Haworth Pizza in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Absolutely awful. I ordered on uber eats and called multiple times. I got shouted at on the phone and got told the "order will be there soon" I waited 2 HOURS just to be told that the order is cancelled and they are "extremely busy" at 4am. This is on a day that they are open 24 hours. I highly recommend that the staff get better at their jobs. DO NOT ORDER HERE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

I would give no stars. Rubbish service, called twice to ask where delivery was and they argued back on the phone and kept ending the phone call. I kept dialling back and they said it was the service that ended the call but it was clearly them.

They sent the wrong stuff and also it took 2hours to get here and I will not getting takeaway from here again

I'd give no stars orderd on Sunday food not arrived now Thursday. Time before tried chicken was like glass. They offered to resend order next day . I rang next day to be told it was his day off so new order wdnt be sent. I told him to phone guy night before but refused. Out of 15 orders theve delivers about 9 times. Should of learnt me lesson 2nd time

Phone up at 12.00am they don't close till 3.30am and got told to ring back later as they are to busy to take my order. If they didn't get orders they would close down

Ordered food that didn’t arrive, when I asked for a refund they denied it because they said they tried to deliver it but they didn’t, they also said they tried to call me but they didn’t. Shocking service, having to pay for food I never had.

Food was warm, but the garlic sauce I ordered genuinely must have been leftovers from the previous day because it smelt and looked off. Not great, this has happened a few times now and I'm honestly not going to be ordering anymore if it continues. I'm paying good money for food and I'm throwing it away because you're sending me stuff that's off. Poor.

Ordered just after 2 am, they confirmed for around 3.25, not great but acceptable for a Friday night Delivery driver said the reason my calls weren't answered is because they're shut (at 3.40 am even though they state they're open till 4.am. food extremely late, Was doubting it was going to arrive hence trying to call them 1st time I ordered from here, food, service and everything was brilliant, they've let themselves down this time Mixed kebab consisted of pitta, donner, and I'm guessing chicken donner, no lamb shish, or chicken shish, just donners, and cold! Hash browns were soggy tastless and warmish, like the chips! S. F. Chicken and wings were spot on. Free garlic bread, lovely but cold

I ordered from Haworth pizza last night and was expecting my food at 3:20am. It did not turn up until well after 4am and was 45 minutes late. When it turned up there were missing items for which the restaurant said they would redeliver, therefore we waited up until almost 5am for these items, however they did not come. Poor service and poor quality food, will not be ordering from Haworth Pizza again.

Asked for it for 7.50 pm and it was right on time, food was fresh, hot and very tasteful excellent quality and great prices wil be using them again

Ordered wine and was delivered alcohol free wine. Tried calling 11 times over the next few hours and had the phone put down on me every time. Don't order alcohol from these guys!

It was revolting, cold, the chips was rock hard uncooked home made style chips. Curry was awful didn’t taste like curry and rice was hard! Don’t waste your money. Absolute awful 🤢🤢🤢

I didn't enjoy my pizza as there was mushrooms on my hot shot pizza even though I had asked for the pizza without them.

Despite the order coming 20 minutes early the food was bland and the garlic mayonnaise we ordered tasted off. First time ordering and won't be ordering again.

I ordered two large donner meat and chips and when it came I looked in the box I had to look again to see if I could find the donner meat I wouldn’t mind but they where £5.10 each and it was cold how do they get a way with it never again

I wouldn't even rate this one star it deserves no ratings at all, the staff are so rude it is actually unbelievable. They put the phone down on customers? I called half an hour before they are about to close to make a delivery, the staff don't pick up the phone. I kept on ringing as they was still open. The second time they answered and put the phone down on me. The third time the staff said "WE ARE SHUT" in a very very aggressive tone. I have made a delivery orders from there when there's like five minutes left to close and not a problem. They have just lost a regular customer. I've been taking the aggressiveness for too long and the rude staff. I advice you not to eat from here! If you do you will find out for your self anyways.

Got takeaway from here over night looked foward to tucking in to my donner meat to notice it was cold and rubbery and dint taste anything like donner meat chips coverd in seasoning and disgusting would not recomend this takeaway to any 1 will not go agiain to this place disapointment and waste of money !

Ite so Boom! Ordered my meal for collection, and i cant lie i was waiting for timeeeeeee!! I even caught a cramp from waiting for so long, furthermore i missed Eastenders due to the waiting time. Bossman was cool tho, he blessed me with a free garlic, so shout out to boss man for that generosity. However the quality of the pizza was appalling, the pizza was still under cooked and the presentation of the pizza was dreadful. In addition i noticed that there was one onion ring missing! Nevertheless i requested "NO CHIPSPICE" as i was on a strict diet, yet this request was ignored!

I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and asked for extra bbq sauce as the previous time I ordered this you could barely tell it was bbq flavoured..sadly when it arrived it was as bland and tasteless as the previous one..wont be wasting my cash here again.
