Super friendly on arrival to collect, food ready exactly when the JustEat app said it would be. Tasty pizza, and excellent fries. Would happily visit again.

DO NOT EAT HERE... Absolute disgusting of a place,I had a chicken kebab,it was awful,and it made me sick. I will be reporting this place to Hull City Council...

we got a large margarita pizza and some fries for less than £13! Everything was perfect. The pizza had a lovely crispy base lots of topping and the chips really crispy. amazing value for money and friendly guy on the counter. Will definitely come here next time we are in Hull.

Back in the day this place was great for a takeaway. Absolutely shocking now. Staff haven't got a clue. Don't bother coming if you haven't got actual money because their card machine never works.

Best pizzas in Hull, and they always have good offers on. Delivery to Victoria Dock is always quick without the long wait times like some other takeaways.

Lovely people but dreadful food. Chips were so salty they burnt, kebab so dry id rather have eaten sand. Horrendous. Waste of 25 quid. We threw 90% away, and we were hungry!

This,used to be the place to go for food after a night out,unfortunately its gone done hill,never got anything in,it looks like it needs a damn good clean in the back as well. Shame really.

Waited 15 mins in the store to be told at the counter they don’t accept cards. Gave me an app to use which we couldn’t add a card to. Left without even ordering

Bought a chicken kebab Friday evening 5th Nov. Chicken raw in the middle of the thicker pieces. My fault i guess for expecting someone to be able to cook chicken! Avoid.

The food from here is great garlic bread to die for

Customer service was abysmal. When I came in one of the chefs was in the middle of quitting. He was shouting the place down and the lady "taking orders" just smirked, made some jokey comment about the situation and then pretty much ignored me. As I was paying by card I had to use their new app system which was fine but the app was down...which again I understand happens..so I said I would pay cash which the lady said was fine but she then proceeded to ignore my outstretched hand of cash and answered a phone call (granted it was to a colleague about the app being down but I feel my order should have dealt with first as I had now been stood there basically ignored for about 30m.) While still on the phone she proceeded to half heartedly tell her colleague to take my order. The order arrived promptly and the food was fine but I've never seen customer service so bad. If the lady had simply apologised about the behaviour of the cook and the app being down and taken my cash and then dealt with the app problem I totally would have understood. There is also no sense of comraderie between the staff. The whole time I was there they were just complaining at each other in front of customers. Food: fine, wait time for food: fine. But the atmosphere and the approximate 40 minutes I waited to actually place my order was not fine. When leaving I saw the lady laughing with someone on Facetime while someone else was trying to place an order. It seemed no one cared about me as a customer at all.

A great takeaway in old town on a Saturday night, tasty food. the staff gave us a bottle of water to help hydrate after a good drinking session 👍

Quite expensive for what was a very basic, average kebab. I've had much better kebabs, that were considerably less expensive.

Place is just the ticket. Good people, sound food: pizzas and chicken kebabs my staples. Always speedily turned around too. Open right through in recent times when others are not. I do think they have to put up with quite a few clowns, as some of the other reviews are evidence of. If you want gourmet food, go and pay gourmet prices...

Love the Donner Kebabs here. They need a credit card machine though.

Got my order tonight ,it was late and very cold, the kebab meat was hard and dry and the chilli sauce was awful at one point it was fresh chilli sauce now it's cheap sweet chilli , very disappointed won't be ordereding again

Went in to this fine establishment on my quest for food when I was met by a lumbering staff member. "what do you want" he mumbled, coldy under his breath "what do you have, fine sir" I asked, weary as he sharpened the large axe he welded "not much" he charmed back sharply Unsure of what to make of this situation, and seeing things were about to kick off, I got out of there. A week went by, feeling safe, until one day a small package arrived in the mail "what's this" I wondered, as I fumbly opened the the package I gasped, dropping the package in horror, as before me was the decapitated head of a French foreign minister with a note, decorated with glitter, reading the words "your next" Overall poor service and average food

Hugely disappointed,1 pizza wrong and 1 missing, can't clearly handle a large order, ordered several times but this has really put us off, couldn't understand on the phone that 1 pizza was wrong and missing one just kept saying 1 missing!

Weirdly the only take away in the old town. Prices recently seem to have doubled. Christmas 2019 two large pizzas delivered for about £11. February two large pizzas collected £16.90, portion of chips an extra £3 on top. Completely overpriced now and discount available by ordering delivery online makes no sense at all. Prices quoted in HDM review in mid March 2020 also completely different - come on Eikona sort out your pricing so it's consistent and transparent.

It does not even taste like chicken.

Just tried ordering from here twice and declined both times. No explanation just told no. Either something isn't right or no customer service skills

One of the best pizza places in this city. They make a very consistent pizza. Try the peperone or inferno, it's been perfectly presented and tasty every time I've ordered. Good quality cheese and pepperoni.

Its years since i had a kebab and after a late gig there wasn't much open. The donner on a tortilla wrap was excellent and easier to eat than on a pitta.

Awful food, it made me ill the next day

Awful food. Avoid. Been twice to this takeaway, 1st time my husband was ill after ordering a pizza which was not very nice then 2nd time i was ill after a chicken burger which was dry, with a tiny bit of lettuce and loads of raw onion, no sauces with it or with the burger my husband ordered. Not nice. It is the only takeaway in the old town so i will just eat in future

Doner was edible, 2 stars for that. House special pizza "a bit of everything" had only onions, salami, chicken and mushrooms on it. Pizza was dominated by burnt taste and taste of old cooking oil as dough was burnt and greasy.

Just called in for a quick bite. Ordered a mix kebab and a chicken kebab to eat in. 20 mins went bye and nothing. People coming in and ordering and leaving with food. 30 mins say sorry money back lost will to live. Told 'well you ordered chicken'.!!!! If a problem with chicken then explain when ordering..... Worse than useless

Food was absolutely awful as the donner meat in my wrap was still frozen. My cousin also found a hair in her food. Would not recommend.

Took over 2 hours to arrive. I've used this establishment on several occasions. It's progressively getting worse. The food is not worth the money. It's bland. Undercooked. Chips are atrocious. Not recommended.

The food was almost cold when it arrived, the fries from eikona have changed to skinny fries these are almost always cold and soggy by the time we get them. We used to order from eikona all the time but will think twice now!

Quoted 1hr 15mins for delivery but delivered within 40mins, kebab, burger and pizza were all nice, chips were soft, not soggy but not the slightest bit crispy which is not to my taste, would definitely order again, just not the chips, great value and great service 😊

Amazing....ordered 2x12" pizzas but they ran out of 12" pizza bases so sent 2x10" for each order....so thats 4x10"pizzas....wonderful service spot on....from the security team @humbersesh.

I have no idea what kind of cheese you use but it wasn't very nice, very different to what other takeaways use, the garlic bread cheese was dripping with grease and it was really hard and chewy. The fries were really thin but the burger was nice. Great delivery time though.

We order from here regularly.They are reliable and the food is good.It is a no frills pizza shop but a bit more variety in the menu would be much appreciated and a loyalty scheme for regulars would be nice

I ordered the food at 5.15pm the it said delivery would be around 6pm then I received an email Saying that the restaurant had put an extra 30 mins on the time so it would be around 6.30pm the food arrived at 7.05 (bearing in mind the restaurant is only a short walk away) the food was terrible, garlic bread was hard the pizza wasn't too bad but was no better than a shop bought one and the chips were cold and seemed as if they weren't freshly cooked.

Awful. Really disappointed. Food took almost two hours to arrive and when it did it was cold and literally inedible. Pizza, chips and garlic bread were solid and ridiculously chewy, ended up going in the bin. Barely any pasta and way too much sauce. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.
