Needed to kill some time, so popped in here for coffees. Also had a bacon roll which was OK, rescued by the addition of Heinz tomato sauce. Nearly £10 for 2 drinks and a bacon roll, so not good value. However there was so much litter on the floor, and no one was clearing away cups from the few tables to sit at. I asked a member of staff for a cloth to wipe the table, but she did not get the hint about the place being a pig sty. The customer toilets (in Sainsbury's) were disgusting. Urinals blocked and out of use. No soap. My wife said that the women's toilets were equally bad, and she would not use it. It's times like this that you appreciate McDonald's.

This is a lovely Starbucks to visit. The staff are approachable and bubbly. The drinks were made quickly and there is quite a lot of indoor seating available too.

This is a very reasonable Starbuck's...like all the others. I go there after shopping or on my way home from out allotment. I find the coffee pretty good and the croissants are OK. The ambiance is not brilliant and the seating is rather uncomfortable. It is no worse than other Starbucks and is a pleasant place for a quick espresso

Visited as had some time spare before dentist and not from the area. Cafe is dirty, has low stock, rude staff who try and trick you at the till into up selling! Not dog friendly and very rude to dog owner which was disgraceful to see! Can’t even be bothered to clear the tables and hand out disposable cups at random because they cannot be bothered to clean the cups! No allergy food options and access like an obstacle track with main door locked and directed into Sainsbury’s! No toilet in the cafe either!

Trips to Sainsburys in Manor Road, Richmond have been improved by the opening of the Starbucks at the supermarket. Coffee is acceptable and the food is up to the normal Starbuck standard. Internally the restaurant is reasonable although the seating is a little uncomfortable. Outside seating is provided but it is surrounded by car park and the view is not great.

Shopped at Homebase then came across to Sainsburys. Finished our shop in Sainsburys and went into Starbucks for a sit down and a cuppa. My wife and sister had Hot Chocolate whilst I opted for a Latte. Excellent service from pleasant staff. Just a delight

A name that is a tongue-in-cheek reference to an outstanding restaurant could suggest irony. However, the food here is really good! Speak to the chef, go with his recommendations and the love your meal is prepared with will ensure your delight.

The staff made us feel very welcome and the service was both friendly and efficient. We had a family reunion with lots of children of various ages . We had a great lunch and have fond memories. Would recommend this pub . Special thank you to Jade .

the pizza was good, it was tasty and crust was soft and good. I would give it a 3/5 so it was good for a snack or lunch

Visted yesterday and found the cafe very overpriced - £5.95 for a sausage roll that literally dripped fat all over the table - you can get half a dozen much nicer ones at Greggs for that 😂 Chocolate cake looked good but at £5.25 a slice we gave it a miss, likewise £11.50 for a baked potato with sausage and onions. My latte didn't appear to have much milk in it (clue should be in the name) and the service wasn't particularly friendly either. Dirty crockery was piling up and not being cleared - I'm guessing they were short of staff. Hampton Court Palace is one of my absolute favourite places but this little cafe really needs some TLC.
