality ingredients cooked well, good toast. Service is spot on- quick and attentive. Prices very reasonable. My 5 year old daughter remarked “this is the best cooked breakfast I’ve ever had”, and while I might not go that far, it’s definitely one of the best around here and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Staff very friendly. A good breakfast but could do with more choice on the Full English, tomatoes, black pudding that sort of thing.

Ordered corned beef pie. Chips peas and gravy to take away, opened it to see I had a Peter's corned Peter's pastie and chips with a carton or gravy, no peas. £6.90!!! not happy.

After eating the breakfast I was sick outside and I'm not eating there again

Great place. We brought our dogs and sat outside staff were super friendly and spotless inside. I must say the food was lush! We had a big breakfast it wasn’t greasy at all it was delicious !!!

I've been using severn roads for food ever since it opened but lately I've found the food over price and not of the same quality me and my shift had breakfast the other day from you and there was lots missing. It seams you are more concerned with you just eats going out the door than the customer who comes to you. This was never a problem when you had the other staff working there its a shame to say that I'm looking else where for food now for my shift. Thank..

Use this cafe quite often with it being so close to work but last few times we have put an order in there's been bacon beans even eggs missing off a breakfast that cost £7.90 won't be using again over priced and to top it off you pay for items that don't even get put in your tray! Seems like they care more about the just eat orders than the people actually turning up to buy! Shocking!

We ordered 4 breakfast to take away and when we got them to work there’s was missing beans,bacon,mushrooms,and very highly priced for the privilege at £7:90 each will never go there again

Use this cafe for our sat morning breakfast with some work colleagues,can use just eat to order ahead they take telephone orders etc for breakfast lunch and so on, food is good with reasonable prices,was a little off with the timing this morning for my order by 15 mins but will use them again for breakfast when I next work on a Saturday morning

Order 3 rolls bacon and egg sausage and egg x2 and got charged £12.50 absolute rip off never going back and being ripped off again, and the best part is he asked did I want chip's with it I bet it would have been about £20 if I did lol
