Farrukh was amazing and lovely with his customer service I will be coming back heree again because of him.

Decent food, one of favourite places to order - no longer though. Had a missing item, told to mention next time - I mention this time round, they’re completely oblivious to it after wasting 5 minutes of my time while they deal with other customers. Customer service is here abysmal. Little to no customer service and they couldn’t care less about their mistakes. Will I order again? Probably if management changes.

Best pizza ever I had the chicken stripes and curly rmfries and Asian classic defo recommended also cute kid helping out aswell

Delivered after 1.5 hour of ordering!! Customer service is pathetic. I called in to check my order status after expected delivery time, the guy kept on saying the delivery man should be there any second. I called the pizza place thrice and had to ask for driver's number who also said "I'll be reaching in a second" which ofcourse took 1.5hr and food wasnt warm at all. Not going to recommend or order again from here!

Food was just okay, but got the food two hours after I ordered and over 1 hour after the expected time. Not great, Pizza didn’t taste as fresh as normal,

Terrible after sitting in A +E for 2 hrs I ordered a pizza, pizza was under cooked, base was dry

I ordered the mega deal, the pizzas and sides were perfect and very delicious but the cookies were not cooked at all by the looks of it, I called the restaurant and they were happy to send some more to fix the problem. After this was fixed the cookies were very nice and exactly how they should be, I will definitely order again ☺️

Ordered from here few times always the delivery comes after 1-2h the stuff is so disrespectful and have no manners at all and the food is so expensive there’s a lot of places you can go eat the same quality and better way cheaper!! I’d definitely not recommend!! A big no!

Ordered around 1:30 and initially got delayed on the app with new timings. Pizza didn't arrive even after the time ao called up the restaurant where the staff was kinda rude. When the order arrived instead of ringing the bell he started knocking on the door and had no explanation on the late delivery

Meh, it was alright. I would personally say the £30 minimum order is a bit high for someone wanting to order on their own. The food quality wasn’t any better than your local uncles takeaway that would offer the same food at a cheaper price. There isn’t anything that “stood out” but it was still lovely and hot, tasted good enough but not for the price. I was also missing the garlic & herb dip that I selected on my meal.

About 90 minutes late, and when I called to request updates I kept being lied to, being told it was 5 minutes away when it clearly wasn’t. Person on the phone couldn’t have cared less.

Food is hella nice but delivery was late by 30 minute

The delivery was later and they didn't follow the clear instructions to avoid ringing the bell. No tracking and no effort . The food was not bad buy they forgot the main ingredient on one of the pizzas what destroyed my dinner making my pizza bland.

It’s honestly good High Street pizza. It was delivered perfectly on time and piping hot. It’s not artisanal/Italian/fancy, but it’s great.

Ordered through Uber Eats at 5.20pm on Monday. Order £50+ for 7 people. Expected delivery 5.50-6.10pm. At 6.15pm called to say driver can't find you & it's been returned to us as you didn't leave a house number or a phone number. Not true - its all on the Uber app. Person on phone didn't really speak English which isn't helpful & hung up on us twice. I then had an UberEats notification to say it was cancelled, over an hour after order placed. Hungry grandchildren after a long hot day. Had to quickly find them something else though not what they wanted. Delivery FINALLY came back - cold & an hour late. Uber notifications said they tried to call me about the delivery - I have no missed calls. Utter shambles, dreadful service, total lack of customer service & far from the nicest pizza I've had. Most certainly will not be trying them again nor UberEats. Spoiled our evening which was a rare event in itself with family altogether. And before anyway says I should have cooked, yes I would have but I have no kitchen right now.

RANCID! Those who value there immune system avoid this abomination of a establishment, I found the pizza topping mutilated with hair and saliva, the cheese was borderline plastic and the service was horrendous, in response to me asking if they where open at 11pm, he responded “not for your kind”, I could only turn my wheelchair around and leave, gobsmacked at the service! Won’t be bringing my 103 year old nan back here anytime soon, they sent her to A&E, Her heart raises easily with tension 😞

Very rude staff, I called last night to order pizza and because I laughed at something completely unrelated, the staff member got insecure and was threatening to block my number, lots of other better takeaways to order from in bedford, AVOID THIS ONE

Really bad customer service, never received my delivery and when I spoke to them on the phone they were very rude and did not help me in any way and took my money and never gave me my food or my money back. Extremely disappointed.

Food due at 17.30, I called the restaurant at 17.45 told driver will be 5-10 minutes as in traffic. App updated time to 17.45. App said delivered enjoy your food at 17.55 but still no food!!! Called again at 18.10 to be told driver 2 minutes away. Driver finally arrived at 18.

I prefer this place to domino’s decently priced and the pizza is very good bbq n garlic n herb sauce tastes just like domino’s, chicken wings could have a bit more flavour and the cookies have come twice before undercooked but apart from that good service n great pizza 8/10

I was kindly gifted a meal from caprinos and opted for the veggie supreme, jalapeño dippers and Oreo milkshake. Everything was delicious, pizza was especially really tasty and full of flavor! Will defiantly order in the future

Waiting time could go upto more then 1 hour. It's been 1 hour and 20 minutes and nothing has been arrived yet. False promise lady on the phone informed driver leaving then again after 20 minutes driver still leaving. Better go pick up the pizza. Rather then depending on their delivery man.

food arrived late and we had several items completely missing from our order including the drinks, dips and also the wrong stuffed crust. After calling the restaurant they told us the driver would deliver the missing items but we had no response or second delivery. Not happy.

we paid for extra mushrooms and it's just one slice. food was ordered at 19.45 and delivery was at 20.50. when the restaurant is just around the corner. the delivery chap said it's because one of the road is closed and had to go round.

Ordered a 9” pizza with mixed peppers, cheesy bites, Oreo milkshake, chips & chicken wrap. Cheese on the pizza was delicious, not greasy like most take aways. Chicken wrap was really yummy too! Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Great pizza. one if the best in Bedford. food is always tasty and hot and the selection is great. The side orders are really good as well. Great deals available and the delivery is always fast and very polite delivery people. My number 1 for Pizza delivery.

Extremely third class service, been waiting for more than an hour called them twice and they had been saying its been delivered. Clearly they delivered it on the wrong address, what a joke! instead of being apologetic the guy on the phone was extremely rude.

I was very kindly gifted a meal by Caprinos! I opted for the classic Margherita Pizza, BBQ Chicken Wings and a Lotus Biscoff Milkshake. The pizza was delicious, the base was perfect and the cheese was cooked to perfection. The BBQ Chicken wings were amazing too and not too heavy on the BBQ and weren’t too messy to eat! The Biscoff milkshake was 10/10 and a generous size too! They also have a wide range of plant based items so there are options for everyone! I absolutely love the decor in Caprinos, it’s super clean and welcoming and the staff are super friendly! My food was ready within 10 mins of me arriving there and the staff are very efficient! I will definitely be back soon and can’t wait to try more of the menu!

I never got my order. First time I ordererd from Caprinos Bedford and I completely regret it. Stay away.

Food took over an hour to be delivered which i wouldnt have minded if the restaurant hadnt of marked it as delivered 15 minutes before receiving the food. Pizza was room temperature, lacking in flavour and missing the sauce I paid for. Thought it would be a much smoother process on a monday lunchtime.

The food wasn’t cooked properly and I have raised complaint also but no response given

driver went to wrong location, he was also very rude..completely ignored me when trying to talk to him. I had to drive around and find him and the pizza was cold .

So disappointed they did not cook my food properly.

Explicitly rude driver called and asked us to stand in the middle of the road so he could "see us" then proceeded to speed down the road at 40mp/h on a 20mp/h road revving his engine and squeeking his tires and making a load of noise in a residential area in the early hours of the morning. Argued with us about where we live and proceed to speed off after giving us our food. None of this is aimed at the restaurant this is all a driver based complaint.

Kindly gifted a lovley meal. Added an extra pizza. We ordered the bbq Pizza and Asian Classic. We had chips and a oreo milkshake which July kids loved and didn't even give me time to take a proper picture 😅 would definitely order again!

i ordered a pizza 1 with chicken and other with doner .i can not eat any other meat especially when its not halal.They sent a pizza with pepperoni on it hell no.I cant stand that stuff and it smells terrible rang them up to tell them the problem lady answers she aint got a clue whats going on.some chap came on to the phone saying i will listen to the call and get back to u.well 1 hour has gone past still no phone call.Very bad customer service .if u got the order wrong irrectify it but no its your fault.I dont and never had or tasted pepperoni so why would i order it.went straight into the bin.would not order from these cowboys again very very bad service

Good selection of pizzas. Generous toppings. Moreover, they deliver on JustEat and Uber eats till really late and have good meal deal options. Asian classic mix was the pizza I got and it was a 9/10.

Food and service used to be good. We ordered on NYE to a mate's house and they claimed it was delivered when it clearly wasn't as the food was not there. We called the restaurant every 20 min to check throughout the night and they kept saying 'its on it's way'. How can a food order be on its way for over 5 days? Our mate never got the order or the refund back even though he put in 2 claims and keeps contacting them. Ridiculous, do not buy from here ever.....

I wouldn't recommend at all. Rude service initially, been waiting more than an hour for delivery and still no news, and now no answer. What a shambles

pizza came with hair stuck in cheese, loaded fries with no cheese sauce and didn’t receive the garlic tip included in the meal. phones were off when i called up after receiving order but left a voicemail and an email through their website to be contacted . no repsonse 2 days later so called up again and told to call the following day. the guy on the phone who’s the boss said loaded fries donut come with cheese sauce so i had to read out the menu, i was told to text him the photos and my bank details for refund. after doing so he said the refund will be put through, hours later and nothing came through (with monzo bank transfers are instant) i contacted and asked for receipt they refused then after arguing told me he would send it when he goes back to office and the refund will take 12-48 hours. 3 days later no refund or receipt and no contact. had to dispute with bank and didn’t get any replies, showed bank evidence and got my money back. bad hygiene but even worse customer service

Caprinos have exceeded all expectations. Surrounded by all the leading brands, caprinos is most definitely competing and holding its own. Very tasty, top service and would recommend to those wanting something different!

Pizza was okay not great but the chips clearly microwaved or something they weren’t cooked at all and not even that hot really poor so I have submitted a refund request for them

Delivery late about 35 mins (!!!) Restaurant's phone number on JUST EAT invalid ( "Sorry, the number you have dialled hadn't been recognised" 😶😶😶) Had to go to their website to contact the restaurant. Only good thing about this order is food quality ( at least food was still warm/hot)... Disappointed this time 😐😐😐
