The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Just not right, the food was undercooked and the food was cold yet they refused to replace and wanted me to buy more food. How it even makes sense, flabbergasted! Fraud

Hice la pregunta si las alitas están frescas y me aconsejó la persona que me servía “sí, acaban de salir de la freidora” Pedí 6 alitas y hamburguesa etc etc Las alas más duras que una roca y sabían horrible, se lo dije al hombre que me sirvió y me ignoró completamente y se encontró con arrogante y descartó mi retroalimentación, entonces decidí tirarlas a la papelera frente a él. Esto fue el lunes 15 de julio después de las 6 de la tarde, también mientras esperaba ser atendido no me atendió hasta que salió de su llamada personal en su móvil. He estado aquí anteriormente y la persona que habla varios idiomas es increíble y siempre sirve comida fresca, pero en esta ocasión el servicio y la comida fue asqueroso.

Never had Papa John pizza before and I can say with 100% certainty I will not be having it again! Tracking on the website said that the pizza was delivered, it wasn’t, I called them and was told quite abruptly that it would be a few minutes, it turned up almost 15 minutes later! The pizza itself was chewy and not much taste, the chicken sides were very salty. Overall not a pleasant experience. Charging the same as the bigger named pizza outlets without the same quality!

A lovely birthday meal with family. The waitress made sure the birthday girl received a special surprise dessert which was super kind and much appreciated.

THIS FOOD WAS DISGUSTING, REALLY BAD, TO START WITH THE DONNER MEAT WAS SHINY AND WEIRD IVE NEVER SEEN THAT TYPE OF MEAT BEFORE, THEY DROWED MY KEBAB IN CHILLI SO COULDNT EAT IT ANYWAY, NEXT THE PIZZA WAS WORSE IT TASTED AWFUL AND WAS DRY AND VERY DOUGHY, THE CHIPS WERE NO BETTER, LIKE POTATOES FILLED WITH OIL BUT VERY HARD AND WET , I THREW IT ALL IN THE BIN , AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY ITS DISGUSTING REALLY VILE

Can't fault VI Harworth at all. Great food, great price, great service, great delivery staff.

We came to Pizza Express Luton on our way back from Whipsnade Park. We were on a tight time schedule and Simon was absolutely brilliant. Our meal came amazingly quickly and the food was delicious. Outstanding service, highly recommended. Directions to the train station were spot on.Thank you Simon and the team.

Ordered large classic sloppy guiseppe pizza for delivery and very dissapointed. Have never had a problem before but this time the filling was very sparse...infact it was non existent in the middle. I would say the pizza was mostly dough with a little filling and not a lot of taste. Ordered extra sweet red pepper and for£1.50 I got 4 pieces not much bigger than a 1p piece. On the positive side delivery was quick and the dough tasted OK but think in future I will go elsewhere

Not a bad curry, small portions sizes, but it made my friend Chris happy but not sure he’s happy this morning 🤣

We arrived at 6:55, were spoken to by 7:05 and told that the people at our table were paying the bill - they left at 7:15, and we were seated at 7:18 We were served quickly and the drinks came really quickly - though my brother who just wanted water had to wait ten minutes for a glass to drink it from! The starters came by 7:50 and the first two mains came whilst we were still finishing our starters so we were impressed - until the rest of the mains still hadn't arrived ten minutes later. We asked the waitress who said she'd check, five minutes passed and we asked the waitress again and she came back with the receipt to check what we'd received - evidently to tell the kitchen to cook the 6 mains that we hadn't received! The two people who got their food were finished eating before ours arrived (pictured). I was quite surprised that we were still expected to pay full price after having to wait 20 minutes for the rest of our food, and our main waiter didn't seem to know it had happened. It was packed and incredibly loud. Delivery drivers were waiting 10+ minutes and giving up and walking off. I understand it was Saturday evening but if you can't handle being full, maybe don't have as many tables. I don't understand having to wait when we had booked, either make bookings longer so people are actually finished in time for the next booking, or put signs on the table to tell people that it's booked and they need to be gone by a certain time.

Ines is always amazing , always helps us with the kids every time we come to the pizza express in Romford it’s are local one and we go all the time and Ines is always are waitress she is amazing and always accommodating see you soon Ines

Nothing was delivered 2 hours after placing order! Presumed it wasn’t coming as was so late. Then says delivered and nothing here!

Very friendly staff and very underestimated pizzas!
