Meet up with friends and was looking for somewhere which I knew would appeal to all of us. Restaurant was clean and well organised, staff were friendly and service was prompt. Food was good size portions so no one was disappointed, I love the Mac and cheese ball starter, I would have loved them as a main course. Drinks flowed and the music was good. Feel like I need to try out more turtle bays across the country. Will be back as they are always accommodating

Returned to this little gem with my wife once again for Sunday lunch. Our first visit was superb. This visit was superb once again. I ordered the roast sirloin of beef and my wife had the roast garlic & thyme breast of chicken. Both were full of flavour and cooked to perfection and accompanied with tasty fresh vegetables, big Yorkshire pudding and a nice jug of gravy each. We ordered a side of cauliflower cheese and extra roasties. Importantly, to us, our meals arrived hot too, which sadly in our experience, seems to be a rarity at a lot of establishments we have tried in the past. We finished with a delicious orange & cardamom crème brulee. Service, again, was excellent, prompt and friendly. The team here commitments to continuity in preparing and delivering a quality dining experience in a relaxed and friendly environment is obvious. Can highly recommend. We haven't experienced their evening dinner menu yet, (that is on the cards), but if the standard of their Sunday lunch is anything to go by its going to be good.

Popped in for a few cocktails before heading off for a meal elsewhere. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff. Unfortunately, that was where the friendliness ended. At the bar we had to wait for at least 5 minutes to be served. Which wasn’t an issue and happy to wait but it would have been good customer service to have been acknowledged by bar staff. After some time a team member, who appeared unhappy to have to serve us, asked for our order. We asked for two cocktails. He rudely told us it wasn’t 2 4 1. I said that was ok. He continued to tell us it wasn’t 2 4 1 again. Again I said that was ok. The team member demeanor appeared rude and disinterested in his customers. We left after one cocktail.

Completed online booking form to book a table for a birthday meal to never receive any confirmation. Attempted to phone… phone number not in use. Used the online WhatsApp system… my message was read and never replied to!!! Awful customer service and have booked elsewhere instead.

Just called in for lunch when walking into leamington. It was absolutely delicious! I had the jambalaya and it was really stunning. We had the churros for dessert and they were the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent and staff were very pleasant. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

After visiting Granville's on numerous occasions previously with no issues the last two visits have been awful. The first visit I refer to was on Mother's Day and we were a party of seven. After being seated the waitress took our drinks order, after 25 minutes she returned to take our drinks order but we said it was taken on arrival. After apologising the drinks turned up 10 minutes later when the breakfast order was taken. The food turned up after twice asking how long it would be. The food eventually turned up at 12:30. Totally unacceptable when we sat down at 11:00. No apology, explanation or discount offered. Second visit was on Saturday 12 April for a family get together of thirteen people. To cut a long story short we sat down at 10:30 and our food came at 12:15 despite asking where it was on numerous occasions. The food itself was average and the black pudding inedible due to it being overcooked and hard. A reflection of the food was shown by how much was left on the plate. The two waitresses were very apologetic and my review is not a reflection of them but the management. The manager eventually came over and apologised, I said this was the second time the service was exceptionally poor and she did apologise and offered a discount. The day was a special day which was totally ruined by the service. There is absolutely no excuse for how long the food order took. It was so bad we have decided that we will never go again, a really good example of how not to run a business!!!

Staff were way too busy gossiping and messing around to be bothered with customers.Add plywood panels and Carhartt, and hey presto, you've got yourself a Shoreditch Yoof Club..
