Caprinos in Bedford

Very cold food. Not happy about service.

I never experienced such a customer service. I spoke to Faruk. You advertise buy one get one but Faruk denied to make one for me. He was very rude and said he was busy so he cannot make the pizza I want. He insisted me to get the pizza options that he would like to make which is easy. I cant accept the fact that someone is denying to accept the customer’s options just because he is busy. Ridiculous. Same representative served me with 5 star service in the past but not sure why he did this today. My friends, family and I have been your customer for past 3 years. You said “I don’t have time” to make pizza. From now we don't have time to buy pizza from unprofessional bedford Caprinos. I will recommend my friends and family to stay away from Caprinos bedford. Thank you for your rude service.

Time kept getting longer and longer then the worker tried shouting down the phone to me saying I need to pick up and that the driver is outside while I was stood on my doorstep with nobody there.

It’s never been this late before

Food was 90 minutes late !!! And on top of that they forgot our bottle of Fanta which they didn’t want to send out, person we spoke to on the phone was angry and rude. Didn’t want to give us our Fanta untill we ordered again, they then offered to bring it up us after said il bring all the food back right away. Very bad customer service !! Wouldn’t recommend

Caprinos is the best pizza place i’ve ever been to, the pizza is delicious always comes warm. The cookies are personally my favorite they’re the best ones i’ve ever had!!

We really rate our local pizza place. Toppings are plentiful, crusts are very good and they always have offers on. Fresh and tasty, we love it here!

So I did cash and the guy didn’t have change and he said he would come back and give me the 10 pound. But he didn’t come which is absolutely ridiculous. Never going to order again

We had a pizza treat night and thought we would give caprinos a go. The 7 inch meal deal was a good size for us both and we got another side also. The pizza itself was cooked great with plenty of toppings. We like the choice of pizza on the menu. Will definitely return again!

One item was correct and the other item was not what I order

they used to be much, much better. half of the things we ordered weren’t in stock and the quality was just nowhere near where it used to be. don’t get me wrong it was edible but that’s about it, probably wouldn’t get again now.

Great food & good service. The food was available to pick up quickly and was still nice and hot when I arrived home. We had the biscoff milkshake (which was insanely tasty), Shawarma blast, BBQ Sizzler and BBQ chicken wings. This is always a reliable pizza joint, and a go to pizza spot for Bedford 💥 This is my third visit to Caprino’s, and we’ll be back!

While the pizza was tasty. The driver when to the wrong address so by the time my food was delivered, it was cold.

My daughter ordered loaded fries unfortunately cheese sauce was forgotten and she found to dry to eat so left it. The pizzas were enjoyable, more tomato sauce base would have been better as there was hardly any on it again dry, personal taste. Great delivery time though and very prompt.

Ordered over the phone and the customer service was good. Delivery came on time and the delivery driver Ramzan was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed both flavours of pizza, Butter Paneer and Tandoori Chicken. The flavours went well together and tasted very nice. I would order again due to the unique favour combinations Caprinos has which I haven't seen in any other pizza place. Also, the prices are reasonable unlike some other places.

Ordered on Uber eats at 17:07 was meant to be delivered at 17:50-18:00 didn’t arrive till 18:40, pizza was barely warm cheese was dried up due to temperature, The wrap was decent I’ll give you that but Normally the place is great ( delivery is irregular, one order could be on time, the next very late) maybe it was a one off bad experience 🤷‍♂️

Good, Fast service and friendly staff

Didn’t read the delivery note, I asked to be called on arrival, they didn’t, the fumbled around in the dark trying to find the cottage. I specifically gave my number in order to avoid having that happen and potentially waking up neighbours.

Absolutely brilliant service food is hot and freshly prepared price is good as well, they did forget one thing but they sorted it out pretty quickly and it was resolved satisfactory:) defo order from here again

It is totally waste of money never ever buy pizza from the store we had two times experience one was in Northampton and the second one is here. We ordered two original crust small pizzas and received one small pizza with original crust and the second one was a MEDIUM pizza with an extra thin crust the crust was just like nachos.

Has to be the worst pizza shop in bedford ordered 2 pizza and 2 sides off Uber eats clearly said buy one get one free in bold at the top they ended up only bring 1 pizza 1 side so I said that’s wrong and ended up arguing with a rude guy on the phone he was trying to say was 7inch only but there was nothing on Uber eats saying this so was misleading I even showed both drivers what I see on the app and understood where was coming from after 2 and half hours finally got what I ordered but the only bought one side again 😂 after arguing with the guy over the phone this person was so rude the side was burnt and pizza’s wasn’t great just go to domino’s across the street

Thank you Caprinos for an amazing meal, was for 2 people but filled up more than 3 of us. Loaded fries were great with the chicken. Pizza was also lovely and hot. Milkshakes were amazing I definitely recommend the biscoff it was divine!

Enjoyed a meal from Caprinos in Bedford. We got the shawarma & peri peri chicken pizza, cheesy garlic bread, loaded chicken fries, and a Kit Kat and Biscoff milkshake. Each item was full of flavour, from the crust to the base to the toppings. This is one of the only restaurants in Bedford who offers such a great selection for all types of customers, plus 2 for 1 deals every single day! I highly recommend all the food from Caprinos and will definitely be ordering it again for family & friends. I also love that they are also offering student discounts now! Thank you Caprinos Bedford!

Ordered £22 worth of food, never got ordered, never get the order receipt to my email and although I sent them my bank payment, never got a refund or a response. Literally stole my money.

Drive past this place most days so when I was invited over to take a look around I had to give it a go. Had a large BBQ Sizzler, which was well cooked and really tasty and a portion of chicken wings. Friendly staff - was relatively early on a Friday night so quiet at the time. I'll be back!!!!!
