Milano Pizza in Liverpool

ordered pizza & kebab, overcooked, tiny amount of meat on kebab was fatty, threw it in bin, went to mcdonald’s, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY😡

I ordered a 10' bbq chicken with mushroom,peppers,green chili and ordered extras of chicken,fresh tomatoes,cheese and pineapple...Without the extras I'd of got a plain pizza bread..the extras are a con at 90 pence each and so scares. For me ot recommended and won't be ordering again.£16.90 down the drain.brush guys,always wondered why the shop is .ostly always empty.

Give us a free cheesy garlic whilst waiting....Nice clean shop.

Been coming ere the past two weeks and every time it has been great, always hot, pizzas are lovely. Staff in there are sound. Nice

Dirty chicken burger not cooked all slimmy an watery vile

We are regulars and always get the pizzas. Think we've tried the all and they are all great. We never get an issue with the delivery usually arrives in 45 to 55 minutes always hot. The seasoning on the chips is fantastic too.

You can't put no stars because trust me I would I done a food order got told 45 min wait . 1.30 min later I call back just for them to tell me the give my order to the person in 189 wen mine is 191 then said they will redo my order so trust me don't order from them they are a joke no apologies or no think so I chuck menu in bin never order from them again

Quick delivery, fresh, easy to order on their site, delivery driver no issues, impressed by quality.

I ordered my food at 1:45 am and it kept on saying pending order (and you guys are open till 4:00am). 9 hours passed, never received one confirmation nor the delivery of my order. Smh.

HORRIBLE "FOOD", you couldn't chew the meat .Had to throw it out!!

If I could give it lower than 1 star I would. Driver claimed to have knocked without an answer, but we was home and waiting for the door. Redelivered, overall wait was 1hr 45 mins and food was freezing, also we was missing a kebab from the £12 kebab deal. I also asked for my wrap without salad but I was also given salad. Poor experience, never again

I ordered a calzone it was burned no source, dry and it was not nice

Absolutely horrible £28 for a meal had to get the pizza replaced due to being burnt then the next 1 came burnt too chips was rock hard & the wraps fell to bits while kids was eating them ... NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP asked to speak to manager got told to call back Friday I’m livid

Most tasteless pizza I've ever had, Garlic bread just tasted of dough and onion rings tasted of the disgusting oil that it was cooked in. Wouldn't even recommend this to rats

Four things wrong with the food........ (a)asked for salad on the kebab, got no salad......... (b) chicken wing were not in the slightest bit spicy............. (3) asked for strawberry cheesecake, got chocolate cake......... (4) red salt on all my chips, my kids don't like red salt, chips didn't get eaten.

Ordered donna kebab & mixed kebab, wasnt fussed on any of it. Ended up binning most of it, also forgot the naan bread with the donna kebab. Food was delivered 15 minutes earlier than expected which was one good point but didnt rate the food, seemed really greasy, wouldnt order from here again if im honest

Food was all COLD!! Chicken wrap had salad on when I ordered NO salad, kebab was not nice did not taste like kebab Will NOT be ordering again, on the other hand delivery driver was very polite only good thing to say overall rest was disgusting and cold

Ordered from here a couple of times previously and the food was spot on but this time it was truly awful. Got chicken and mixed kebabs previously so got another mixed this time and a pizza. The kebab meat tasted stale, like it was reheated which I think it probably was because we ordered early. It was rubbery and tasted horrendous. The pizza was a sloppy mess in the box, just sauce and cheese everywhere and looked like some of the toppings were thrown on (literally) after or near the end of cooking. The spicy 'meat' was pink and vile. Will not be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Mozzarella sticks should be in a bigger box. Also adding sauce and salad to a burger increases the price by a pound which isn't stated!! It's only a pound but customer should be told. Also notes added to the order should be read they are very clear and not contact the customer over it apart from that foods lovely delivery drivers are nice too!

Burger was cold, chips were refried and pizza was no better than a frozen Iceland pizza.

We Got a Meal Deal kebabs, Chips Cake And A Can each, The Cake Was Thinnee Than 1cm ..Literally A Slither And looked Disgusting..And the Overall Look Of the Boxes it was Put In looked Scruffy , And burned..Won't order again But The Kebab Was Nice.

Half an hour late so it was cold but wacked is in the oven and the food quality was spot on.

Cheap frozen food not nice at all

Pizza was soggy and had no flavour, garlic bread and pizza and chips were freezing cold and the chips were put in the same carrier bag as the cold can, waited 70 minute for really bad food, not going to order there again 😔

The food was awful . We order chicken meal, the chicken is full of flour, there are a thick fat under the flour, can't even find the meat. Chicken wing are in black colour, guess they din't change the new oil to fry. The kid meal said included a cheese cake. The cheese cake was a tiny pieces, like a 50 pence size. Incredible . And they just ignored to give a free items even we requested and order more than 15 pounds. Won't come again

Really unhappy tonight always rave about food from here but tonight was a total let down. Had to wait for nearly 90 mins when it finally arrived was cold and think it's all been reheated about 10 times. Real let down.

The Jalapenos cheese bites had no cheese in them. It was like biting into a hollow pod that inhabited a single jalapeno slice.

I asked for no salad on the cheese burger but it had everything on it 😟. Both lots of cheesey chips were burnt , even the box they were in was melted ! I have to be honest it's the first time I have ever had a bad experience with Milano .

I have to point out that although on here my bill is £8, if you pay on delivery you will be charged 60p extra for sauce...

For 3rd time I've been charged 80p more than the bill ? 'my bill is 8.. And delivery people always have 8.80

Lovely very reliable the only thing was I spent £19.40 and live less than a mile away and still got charged for delivery, and never got a free garlic bread or bottle drink as stated as I spent over £13 although the food was hot and fresh very nice

Took 1hr 30 mins to arrive. Chicken on kebab wasn't cooked and none of the salad, sauce asked was correct either.

The food was great - chicken nuggets are oerfect, burgers are phenomenal and the pizzas fantastic. Delivery is usually early, and service friendly. Love these guys!

Absolutely shocking service waited 1hr 50mins for the food to come, food was cold and the pizza was that burnt and hard i could have used it for weapon if anyone broke into our home..

Food was warm(ish) when it got here. Chips were mostly burnt, as was the garlic bread with cheese. The kebab was drowned in tahini sauce despite asking for a tiny bit.
