The best restaurants serving Other food in Kew Richmond upon Thames London

I would like to start by staying this hotel is my go to place when we come to visit UK from Italy. The staff are all friendly kind and super helpful. The rooms are the best rooms I've stayed in. I have been in basically every room and all the rooms have an amazing bed, shower, space. Even when visitors come over we recommend them to come here since it's a super friendly, place. I love it!

The place looks nice,statues, nice lightning,but that's it.... I didn't like the rubbish on the floor,even tho was a very active staff cleaning tables,the floor was ,not great, food is average,salads are good actually,but overall very very expensive,yes, is kew gardens,but justify the price....the toilets where in such a state.....the men, probably the ladies as well,and the baby changing are was bad,the picture is from changing area.... Not great for the money you pay,also put more umbrellas outside, there's 2 big umbrellas,and everyone is cramped under

Excelente panadería. Definitivamente clasificado mejor que un 3. 8 Scones excelente también pequeños pasteles y sándwiches Definitivamente parar aquí todos los días si pudiera. Mi hijo es un panadero graduado de la CIA y esto es auténtico en todos los sentidos.

Fun brunch menu used all day - great staff and good food. Always worth popping in if you are in the village

Reservamos este restaurante para la cena de cumpleaños de mi mamá, pero de principio a fin este lugar era increíblemente pobre. En primer lugar, llamamos al menos 8 veces para hacerles saber que estábamos llegando tarde - nadie recibió una sola llamada. Luego llegamos y nos dicen que la reserva no está en su sistema, a pesar de que mi hermana tenía el correo electrónico de confirmación. El restaurante es tranquilo cuando llegamos, así que no es un problema en esta ocasión - se nos dice que elijamos una mesa. La mesa que elegimos tenía una superficie superior limpia, pero pronto nos dimos cuenta de que nadie había limpiado el piso a su alrededor! Pedimos a través de la aplicación y el personal comienza a sacar comida en diferentes momentos. En repetidas ocasiones tuvimos que pedir más cubiertos y más servilletas a lo largo de nuestra comida a pesar de ser 6 de nosotros y pedir tanto entrantes como principales. La principal de mis hermanas todavía no había llegado mientras la mayoría de nosotros estábamos terminando nuestras comidas (incluso después de una consulta inicial / aviso), así que finalmente tuvo que pedir un reembolso y simplemente renunciar a su comida! Íbamos a pedir postres - queríamos cantar feliz cumpleaños a mi mamá, pero esperamos 40 minutos y nadie se molestó en limpiar nuestros platos! Para entonces estábamos tan hartos de tener que pedir todos los artículos básicos / servicios que se esperaría en cualquier restaurante o incluso cadena de alimentos que acabamos dejando! Ni siquiera puedo decir que la comida valió la pena. ¡Una experiencia tan horrible que sin duda aconsejaría evitar!

I really like the cafe in the morning, they serve a good coffee and always fresh pastries/croissant etc. Plenty of other things such as sausages etc are available. Clean space with friendly staff. Plenty of seatings around. Good and accessible WCs. Free water fill machine.

Wouldn't recommend if visiting Kew Gardens, extortionate for what it was, Water, small bowl of chips and beer cost £19! Visit The Kitchen much better atmosphere and service and hell of a lot cheaper, and they do lovely ice cream :)

Needed to kill some time, so popped in here for coffees. Also had a bacon roll which was OK, rescued by the addition of Heinz tomato sauce. Nearly £10 for 2 drinks and a bacon roll, so not good value. However there was so much litter on the floor, and no one was clearing away cups from the few tables to sit at. I asked a member of staff for a cloth to wipe the table, but she did not get the hint about the place being a pig sty. The customer toilets (in Sainsbury's) were disgusting. Urinals blocked and out of use. No soap. My wife said that the women's toilets were equally bad, and she would not use it. It's times like this that you appreciate McDonald's.

Pedí café con leche y llegó demasiado caliente y olía a quemado. Él lo rehízo y la temperatura era la correcta. Sin embargo, sabía asqueroso. No sé qué lo estaba causando pero una cosa que sí sé es que no volveré a ir a ningún Starbucks. Hazlo mejor.

I stopped here for lunch and ther service is abysmal. They have two staff taking orders and making drinks (very very slowly) there is no table ordering service so you have to join a long queue to order. One of the staff did not even know how to open a bottle opener. On a positive it gave us time to see the quality of food that was coming out and is nowehere near the value for the prices they were charging so decided to give the food a miss. I settled for two coffees after a 25 minute wait. This place does not know what it wants to be, a bistro or a restaurant it is not. If you want good value proper (non snack) food avoid this place and go to one of the many pubs in Kew.

Para algún lugar como Kew te gustaría pensar que su restaurante serviría buena comida fresca y un ambiente limpio. Este no fue el caso cuando visitamos por primera vez el pasado sábado 15 de febrero de 2025. La comida era seca y sin sabor y las bebidas eran las mismas y dejaban fuera la leche y otros trozos. Lo más molesto es que después de sentarnos notamos palomas volando por encima de donde se almacena la comida descubierta. Esto era tan antihigiénico y totalmente inaceptable. Vamos chicos que cobran lo suficiente hacen de este un lugar para llevar a casa buenos recuerdos.

Beautiful food, lovely owner. The dishes were delicious with nice fresh veges. Would recommend.

Ottimo per un momento di pausa durante il tour del parco. E' un ristorante self-service molto ben curato, pulito e con una ampia scelta di cibi, dal semplice panino ad un piatto caldo o zuppe. Il locale ha possibilità di far sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno nelle belle giornate. Negativo il costo che, per il fatto di essere un self-service, dovrebbe avere dei prezzi meno importanti.
