Love the brand, this beach fell short of what I’m used to Service was swift, 3 rib eye steaks all medium rare 2/3 were half well done/half medium rare The grill was clearly inconsistent The steaks looked great, but were covered in oil to make it look good, this was apparent in the taste Waiter said all the right things, very very rushed in what he was saying When they asked if everything was ok, there wasn’t much opportunity to give feedback at all He suggested the most expensive glass of red on the menu (I understand the concept of upselling) but there wasn’t much opportunity no context around why he suggested it This branch could do better with a little bit of effort I walked out thinking I over spent on a mediocre steak which I have never done at Gaucho before The Richmond branch is a tier above this one

Preto Queensway provided an unforgettable dining experience for our family. The unlimited meat option was a highlight, with a continuous flow of expertly grilled cuts that were simply delicious. The buffet was also impressive, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options. While the food was exceptional, we did encounter a slight hiccup with the drinks service. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for our drinks to arrive. However, this minor issue didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our meal. Overall, we would highly recommend Preto Queensway for a memorable family dinner. The quality of the meat, the variety of the buffet, and the friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

One of the very few vegan restaurants I cannot support. My experience here was absolutely terrible and treatment by the owners was unnecessarily rude, confrontational, and very bizarre. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone until the owners change the way they treat people.

So sad that the Fulham store is closing. I have shopped here since the first day if trading ten years ago and always found the experience "First Class" and wonderful staff too. Fulham's loss is Chelsea's gain!

Just the two of us on a Thursday night, glad we booked as several groups got knocked back because they were full. Small venue but hide. Seating downstairs. Really enjoyed our evening relaxed atmosphere, young staff, great food. I had the spatchcock chicken and the boss had the skewer both with fries, spinach salad and and a couple of Argentinian beers, are the lot really tasty and would order it again.

Came on a Saturday for bottomless brunch, place was empty, staff sat around on their phones chatting, ignoring us whenever we wanted to order more drinks, much better bottomless brunches for your money

I went to Groucho club for the Frieze festival after party. It was such an amazing experience to be able to get in, the music was great, and the drinks were very nice. However, I was surprised at the organisation of the event. We arrived 45minutes after the start of the event and had to wait over an hour to get in to a ticketed event, as it was already full! I thought this was very odd considering the club should have already had numbers. The drinks were very expensive too. Apart from that, really great night!

Waiters don't listen to the order. Don't order Shakshuka because you'll get a scrambled egg with onion!! And then they'll bring it back with raw egg!!

Very good quality and tasty Caribbean food. Real soul food and very similar to home cooked food. Will definitely recommend it!
