The food is nice, the pizza was really good, the shawerma/donder is good, the burgers are good. They are not perfect gourmet food, but for a fast food shop, the quality is good. Also, the staff are really nice and helpful and polite. They get 5 stars because they offer what you'd expect from this place. Thank you for the food :)

I would give 3 stars for the staff service but the food isnt that great at all. I have ordered shawarma which I expected it to be witg bread naan and salad for takeaway but i only got shredded chicken with nothing . Not good at all .

Usually very happy with service and food but tonight food was just to say warm and my pizza ordered with barbecue sauce base did not have any sauce on just cheese melted on pizza base, unusually bad tonight.

Ordered different meals for a family of 4 adults. Was really fresh and hot on arrival. The calzone was absolutely delicious!

Good parmo pizza dinner calzone was like chewing on a soggy sheet of cardboard and everytime I turned on the tv the staff were quick to turn it off

Food is lovely but the delivery driver always tries to walk away with your change regardless of the amount then just makes the whole thing really uncomfortable when you pull him up for it. like I'm not tipping the driver 40/50% of the order value because of this I won't be ordering again it's everytime

Place order at 12 midnight took money from account then canceled without telling us no answer on phone will never use them again

Me and boyfriend ordered a pizza his was amazing had no complaints. My pizza on other hand was soggy, came with stuffed cheese I never asked for and the pizza would just break away when picked up and I really didn’t enjoy. Order from here regularly and very disappointed considering it was 7.50… My pregnancy cravings really didn’t agree Kebab was lovely tho

I’ve used Vivaldis ever since it opened. But over the last few months I don’t know what’s been going on with them but their service is rubbish. I’ve had part of my order missing I’ve had my food wrong and my food when I get it freezing. I’m sorry but I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I meat not to use them. I’ve already starting to give people gohjis number which is next door to them. The food is far better and the service is spot on.

I had seen this in the high street as I was shopping so I thoughtvI would give it a try. So I ordered a ham & pineapple pizza, a pepperoni pizza, chips and a BBQ dip. It took 30 mins or so to come and they were very nice and piping hot. Normally pizza are so large I leave some, but we had eaten the lot. We shall return

Stopped using vivaldi a year plus before covid the reason, you get a different service when they think your Drunk but nothings changed still leaving things out you paid for but by the time you get home too late and there not prepared to make amends 😥

Always ordered from here and loved the good until now. We ordered a Pepperoni pizza which came cold and when we looked further the dough was actually raw. It had clearly been thrown together quickly as we did order late but the quality should be the same as normal. We have rang and was offered more food but requested a refund instead. The shop have sent a driver to collect the food. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing as always wont go anywhere else. Ordered tonight made a slight mistake and rectified it very very quickly with extras for the inconvenience... not many would do that an would make you argue your side across, to fix/compensate the mistake but they did hats off to all who work there my kids have had a beautiful treat night! Thank you!!

Lovely food and a very wide choice. Prices were very good. Handily placed on the high street they deliver but I picked mine up as I wasn`t far away.

Sadly this place has gone downhill. The last couple of deliveries have been really disappointing - tonight we got the wrong order and were told that our order would be redone and sent out. When it arrived it was cold and looked to have been opened by someone who obviously got the wrong order too. It was just so stodgy. Sharnt be ordering from them again.

Not as good as expected. Kebab meat was spicy and the garlic mushrooms were swimming in oil. Did not enjoy at all. Won’t be going back

26/05/20 must be the chefs birthday as he obviously got a new catapult to splat everything in the pizza box. Supposed to be a chicken Parmo but I had to guess as it arrived as tho it had been catapulted in the box or the delivery driver booted it all the way to my house. Usually good here but this was 100% horrible.

Absolutely diabolical, ordered the vegetarian special but when it came there was no mushrooms, tomatoes or olives,and very little onion so all I got for £5.50 was a stodgy pizza base,cheese,pineapple,and sweetcorn,I rang and complained and 10 minutes later I got a pizza with a stodgy pizza base,cheese,very little onion,and the tomatoes and peppers were undercooked,both pizzas were cold and considering I use this pizza shop on a regular basis I was disgusted with the quality of food tonight....never again will I use these,if you want a decent pizza go to room 23 in Saltburn ,there you will experience good quality pizzas.

I live locally to this take away and regularly use it, I have previous experience of working in pizza shops, I am particularly fussy about meat, hygiene and customer service. I've had a variety of dishes from the menu, they have been cooked to spec, fresh, the doe is nice, delivered hot, the shop is clean and the staff regardless of how busy the shop is will always go out of their way to accommodate the requirements of the customer. Prices are reasonable and it's open 7 days a week. Highly recommend this takeaway to anyone in the area.

Ordered chips cheese and garlic and fair enough it’s a standard dish but was deffos gutted to get home and there was no cheese and now the garlic to cheddar ratio is all off in my body, i’ll Just say the extra money I paid for cheese went on the garlic, I’m sure a vampire never wants to snog my face off

With a heavy heart I sadly have now been forced to right this not so good review as I feel vivaldi has started to deteriorate with thier service of food. On quite a few occasions now i have had my food arrive tepid almost cold I have spoken with them each time having been a regular for alot of years generally only once a week and to be honest I find them to be not bothered anymore one of the owners used to deliver and when he did it was always hot But of late is not the case. I called again tonight to same outcome "I'm sorry" next time you order ill deliver for you despite the fact I had explained it was the last time I will order from them now as enough is enough it's a waste of money because we never enjoy it when it comes practically cold and also tastes awful when it is. Just seems more and more regular so unfortunatly that now was my last order from vivalidi. I will sorce another takeaway in the future shame really. It's more disappointing as I have this once a week or every other week as I'm currently dieting so this is my only treat I have.

im often sceptical of many of these kebab/parmo/pizza shops,having had more than a few bad experiences but having been out on Saturday,i knew i wouldnt want to cook when i got home. I went into Vivaldis,an establishment id never visited before,ordered a large doner kebab and a portion of chips.Fairly quick service,but wasnt long after opening time.The kebab was very nice,though ive tasted better pitta bread.also as usual for this area the meat and salad wasnt stuffed into the bread,which to me doesnt make it as tasty. Chips were pretty good as well.it was a mountain size meal and sadly i didnt finish it,i now know the portion size and will reduce the order.Sat in the place,on the window ledge. Looked very clean and unlike other shops of this type i was fine afterwards.

Just ordered a mixed wrap from this place and I won't be going back!! Mostly salad greasy kebab meat, tiny little bits of Burt chicken in it! Awful! The dog enjoyed it though. Parmesan are spot on though.

Had 1/2 parmo takeaway with garlic sauce, parmo was very tender and tasty, plenty of chips and separate salad. This was at 6.30pm would recommend for easy tea.

The only problem I had with my pizza was It had silami instead on it instead of pepperoni. I don't like silami so I had to pick it off my pizza and I still didn't get it all out, just writing this to let you know that my topping was wrong. Other than that the service was great!

Thankyou even though my son ordered chilli sauce....and meant to order garlic.. It took five mins to sort it out...thankyou very much... Highly recommend...ten out of ten for service :D

Requested the food at 10:10pm but it was delivered at 9:40pm, not impressed with the service as I told the delivery driver and he said there was nothing he could do. This meant that we had to eat the food cold as we had guests arriving after 10pm.

Ordered a BBQ base pizza, came with tomato base, phoned them, lady apologised and sent another. When this one come, it literally was a 'BBQ base' the topping was all over the outside of the box. This was probably the delivery drivers fault, not the restaurants. Didn't bother eating it. Won't be ordering again for pizzas.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, after been told it was on its way, only to ring back just past the 2 hour mark to say they supposedly never got our order.

I love the BBQ chicken pizza from Vivaldi it always tastes really good and is cheap. I prefer this to Domino's Pizza

food came over half an hour late, phoned and got told it was on the way and waited another 20 minutes. When we got the food the chips were cold and soggy and the parmo was burnt, the kebab meat was dripping with oil which isn't usually the 3 case from here. We always order from here as the food and delivery is usually great but we were disappointed last night.
