Sorry I didn’t like it. Please use proper rice and give up on those little grain rice. Not good. I love Caribbean food, but didn’t enjoy yours sorry.

Was abit sceptical when we saw the reviews but glad we gave it a try!! We had the stewed chicken, steamed veg and dumplings, would definitely recommend. Food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing, you could tell all the food seasoned really well. Will definitely order again.

Please don't bother. First thing that was striking when I came to collect my food was the amount of flies at the entrance. Not sure why the fly killer was off. I couldn't help observing that my food was being microwaved by the guy at the counter. When I arrived home and unpacked my order, I realised they gave my dumplings instead of plantain, barely any peas in the rice and got serve goat instead of lamb. When I had a first bite, the food tasted and smelled like the premises.

My wife went in to collect our food. She brought it home and when she came back with the meals the the large curry goat we had the scrapping of the sauce no meat in it and it was like a table spoon it this was supposed to be a large curry goat at £14 and the rice had a bout 4 kidney beans in and rung the shop twice staff said they were going to tell the manager and did not then rung again to speak to the manager and they totally ignored answering there phone we paid total of £47 for 3 meals with patties which was a rip off with the curry goat the stupidity of these guys not sorting this out giving a refund totally ignoring us is not the way to run a business. I mean there’s actually another Caribbean shop 8 doors away from them I would not recommend anyone going to this shop until the manager sorts this out because it’s daylight robbery

Ordered on uber eats. Curry goat was so spicy and the rice was cold, we couldn't finish the meal, the only good thing about the meal was the dumplings, will not be ordering from there again a waste of £40

he was rude i called the store he started disrespecting me rice was dry and not enough sauce and the rice was so over cooked and dry

The food tasted old, the next day it had gone off so I know that was not fresh cooked recently, very disappointed and its £10 for a regular meal. I'm never going back again. The soup was also too watery and not much flavour.

I ordered 1 chicken & 1 mutton soup and a small curry goat dinner with rice and peas. The curry goat dinner was fine although i had more curry bone than actual meat. Tastewise the soup was great, my problem was i had pure bones with hardly any chicken, I had zero dumplings or any real food in the soup, so for £7 i paid for potatoe, carrot, onion and chicken bone. I did call the resturant b4 the order came to request dumplings and chicken. Kmt never again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered food... Waited an hour all for them to cancel without any reason and not answer the phone. Had I saw the Google reviews I wouldn't have ordered in the first place, absolutely disgusting service but by sounds of it I may have had a lucky escape. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Do not eat from here you will get very sick they smothered my meal in gravy so when I transferred it to a plate and revealed the rice look at this blue mould absolutely disgusting bad rice is one of the most poison food and look at this they need shutting down!!!

Terrible service waited over 2 hours for food and when I got stew chicken hardly no meat just bone, For £10 they are taking the piss, Secondly ordered large peas soup for £8 and got a greasy goop of chicken juice with one large bone and no meat, I couldn't eat or drink, Thirdly it took over 2 hours 10 minutes to come... Very disappointed, I would never order again from this place ....

Placed an order. They called saying they don’t have it in stock yet won’t cancel the order so I can’t get my money back. I would stay far away from ordering from here now and don’t recommend anyone else to order either

Was craving some Caribbean food. Ordered the classics, chicken stew and curry goat. The rice and peas were dry and crumbly. The curry goat was also dry. The only positives I can say are the meat was tender and the dumplings were crisp on the outside.

All the owner cares about is partying the food is disgusting and customer service poor at both his establishment should be ashamed

People dem was nice, friendly, even gave free sample - big up. Fish was on point an mannish water was proper. Jerk an curry chicken was way too salty, rice a lilly too grainy but dumplings were decent.

Never received the order at all, and they took my money. So requested a refund. But they should say it’s been delivered on the just eat when I have no received any food whatsoever

I ordered a chicken soup, and it was off also pink like rubber. I called the restaurant and the person who answered said I did not cook it and left me on the line. Absolutely bad service is very annoyed.

The worst chicken soup I ever had in my life it was like drinking salt water with bitses of chicken no noodle and just carrots ,potatoes with the skin on its like broth water I was drinking, why is it that people nowadays don't care come on its food that is going into someone's stomach and to add on top of it food gone so expensive now the next thing I ordered chicken feet soup and they sent me broth. Very disappointed and disgust with the chicken soup they claimed it was # do better and deal with human beings stomach 😡😡🤢🤮

We did a group order to work after being recommended here as we normally go to top taste. The chicken was Red Raw inside and only 4 pieces of oxtail was put in my colleagues tray of food charged £10 for it and no meat you need to do better the people you have working in the shop don't look clean look like you using crackheads to work for you for free also the oven smell you prepare the food in is in the food clean your oven and up your standards because you wasn't like this before !!! raw meat is dangerous you could of poisoned the whole work place and will report to hygiene standards if no improvement !!

Never will I eat from here again..terribly slow service on arrival and hardly any choice..rice and peas was like eat eating rice mudding..ackee and salt fish, hardly any fish and the fish in there was so chewy I ended up not eating. Over rated mush in a box..😪😡

Yes THIS IS MOULD inside a patty. Absolutely revolting 🤢🤮. Bought 3 patties from the glass cabinet. I called to complain and they never seemed to alarmed. My daughter asked if she's "going to die" Not sure how much MOULD we consumed. Shocking stuff !!!

Ordered food in person for some friends. The Oxtail was sweet (like sugar had been put on it - not what i would expect) and the rice was a little hard. The vegetables were very soggy. The plantain portion was soggy, the dumplings were small. (I don't have pictures for these two, but saw them before i handed over). The jerk wings were not cleaned properly and looked like the sauce had just been poured over. The service will.be memorable as they were name calling but overall not a great experience.

Had the jerk chicken with dumplings and it was amazing. Had to eat it with my fingers and if you don't like bone in your meat it's not for you but I'd absolutely recommend it.

I have just ordered a large oxtail dinner with hard food. Received a phone call (this is a habit from this shop) to say they have no oxtail. Had little choice but to choose the curried chicken with hard food. What I actually received..... 3 pieces of overly salted curried chicken which I cannot eat. 2 Green banana and I flat dumpling. They are having a laugh.... Will never order from King's Kitchen again. £10 wasted!!

Ordered a couple of dinners from this place. The food was lovely and very fresh. A bit on the spicier side however we had asked for the dinner to be toned down a touch which we got. Communication was fluent and easy. Will definitely order again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good Jamaican takeout. A personal favourite of mine is the fried chicken dinner....absolutely banging 😋 👌 also portion sizes are generous!! Compared to other places I've tried

Meal was good, they was struggling as they were busy and the meal was late, but I was kept informed which was good, I will order again, it was busy and the food was good.

Never. Ever. Again!!! Over two hours waiting for food. Made a food request and that wasn’t even fulfilled. Never known service like it. Not a great situation to be in with one diabetic customer and the other heavily pregnant.

It’s understandable deliveries can be late maybe due to high volume of orders. But that does not give them the right to give me uncooked chicken! The inside was PINK! I was not happy at all, and I nearly vomited. Not happy at all 😤😤

Best carribean of had so far in Birmingham will order again. flavored to perfection, banging, delicious need I say more.... Yep think I do... was on point! nice and succulent meat with plenty of running gravey, not dry.. Came hot and arrived on time.... Definitely cook for a king 🤴 the restaurant earned its name title by far... King 👑 kitchen for real five star king quality meal. BIG PROPS to the chef.... The only problem is I wish I found them earlier!!!

Menu Items only available on certain days needs to be clearly stated on the menu as other restaurants do. £9 was alot to pay for a box.of overcooked rice and salty meat, plus there was no salad steamed veg as would be expected. Very disappointing overall.

Ordered food for the first time from kings kitchen,had a bit of a wait but it was worth it my only issue was I requested my oxtail to be sent separate from rice and peas, I can't eat rice and it had taken up all the gravy,but still the food was sweet
