Don’t deliver someone’s order without sending the garlic sauce… if they’d told me they didn’t have garlic sauce I wouldn’t have ordered from here!! Refused any sort of credit too!!

ignore bad reviews only place we use for food and it’s nice the man who’s posted a photo saying it’s horrible but clearly eat half of it made me laugh😂

Driver called to need phone number, Said he was nearby at petrol station, went out to go get the order at petrol station, Drivers not there, come back, Order said Delivered by driver when I checked order, wasted my time and i'll just get a refund.

Had yet another great family meal.The staff are proving to be consistent in being faultless from the guy who greeted us to the waitress Tina.Ive been going to Pizza express since the late 70s and this one tonight will be remembered as one of the best meals!The app is actually worthwhile recognising the value of the customer and the staff always do their best to help you understand it.Its not cheapest place in Bury and has to be a treat but it's well worth it.Cant recommend it enough (only niggle..music . Spice Girls and Abba! But i am a music snob😂)

Me and my siblings all met up last night. We had a lovely time. The two women waitressing were really good as there was 7 of us so it wasn’t an easy order. When it came to leaving we ask for the bill. So they gave us the bill. We all paid. As we were walking out the door the man that was working that night. There was only one but we didn’t get his name. Stop us and said we hadn’t paid a bill. He wasn’t very friendly and approached us completely wrong as this was their fault not ours. They have put our table through with one person on a different table and hadn’t realised until the door. The way this was gone about ruined our mood after a lovely evening out with our siblings. He made us all feel grumpy as we left. This is not our fault and he should have approached us in a completely different manner seeing as it was their fault. We won’t be returning. It’s a shame as the two ladies were so lovely and helpful. He wasn’t so much.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered doner meat and chips that's its come without salad or chilli sauce, again gone in the bin, won't be ordering from here again, it's a basic order and ruins the meal

Me, my mum and 2 nieces had a great experience last night, the staff member was very attentive, polite and helpful. He was friendly and smiling from the start we will definitely be back.

We wanted a table for two, but didn't have a reservation. We were told that all (!) tables in the entire restaurant were reserved. It was around 5 p.m. The restaurant was almost empty, and there were no guests on the terrace either. We asked if we could have a pizza to go, and they said yes. The dark-haired waitress/manager brought us the menu and then didn't come back to take our order. So we left, as we could spend our money elsewhere.
