Bodrum Kebab in Mansfield

Just not right, the food was undercooked and the food was cold yet they refused to replace and wanted me to buy more food. How it even makes sense, flabbergasted! Fraud

Nothing wrong with the food, tasted just fine. My gripe is that I made a telephone order and after I collected and took the food home, I found they had not included all of my order. I wasn't going to go back as that would mean a 10 mile trip. Will not be going back, sorry!!

I have never written a review but this was by far the worst kebab I’ve ever had (I’ve had my fair share) it was cold and the meat was really not pleasant! The sauce was watery with no flavor, Went straight in the bin and I will definitely be finding somewhere else to eat tomorrow night

Ordered a pizza and 2 portions of cheese chips . Tasted off and we had to spit it all out instantly . Not sure if it was the cheese but it was horrendous and made our stomachs turn. Taking into consideration we have been a regular customer for a long time and we're not normally picky when it comes to our food but after spending 20 pounds I rang up to complain about the food in a polite manner . For them to tell me there's nothing wrong with the food and not to offer something to be redelivered fresh or even a partial refund . They've lost a customer

This place was my alway go to for a kebab but tonight it was cold I rang as I have never complained and felt they would understand but they called me a lier and then said we r closed now we offer u 15% off next time I'm sorry but not good enough

We have eaten here twice now ( takeaway) and the food is absolutely amazing…we had large lamb shish and large chicken shish with naan and pitta and salad with extra red cabbage & large rice ( all bread and salad separate so no soggy food and around £20 ) … absolutely amazing authentic food which was tasty tender and huge portions … excellent communication and quick delivery of piping hot food … try it and you will thank me

Stayed locally for a few night and we though we would check this place out. Had the mixed donner kebab, and it was the worst kebab I've ever had. Ended up back at my hotel feeling ill.

Tonight I ordered a large lamb shish kebab on naan bread with separate salad and coleslaw. The lamb was beautifully cooked but the rest was disappointing. The naan bread was under cooked, the salad cost an extra 60p (without a box it was free) and the coleslaw was £2.50 for a tiny pot of mass produced coleslaw. Worst of all, the meat and naan were stone cold. Very disappointing.

I ordered a garlic bread and a hot and spicy pizza tonight. Very disappointing, the garlic bread was a plain pizza base that was very dry and flavourless. The pizza itself was also very dry, no sign of onions ect just odd bits of pepperoni with some cheese and green peppers and lots of cayenne pepper all over it. 60% of it went in the bin and was replaced by lots of water.

Have been buying chicken shish from here for over 10 years. Never had a bad one. At £10 for an extra large its not cheap but I have been elsewhere for the same and always go back here . I cant say about the rest of their menu but can recommend that 1 dish. I stopped having the chips as , unless your eating on site they are always soggy by the time they get home . The free garlic pizza bread if your bill us over £20 is also really good. And the sauces are well prepared fresh( i think ) and you can tell.

Having noticed that this take-away had been awarded 5 star food Hygiene Rating In 2018 I wanted to give it a try, I’m writing this having visited in excess of 6 times since. As kebabs and pizza go, this is up there with the best, a kebab from a typical (and traditional) chip shop is a poor comparison to what is offered here. I’ve visited Turkey in excess of 10 times and Bodrum Kebab offer the same quality/ taste and value Great service, table and chairs to eat in if you prefer (remember, this is not an actual restaurant but it’s certainly a decent takeaway) Can order online though it’s cash only if you order at the counter

It is as always a very welcoming warm family orientated place. They feed us and always flexible. The food quality is amazing, I have no quarrels it is worth every penny!! I love the food supreme taste. Hygiene is great, clean hands, clean utensils, open kitchen. The food the service all speaks great food

My Partner and I visited this place and it was approxmiately 23.15 which for a Kebab place was not too late . There was no indication that they were closing we had just nipped in after visiting my Mum for the day . I ordered a Shis Kebab just a regular my Partner ordered a Cheese burger and chips. It basicly took about 20 minutes to receive our food I started eating now I am not a slow or fast eater . After about five minutes one of the staff informed us that they were closing in 10 minutes so panic I started to rush my food . After about 8 minutes we were informed that they were closing now. Now obviously I realise that these type of places are prodomintly used to serving intoxicated people late at night .Which my Partner and I obviously were not. I have never eaten anywhere and been rushed so much! They took our money at the time and never advised us that they were basicly closing in the next 10 minutes. I found them very rude and ignorant. I have been there quite a few times and quite frankly their food has been detoriating each time. Just to let the people of Mansfield know unless you are totally inebriated on a Friday or Saturday night I advise you to stay away from this place.. The general hygiene of the place seems to be also getting worse. I just expect to be treated a little more respectfully actually turning off the lights whilst I was still eating my food is completely out of order.

All I can say is “The Best kebabs ever”. Great service. Cooked on a BBQ from fresh. Nowhere I have ever been will compare to the Bodrum. Wonderful staff who care about what they are cooking. Nothing has ever been cooked burnt. By far the best

Disappointed !!! It's look like they not bother about customers any more! Kebab was bearly warm pizza was cold ordered stuffed crust pizza for extra 2£ and got without cheese! Also got different toppings. Do not buy pizza from there... IT was my favoruite take away but have to use others Im afraid.

I waited for a order..... which turned up cold over a hour and twenty minutes after I ordered. I said I wasn’t happy paying full price to which the delivery driver replied “ I don’t know I’m not fussed” and then rang the resteraunt to be told our food isn’t cold. Very rude staff and very poor customer service..... will never be ordering again 😡

It's a kebab / pizza / burger place typical of it's genre, nothing special but nothing lousy either, run of the mill, food ok, no nasty surprises in ours, ideal when you've had a few beers, though I have had kebab in day and it was ok, it is what it is. Let's face it, it's not fine dining and not expensive. No Rolls Royce for mini money!

My wife has always ordered and enjoyed the Lamb. More expensive but we never mind as long on we have quality. Ordered via 'Just Eat' and the delivery was wrong and late. We received a small part of Lamb and the rest was cheap Kabab meat.

Para llevar orden desde aquí dos veces al mes a través de JustEat sin embargo la orden proviene a menudo equivocado y estamos esperando al menos una hora o más para que llegara. Un par de veces que he mandado ya que no era ni siquiera similar a lo que pedimos en primer lugar. A veces es muy molesto ya que es sencillo de leer el orden en una pantalla y entregar correctamente en un tiempo razonable. No es mucho pedir cuando eres un cliente que paga. . .Pero diciendo que el kebabs son agradables y es por eso que terminan volviendo.

Kofte ordenados nuestra habitual Adana kebab que siempre tenemos desde allí y pensé que intentaría un kofta mezclado shish kebab. Los dos estábamos impactados cuando probamos nuestra primera boca llena ya que estaba lleno de condimentos y demasiada sal en realidad no pudimos probar la carne. Esto no es habitual para Bodrums como siempre hemos disfrutado de su comida, especialmente el Adana kofte. Cuando nos teléfono para decir que la comida no como es normal nos dijeron "que es lo que debería ser". Los chips de queso que pedimos eran apenas caliente también. Toda la comida para llevar que habíamos estado deseando todo el día después de tanto trabajo todo el día, fue un desastre! Yo no podía comer las piezas de cordero como fueron tan grasos que tenían que ser más cercano en el que escupía bin. 16 libras en la papelera, gracias

Said it would arrive at 21.05 and it arrived at 9.45 I ordered at 20:10. food was only just hot enough when it arrived and cooled down very quickly... when I rang the store to ask where it was they just said it is on its way it have been busy. No apology, and was rather pushed of the phone

Turkish take away . Còok education over charcoal. Kebabs fresh meats or dinner. Very tasty. Great value. Great staff

First time order. Food was delicious. Arrived on time shame it was not hot. Disappointed with naan bread was expecting similar to Indian. Although two negatives enjoyed meal and would order again.
