Probably one of the best pizza ever had with the worse service EVER as well.. manager was just worried about been right and not giving a good service… we bough 3 pizzas take away cos restaurant was too busy at the point (we waited for 30 minutes) and got beers as we wait at the bar area (sitting) after getting the pizzas to us the manager asked us too go cos was a take away.. asked to pay the different to stay and even offered to buy 3 more pizzas on a not take way price, keep on mind at that point it was at least 4 tables free. But SHE WAS more worried about being right that really giving good service. Is a shame such a good food ruined but a young manager that only worries about being right and having the last word that actually keeping customers happy..

I got Beatrice which didn't have cheese but was seriously lacking toppings and the tomato sauce wasn't great. My partner got the Dirty Boy, or something like that, which had cheese and meat, even he said it was just ok. Staff were fine. The restaurant itself was uninspiring.

We Booked a table a few days ahead as it's often busy. The lady Sam was very helpful and fitted us in for the Sunday. When we arrived Sam was also on duty and took us straight to a table. The Pizza was excellent washed down with Peckham Lager. It was very enjoyable with excellent service from Sam. We will definitely go again.

Absolutely delicious fresh food. We started with the garlic bread with cheese, the burrata heart and olives. All of which were delicious. Our pizza and calzone was so fresh and delicious. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful. Also a great range of beers, wines and cocktails. A fabulous addition to South Norwood, we have booked in for dinner this weekend!

I decided to give this place a second opportunity, but it was even worst: 50 minutes to get the pizza that had a dough hard as an stone and tasted like eating paper. Complained to the waiter that answered in a very unprofessional way. Not a sigue manager was working when asked. I’m not going to return.

Non certo scontato da queste parti (londra, quartiere di Croydon) trovare una buona pizza addirittura cotta con forno a legna. In questo bel locale pizzaioli (italiani doc) fanno un prodotto davvero comparabile a quello di un locale italiano. Prezzi onesti.

Rang and told it had just been put in the oven after been ordered on just eat over 2 hours ago. I asked why it has only just been put in? There reply was. I don’t know. Will not be ordered from here again

Rubbish the Donna meat was steachy and rubbery disgusting

The following review is for a FoodHub order made a week after this one. Mamma Mia used to be great. But we recently ordered under the new management. Waited over 2 hours. Staff told us it would be 5 minutes when we called. Waited another hour. Staff told us it would be 10 minutes when we called again. Waited another half an hour. They still refused to give us any sort of discount. Food has changed drastically. Online order wouldn't accept card. Avoid until they sort it all out.

Used to love mamma mias, very disappointed with the new management, we live in Skelton but took nearly 2 hours to arrive, chips were rubbish, no option for a full salad with kebab, pizza and garlic was nice but won’t be using again

First time ordering under new management, delivered 30 minutes early, chips were hot and crispy, pizza was evenly cooked with a good balance of sauce to cheese and no grease. Yet to try anything else

No order received paid for it and never came however the order was accepted and said driver on the way

The food is great. Always on time and piping hot on delivery.

Parmo was horrible, dead chewy and burned

Never again first-time ordered here last time 2 parmo s looked like they were warmed up burnt and chicken over done can still taste burnt after only eating a bit had chips 15.00 not worth it tryed to ring shop but could not get through

Delivery was 45 mins earlier than restaurant estimated it would be If they say a time it should be around that time

Food was decent but delivery charge Is absolutely outrageous.......... how can you charge £3.50 delivery to the other end of skelton. Other takeaways offer free delivery or just £1 making profit from delivery is not fair to your custoners

30 mins late which meant the food was only warm not hot. The box on the pizza had collapsed so the lid was stuck to the pizza top.

Driver was rude , told me that I should have given my house number 😡I DONT HAVE A NUMBER. I have a name TILMORAY you had my number instead of driving around letting my meal get cold you should have called before you set off on the deliveries 😕 orders lots of times before normal delivery driver is fab new Scottish guy sucks

Beautiful food best kebab I have ever head beautifully seasoned salad and presentation was superb great value for money will definitely be ordering again. Fantastic 10/10

Sometimes it can be hit or miss. Im unsure if its changed owners , but previously you used to get a seperate portion of salad in a little container , admittedly it had far too much vinegar and onion with it. Now your salad is put on the meal. Well i say "on the meal" , sprinkled on top more like. The state of the salad was terrible, it looked old and lifeless , brown around the edges. As for the onion , i think it had been chopped with an axe by a blind man on a galloping horse , it was horrendous. *very poor* 👎 This place used to do nice food , but not now

Outstanding. Awesome kebab. Never ordered from anywhere in my life that had the genius to separate salad and donner meat with grease proof paper. Makes a big difference! Awesome chilli sauce and even got 2 pittas. Cheesy garlic bread top class as well. Will 100% order again. Take a bow

Absolutley awful , my parmesan tasted like oranges, when we rang to complain they said this was normal as its the bechamel sauce they use ? Abs waste of time and money and now we are still starving ! Never again

I cannot fault the quality of the food. There was rather a lot and we had to save some for tomorrow’s lunch!!! The only grumble is with Just eat and not the take away- I was firstly told the meal would be ready for collection within the half hour but when we went up they had only just received the order from just eat and we had a further half an hour to wait.

First time trying here and will be coming back, pizza was lush! Really thin base, not too much sauce on it. Probably one of the nicest pizzas we have had from around here

What can I say ? I have no idea why people rate this 5☆ you live and learn . Waste of money sorry I won't be ordering from here again . Still poor now as it was when it first opened how this place is making money is beyond me .

Great tasting food, came piping hot and delicious. delivered early, slight mix up with online app order re garlic sauce (annoying as called to advise but apparently wasn’t on my order so didn’t get this) however would order again.

We had ordered our food to come at 7.15!and they had added an extra half hour on which was ok, then I got a text saying it was on route and was delivered at 6. Then the pita bread was soggy and inedible as it was put under the chicken. The food and service is usually good

Food absolutley disgusting. 2.20 for some Cabbage onion and tomato is shocking. Pitta was soggy. Mixed wrap was wrong. When u ask for no sauce you expect no sauce oh and whole order freezing cold. When just eat asked them for a refund. Was told point blank no... Never ever again.

Order was processed quickly with a text message right on time. Parmesan and garlic bread and chips were delicious, if I had one negative it was the pizza was a bit soggy but still tasty. Really enjoyed it.

Ordered through just eat and wanted a half and half pizza (due to kids liking different toppings!) I had requested this on the order but when it was delivered we were told by the delivery driver that they hadn't done the half and half as we requested, I rang the pizza shop and was told there was nothing he could/would do about it. This left us with a problem of one of the children not having pizza so ended up having to order another pizza from elsewhere for my daughter. The customer service is appalling it wouldn't have hurt to correct this matter by way of an apology and sending the correct pizza or a small pizza with the other topping but he refused to do anything. The rest of the food wasn't as nice as we'd have liked either I certainly won't be using them again.

2 hours to deliver an order is just not good enough. I spend a serious amount of money at this place and expect much better service

Food was good. Iv had many mixed kebabs from many places. Its not my favourite, but it was all good and id eat there again. Delivery service was fast so deffo cant complain. Worth the 4* rating

Food tasted great but the portion size really wasn't worth the cost. £11 for a mixed kebab and got 3/4 of the box full of chips and salad and a handful of kebab meat, chicken and chicken tikka, with a tiny tub of garlic sauce.

I haven't received my order, I had to ring and they said it would be with me in five mins, they then phoned back to say they had ran out of what I had ordered, I asked for my money back and they said I would have to contact just eat! Re ordered something else as they could not refund me! Waiting for delivery
