Adian's Dining in Sandwell

Really enjoyed the A La Carte food on offer here, lovely fresh seafood, cooked to perfection, very tasty, good service. Would recommend

I had booked to see a play at the venue next door and decided to take a chance and go for dinner at Adian's rather than opt for a restaurant near my hotel in the centre of Birminham. I'm so glad that I did! Adian's is an out of the way gem of a restaurant serving fantastic Carribean 'fusion' food cooked and served with love to a very high standard. Though not the cheapest of places to dine, the food was so beautifully presented and such a taste sensation, that I have no hesitation in saying that it's well worth the journey out of central Birmingham to come and experience the quisine and friendly ambiance of this restaurant. I particularly recommend the sweet potato croquets which I had for my starter. They were mouth watering!

We booked this restaurant whilst on a one day visit to Birmingham, and what a pleasant way to end the day. Don’t be put off by the industrial looking exterior - this restaurant is a lively (old school RnB music a key theme!) Caribbean/Asian mix of fantastic food with excellent service to go with it. We had the seabass/prawn curry with some of the best Mac&cheese we’d ever had. In terms of pricing, it’s not cheap. But, the food quality was superb so you get what you pay for. We’ll definitely be going back at some point.

This is my third time visiting and my taste buds are tantalised every time. The food is absolutely amazing chefs kiss every single time. The service is amazing the ladies are so pleasant. There is never a feeling of you need to leave now cause we need the table. The ambience is incredible the music always has me singing along and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking a different kind of Caribbean cuisine.

Absolutely fantastic. We have just had a lovely evening at this restaurant. Staff were so nice and welcoming there was bit of a mix up with our booking but we was looked after and problem was sorted within seconds with no hassle( thank you) food was lovely it’s the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had and of very high quality. Had the beef to start that we shared had a lovely flavour with a touch of spice running through the dish. For mains we had jerk chicken and lamb cutlets. The Jerk chicken was smoked to perfection and the same with the lamb. Also Mac n cheese was the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Me, my partner and our twins came here in October. They was so accommodating in regards to placing us at a table with space for our twin pushchair. The menu was explained to us and it came out very efficiently. My drinks was lovely! They even came over to have a little look at our twins and ask us questions about them which we always love doing! And we was welcomed back as the babies didn’t make a sound!

My family took me here for a surprise birthday meal. I ordered the lamb and the lobster mac and cheese which were both lovely. The lamb was cooked beautifully and the food was presented beautifully. The food took a while to come out & was overpriced in my opinion, which is why 4 rather than 5 stars. However, the waitress and waiters we had were super friendly and lovely making it a wonderful experience for us.

The food was beautifully prepared and presented. I had the salmon which was so succulent... perfection. I loved the cool and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by great music, where couples, families and large parties were having a great time. I will definitely dine again at Adian's restaurant and highly recommend it for a lovely evening with family. Superb!

This is our first visit to Adian's Fusion, We did not know it existed, but thank God we found this hidden gem, right in our backyard, and am very happy we came. The ambience, food and service, are world-class. The staff were very friendly, sorry we did not get the other two lovely waitresses and bartenders' names, but TRISH is a brilliant host. She stands out. She is very knowledgeable and can remember everything you ask her about the food and drink menu. TRISH amazes us in a good way with how she takes your order and gets it spot on without having to write anything down. I can go on and on about the lovely time, and service we had at Aidian's Fusion. The food is delicious and well cooked, loved the way they sauteed the vegetables, very crunchy and cooked just right. The sweet potato crockets, are very nice, not seen sweet potato done that way before. My seabass and prawns had a lovely taste. My daughter had the jerk chicken, and she loved it. The coleslaw was very nice. Rice and peas remain nice and hot in the little small pots. One thing I would have loved was for my apple crumble to have a really thick pastry like a pie. I love thick crumble, the really thick stodgy pastry, not crumbly. Apart from that, we had a really good father and daughter evening Thanks TRISH, and all your colleagues for making that happen. Overall turned out better than we expected, attended a very large 40th birthday meal,a lot of hidden obstacles was put in the way at first,booking could have got cancelled but issues finally ironed out,customer service was a bit hit and miss,staff needs to apologise if there a delay on food instead of giving them waiting time,customer's will appreciate that more,the buffet was a delight and customer service was much better in the later evening,,bar staff excellent and helpful.,Have mentioned this in previous review that an apology is always better to customers than reasoning why the lateness.

Was there for my Son's 40th Birthday, we were a group of 35 and had the Buffet, the food was amazing everyone enjoyed their food and there was more than enough food for a second helping, and also to take away. The cocktails were amazing and my Son had a wonderful time.
