Very disappointed, payed so much and the food is terrible!!!! 😡😡😡

Food standard gone down . Wrong item produced first time and had to be changed. Poor that chips have to be ordered extra with a burger so it looks as if the price is cheaper. New menu poor.

I gave this shop a 5 star review because they give the customers amazing service. They have amazing food that is fresh and hot. The place is bright and eye catching. I would recommend this to everyone who and go to this shop.

Thought I’d try this place for the first time as it’s one of my locals. I thought the food was quite nice although the chicken quesadillas was different to what I was expecting, it reminded me more of a cheese garlic bread but with chicken, nevertheless it was well cooked and I did enjoy it. Salad, salsa and sour cream dips included on the side. The chicken enchilada was ok and a good size too. I'd say it's a bit on pricey side for the mexican options but it's what you'd pay at a restraunt, if not more so I understand why. Cutlery and luxury wet wipes included which smelt lovely! I will probably try something different next time. 🙂 Thanks

Nice but chicken burger had no sauce was dry

Meat was really nice & tender, in particular the lamb which was beautifully cooked. Everything tasted nice & fresh and arrived reasonably hot. Will definitely use again 👍

Me and my family went out for tea and decided to go to pizza express. We booked after the football and went about 2 hours after. The food was truly scrumptious . Our waitress who was called Hannah M was lovely she was always around to check that the food was okay and to see if you needed anything. Hannah was always polite, joyful and bubbly. Massive thank you to pizza express and especially Hannah who made sure that we had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend for anyone that is wanting a yummy and easy tea. I am only 15 and Hannah set a true example for how people should be polite and well mannered. It is remarkable how one person can have such a big impact on people just by being friendly. Thanks so much Hannah!

I was horrified by the attitude of the bouncer this evening. My husband and I were about to enter the venue and the bouncer on the left as we approached decided that my Malaysian husband who lives in Portugal and wasn't drunk, was trouble, stating that he had previous issues there. I'm calling a racist assault and will be taking this further. Get your CCTV ready. I've NEVER been so embarrassed to be Scottish in my life! Shame on you!

His friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel right at home. He took the time to explain the menu options and offered great recommendations, which we really appreciated. To start, we ordered the halloumi bites, and they were absolutely divine! The crispy exterior paired with the soft, warm halloumi was a match made in heaven. They were perfectly seasoned and served with a delicious dip that complemented the flavor beautifully. For the main course, I opted for the cannelloni pasta. It was a generous portion filled with rich, savory ingredients that left me craving more. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was bursting with flavor, making each bite a true delight. We also indulged in a couple of cocktails, which were expertly crafted. They were refreshing and added a fun twist to our meal. Food Smells amazing can't wait to eat 😋

Be careful before ordering pizza from here. I received slices with badly burnt edges (see photo), and when I brought it up, they told me “we make it like this.” No apology, no offer to replace it — just complete disregard for quality or customer experience. The dough was dry and puffed up with barely any toppings. It honestly felt more like eating a plain bun than a pizza. Definitely not worth the money. Stay away from this shop. I’m reporting this to the Food Standards Agency — they need to be held accountable for what they’re serving.
