Just eaten order of parmo and garlic bread today 25/8/24- very, very disappointed- chips cold and obviously old as resembled cardboard , garlic dip tasted sour.Feeling queasy from meal now. Used to be a regular here, but will try others before using these again. Husband said he enjoyed his pizza, but agreed garlic tasted “off”

Do not order from this place if you want good service. Ordered food for 6:45, 25 mins later no food. Called to ask where it was, was fed a lie and was just hung up on.

Ordered 1 parmo, and 1 hotshot parmo. (Comes with chips salad etc.) Prepared, cooked and delivered in 13 minutes!!! Don't Think So.. It was disgusting, re cooked, it was not even hot, chips were dark brown, greasy and hard, it went in bin, and when I complained to food hub, they said owner stated it was fresh, and refused refund! Avoid.. 0 stars Edited... I'm now getting stomach cramps. Hope I don't get worse. Only ate a quarter of the chicken parmo... 🍗😢

Lovely pizzas. Hot and tasty. Very good value. Made fresh while we waited. Nicest we have had for a long time. Clean premises.

Ordered 10 16 inch pepperoni and margherita pizzas to be delivered to a venue for an 18th birthday party last night. Pizzas were delivered on time and were red hot, enjoyed by all, great delivery guy and great price. Would highly recommend THANKS GUYS 👍

Been going to pronto for years but the last change of owners has changed my mind. Food has rapidly gone down hill. Ordered a pizza online went to collect they had a problem with the oven could blatantly see it was working so I said I'll leave it thanks as I couldn't wait. Then I was told they are doing it out the back and it'll be 5 mins... walked out the front and saw the guy from pronto going into roccos so obviously was going to get one from there lol

It's pizzas kebabs and everything associated with that.

We used to order from this place often and it was usually a good experience. However, the last 3 times, parts of the orders have been wrong and when returning it I have been argued with. In addition to this, the prices have become too much. Being charged individually for things such as salad and sauces on a kebab or donner pizza, is just ridiculous. I will not be returning again.

Food is always delicious and staff are really friendly.

Hit and miss since changing owners

Used to be the best pizza shop. Not sure what's going on. Parmo did not arrive with other food. Had to wait another 40 minutes for it. When it arrived it was like it had been in a car for an hour. No taste and undercooked. Chicken kebab under cooked tasteless Food disgusting. The only good thing from this is that it's put me off takeaways.

It was cold and disgusting had a Parmo last year when on holiday but this time we had to through the whole two parmo out to the bin !! Absolutely waste of money !! Don’t try it

Its the worst parmo I've ever eaten in Redcar. The chicken base was undercooked and soggy as though it had just defrosted. I'm surprised I wasn't ill after eating a slice. The chips were reheated. Disgusting! Has put me off parmos altogether.

Ordered a parmo with mushrooms and garlic butter and a chicken kebab at 1938, collected and was home for 2001. The parmo which didn't have the garlic butter on was cold, rang them to let them know and I overheared the woman on the phone accusing me of lying as she spoke to others at the shop. Disappointing to be honest, fortunately living in Redcar there's more takeaways than parking spaces.

Worst takeaway ever since December 2021 Will never order again. So.manynpeople inhale recommended this shop to. NO MORE 🤢🤮

Big portions. Decent prices. Had better elsewhere but nothing was bad. Parmo needed seasoning, chips needed salt, pizza wanted to be crisper, donner could have been nicer.

Had a chilli burger ok hot and tasty good price

For a change we thought we would try somewhere different and so we picked here. We ordered a mixed kebab, a chicken kebab, chips & a BBQ dip. It was one of the best kebabs we have ever had, the grill taste was really nice and different. The donor meat was nice and not greasy compared to other places. We'll deffo go again.

Unreal food, quick service, reasonable price, with very friendly staff , High level hygiene in the shop, specialist in pizza 🍕 nice and crunchy pizza dough , highly recommended to everyone

I ordered a Margherita Pizza, hot shot Pizza and a hot shot Parmesan. Delivered fresh and hot, the food was all delicious. I am unable to fault Pizza Pronto therefore cannot award anything less than 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Munch Box deals are excellent. I order from here at least once a fortnight. Food always good and staff super friendly. Often given a little something extra for free which is always a lovely gesture.

Last Saturday I ordered a pepperoni pizza and chips from here after a night out and it came pretty quick. It was very tasty and the chips were nice too. The chilli dip was one of best dips I've tasted. I would return again

Tonight, (after looking at the reviews) I rang to order a pizza, a young girl answered and told me that my post code wasn't valid, I tried to explain that this was absolutely correct, and...she hung up on me, I rang back, had the same conversation, and she hung up again,after a third time, I rang back and a male answered, he immediately accepted my postcode and recognised my address. Pizza arrived within the time limit, but it was only just acceptable. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Great quality food prepared and served in a spotless kitchen, can't go wrong really.. price is great food tastes lovely, fast delivery if you need it.. highly recomended.

THE best takeaway in Redcar! Just tried a 12" Munich Box and it was lovely, more than enough for two people and at £10 it's a bargain. Sometimes they get the dips wrong but we don't mind because the food is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely discusting it was salty an peppered i waited for an hour for this it was appauling the worst ive ever had!!!! One of the worst in town i wont use again they say they got good rating where mind you ive used these before waited two hours last time never have i tasted anything so discusting even my lad wouldnt eat it neither would my dog fkin hell wht are they doin to the food!!!!

Favourite pizza place in Redcar!

Great food, fast service and friendly staff. The best in the Redcar.

My other half ordered kebab with extra pitta bread, I ordered a half parmo, both for delivery. The delivery was well within time, and the driver very polite when he called to try to find us. The pitta bread was slightly undercooked and hard to slice cleanly. My parmo was ok, but the cheese sauce seemed a little thick. I would recommend a little more oven time for the pitta bread, and a thinner sauce on the parmo, as it was rather thick and 'set' on top of the parmo,which made it rather dry to eat. If you want a USP, it might be worth considering home-made chips, as I rarely eat frozen recooked chips as they are just awful. I've kept the menu, as Pizza Pronto could go one better than the rest, considering the high hygiene rating already in place. I might give it one more try.

Ordered burger, chips and garlic pizza which arrived promptly however, cold and chicken burger was bland without salad on it or sauce. Our drink order were also taking down incorrectly. Instead of Fanta received Pepsi and 7-up.

Terrible parmo! Ordered a full one too share and cut in half the outside lovely as you cut into the middle it was very over cooked that we couldn't bite through it's was so hard and very cheap tasting chicken will not be going again.
