Milano Pizza in Liverpool

THIS FOOD WAS DISGUSTING, REALLY BAD, TO START WITH THE DONNER MEAT WAS SHINY AND WEIRD IVE NEVER SEEN THAT TYPE OF MEAT BEFORE, THEY DROWED MY KEBAB IN CHILLI SO COULDNT EAT IT ANYWAY, NEXT THE PIZZA WAS WORSE IT TASTED AWFUL AND WAS DRY AND VERY DOUGHY, THE CHIPS WERE NO BETTER, LIKE POTATOES FILLED WITH OIL BUT VERY HARD AND WET , I THREW IT ALL IN THE BIN , AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY ITS DISGUSTING REALLY VILE

ordered pizza & kebab, overcooked, tiny amount of meat on kebab was fatty, threw it in bin, went to mcdonald’s, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY😡

I ordered a 10' bbq chicken with mushroom,peppers,green chili and ordered extras of chicken,fresh tomatoes,cheese and pineapple...Without the extras I'd of got a plain pizza bread..the extras are a con at 90 pence each and so scares. For me ot recommended and won't be ordering again.£16.90 down the drain.brush guys,always wondered why the shop is .ostly always empty.

Give us a free cheesy garlic whilst waiting....Nice clean shop.

Been coming ere the past two weeks and every time it has been great, always hot, pizzas are lovely. Staff in there are sound. Nice

By far the best takeaway in Liverpool. Fresh food. Always order super quick. Staff and delivery driver always lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Milano.

Dirty chicken burger not cooked all slimmy an watery vile

We are regulars and always get the pizzas. Think we've tried the all and they are all great. We never get an issue with the delivery usually arrives in 45 to 55 minutes always hot. The seasoning on the chips is fantastic too.

You can't put no stars because trust me I would I done a food order got told 45 min wait . 1.30 min later I call back just for them to tell me the give my order to the person in 189 wen mine is 191 then said they will redo my order so trust me don't order from them they are a joke no apologies or no think so I chuck menu in bin never order from them again

Quick delivery, fresh, easy to order on their site, delivery driver no issues, impressed by quality.

I ordered my food at 1:45 am and it kept on saying pending order (and you guys are open till 4:00am). 9 hours passed, never received one confirmation nor the delivery of my order. Smh.

Ordered food at 12.00 and still waiting for my food at 3.38 it was meant to be delivered at 1.40

Food was delivered late and it was the wrong delivery we got someone elses I rang them up to let then know and they turned around and told me that they where shut they cant fix it, was told I would get my food tomorrow night free of charge eventhough I've been delivered the wrong food and could not eat It I explained that they should deliver my right order because I have paid only for them to say no sorry machines off so I said okay I would like a refund then please. They said changes their tune turned the machine on and made me a pizza which was still quite a long time to come considering the fact that I was their only customer and the pizza that was delivered was terrible.

Food was warm on arrival not hot the fries were cold and I ordered a veggie hot pizza and was given a normal veggie pizza no jalapenos it was very bland and Luke warm

always get order right and hot will order again

The chicken on the pizza had a yellow tinge and the chilli sauce was more like marie rose will not be ordering from here again

Donner Kebab was lovely and the cheesy garlic bread was outstanding.

Food was disappointing. The bread on the kebab was really soggy and pizza’s were quite dry. Not happy with this order.

My pizza was great but didn't think much of the Orion rings or the jalapeno bites chips and wedges fine

Got the food on time and it was delicious. However they forgot the drinks and it took them over 3 hours to deliver. By all means order food from here but if you want a drink to go with it I would recommend going to your nearest shop and getting it yourself it would 100% be quicker and easier

Ordered Jacket Potato with Ham and Cheese and there was no ham.

Never order from here again, everything is over expensive and the when the food arrived half of it was missing. Called the shop and the man was arrigoant and had a bad attitude, was bot bothered in the slightest about the food being missing and didn’t even bother to redeliver it. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Pizza lacked toppings and used minimal sauce. The dough was like cardboard and the garlic bread was just as poor. Chips were good though.

The driver left our food outside and knocked on the door and went off, not impressed as the food could of been a waste

Timely delivery but the food was inedible. The burgers had pieces of bone in them. My little girl almost choked. Would NOT recommend this restaurant again. Sorry

Couldn't have asked for a better delivery time and quality of food

So delicious and freshly prepared. A very cold night and they'd wrapped the pizza in foil to ensure it was hot on arrival. Really impressed again. X

Nice food, delivered hot in good time, would have given 6 stars for service if the delivery driver hadn’t for some bizarre reason parked his car on my front lawn! Having driven between my car on my drive and a lamppost and over the pavement to achieve this strange parking decision.

When ordering at half 10 I was quoted an hour delivery time... this soon changed to 10 past midnight and I realised they were holding onto it until they closed at midnight and delivering to me once they closed. The garlic bread was STONE cold and like cardboard. Cheesy chips were a joke and the portion sizes on the desserts were just all over the place. The chicken pieces were the only thing WARM on the order... and have given us ALL a dodgey stomach! Would NOT recommend this place atall. Waste of time and money.

Probably the thinnest donner wrap I have ever seen and @ £4.50 they have a nerve. Pizza is rubbish bland rubbery cheese and overpriced. This will be my last order from here for sure.

Took over an hour and a half to cook and deliver one pizza. Pizza arrived and is very bland in taste. Highly do not recommend this place.

Delivery took a very long time and then when it got here the order was wrong

the food wasn’t great, pizza very far from the Italian base promised in the picture. very disappointing to have it as the only meal during a night shift . I will sadly have to avoid the place but I do wish you the best.

possibly the worst pizza I have had. this is not pizza, it's almost a sponge bread with tasteless sauce and nasty cheese. an insult to all Italians.

Food is always lovely from here, especially the jalapeno bites! Always delivered early aswel. Will order from again.

firstly the driver went to the wrong house to top it all off he was 45 minutes late then made us pay more money because he had to deliver to two addresses and finally the food was cold not happy not happy

Food was on time but the food was absolutely vile!!! The food didn’t smell right at all and I will proudly say I always eat a chicken burger from anywhere but never have I had a chicken burger to be so disgusting in my life, It was rubbery,cold and tasted horrible, the buns on the burger tasted like they where going out of date. The chips where cold and soggy with no salt on or anything. The garlic bread pizza is was cold and looked like they put no effort into it at all. The cake that cake was still frozen! My boyfriend and I where really looking forward to our meal but where let down a lot. NEVER ordering from this please again!!!!

If I could give it lower than 1 star I would. Driver claimed to have knocked without an answer, but we was home and waiting for the door. Redelivered, overall wait was 1hr 45 mins and food was freezing, also we was missing a kebab from the £12 kebab deal. I also asked for my wrap without salad but I was also given salad. Poor experience, never again

It was nice enough, pizza was nothing special.

as always gr8 food, but this time a bit different, the lamb , was a bit spicy ( my wife loved it ) , & got a very nice freebie, don't know what they were , but wow very yummy & as always when I want a kebab milano's is the only place 2 order

missing items in the order then did not answer the phone , both deserts sent in a plastic tub which were both smashed and shards of plastic meant food could not be eaten , delivery driver charged me more than price stated when ordering despite there being missing items , did receive a free garlic bread with my order that was bland , undercooked will not be using again non of the food was edible or missing I may as well of burnt my money.

The whole lot went into the bin, I wouldn't even feed my dogs it, it was disgusting, the smell from the chicken kebab and chicken wrap was absolutely vile, save your money and go else where.

Restaurant has the worst customer service EVER! Food arrived 45 minutes late and the driver charged my friend £10 more than what the total was... I was not there when the food came otherwise I would have said something! Do not order from this restaurant it’s terrible!

ordered food at 12.30 for 1.30, restaurant manually accepted my order and confirmed delivery for 1.55, waited until 3 am for it only for it not to arrive. do not order from this restaurant if you actually want to eat something, they will not contact you to cancel, they’ll leave all the hard work to you. now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. awful service, will not be using again.

food was horrible, the chicken was undercooked in the wrap, the garlic bread with cheese was just a pizza with garlic and cheese, burger was horrible, the kids pizza was disgusting the kids couldn’t eat it and their cake that came with the kids meal was frozen, rung to be told they can’t do anything about it so WONT be ordering from there again

NEVER ARRIVED! its obvious that you DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING AFTER MIDNIGHT from this restaurant and say you’re paying by CASH! i rang and rang the so called restaurant and nothing! Still waiting and yet Justeat says the food has been delivered and to leave feedback.....

I ordered hit bbq but ut was something sweet and cold had it earlier was good highly disappointed and also i ordered coke they sent pepsi not good.
