My boyfriend ordered fish tea , no fish it was full of carrots, why because his white, the person who take the order was rude and aggressive, he was over charged he ask for small but was charged for a large soup 😈😡😡😡🤬 dont go there they are thieving

Fabulous food! My wife and I both had a Pea Soup here yesterday before a show at Bush Hall. It was very tasty and I can highly recommend the food here. The Guinness Punch is great too !!

i think the food is good but I am disappointed that I wasn't listened to. I don't like boiled dumplings and stated this in the notes so the response to that was giving me too large dumplings. I'm not happy.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN !! Rice was mushy and dry and the curry goat potion is tiny and lacks any flavour. Not only that it took 2 hours to arrive due to a delay at the restaurant

Lovely food and delivery man great

Would highly recommend the curry goat and rice and peas. It was beautifully cooked. I was very impressed with the flavour and softness of the meat. I also tried the Jerk Chicken which I thought was really nice too, well seasoned. I’d definitely go back!

Ordered of deliveroo, I ordered a couple large, the curry goat was all bones, might as well put the whole skeleton. I don’t know how Rihanna is eating there, must be gas.

Food is always hot and tasty....

As a regular customer, I usually enjoy having the curry goat with rice and peas or oxtail and macaroni cheese. However, I asked for an extra piece of chicken in my latest order to qualify for free delivery. Unfortunately, the chicken thigh they served me was inedible. It looked several weeks old and was extremely dry, to the point where it appeared dehydrated. You wouldn't even feed it to your dog.

Food was off ordered two chicken soups let them cool down put in fridge the next day I went to eat it it was off smelt rotten upon calling shop and offering to bring back the rotten food they told me to contact just eat that I can’t bring it back and no refund!!

Unfortunately for me I made a grave error in ordering food from this place via Uber... Worst West Indian food I have ever tasted... The oxtail was a strange burgundy colour with no gravy, had a strange taste with extra dry rice and peas dry... With a big slab of under cooked plantain, all squashed into a normal size container...this was considered a large meal... The curried whatever as you can see was lumps of chewy, meat with no taste and just like the oxtail the meat sat in this congealed mix that I assume was to represent gravy... Big over kill on the cornflour... Food has no flavour, no presentation , an absolute mess avoid deliveries from this place a total waste of money... Read reviews before you buy some reviews on here are genuine!

food arrived in good time and my bell had stopped working which I never knew, but the delivery man, who is always so nice and cheerful, called my mobile phew thank goodness. Food is fresh, delicious and hot had my favourite ackee and saltfish with plain rice. Great portions and scrumptious.

Encourage your delivery drivers to text customers. Your delivery app is terrible for real time updates of the whereabouts of the drivers. I won’t use this again

The curry goat was nice. It wasn't salty or anything. My only criticism is there wasn't much gravy and the rice was a bit clumpy.

I don’t normally write reviews however I’ve just eaten the best brown Stew Chicken so it would be rude nog to leave a review and 5 stars. Even down to the rice and peas it was banging I can’t wait to go back. I would take as photo but the plate is empty.

This was the first time I used them. I ordered a curry goat, rice, plantain and a roti skin - I love roti! It was all delicious 😁 The meat was well cooked and very tasty, it all arrived hot and on time. Thank you. Excellent 👌

Was very surprised to be charged £9.50 for a red peas soup.... when around my way costs between £5 &£5.50.. will not be going back there again .....dem too teef ... never again

My partner has gone on about this place for a long time, I'm not from the area so it was my first time trying yesterday. Ordered some things to warm when home. Curry goat was good! A lot of bone but it was GOOD. Jerk was lovely & the oxtail was also great. Dumplings bigger than my head also lol! A good first try :)

Staff are so friendly with th best pea soup and Bakes in town ! Love the Oxtail rice and peas. The festival are fantastic, not as sweet as most but much bigger and the akee and saltfish is nice but just a little too oily. Peppered steak is delicious..I'm working my way through the menus nicely..Thanx Ochi.😁

I order jerk chicken and the salsa was like gel.. so disgusting and tasted like ketchup, very messi the presentation . I don’t know if the food is fresh. I just really not worst .. DECEPTION

Don’t know what’s going on with ochi, but the food was trash. The mac n cheese (if it can even be called that. It’s giving sour cheesy pasta) is one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know what the sour taste is but is disgusting. The oxtail was tuff and too sweet. Best thing was the white rice and even that was just blah. They should either consider taking mac n cheese off the menu or get someone else to make it. Complete waste of my money. Last time ordering from there

Just ordered from here and this shop has gone downhill to the days when Janet owned it. They sent me horrible chicken soup with barely no hard food or chicken and a burnt dumpling! Uber Eats better hurry up and run me back my money. Fix up Ochi!

After having the worst food in my life from One Stop Carribean in Harlesden, I had to redeem myself and Ochi’s’ didn’t disappoint. Curried Goat and fish tea, tender goat, cooked perfectly and the tea is always a winner. Never making the mistake of going elsewhere again.

The Mac and Cheese was perfect as usual. I'm craving the oxtail again today.

One of my favorite place to eat in London, it's kind if getting harder to have cook food by women on planet, but here these lady do wonderful and delicious job, I have been going there already 3 times in one week which is alot for me return same place if there is meca of great restaurants on this road, I would totally recommend this place and hopefully these lady keep same food 🙏

Best West Indian food in West London. Decent size portions cooked to perfection. I regularly have the Jerk Chicken and Brown Fish Stew with fried dumplings and hard food. Love the Curry Goat. Prices are very reasonable too. A must try for an authentic taste of the Carribbean 🏝️

This is as good as food gets. I will never get tired of eating from here. The goat curry, the jerk chicken. I live outside of London and this is the first thing I eat when I get in town. The staff are amiable, the food is impeccable.

Always on time. Always great flavours and good portion size. I think this place is really underrated. And from a selfish point of view, I hope it stays that way. It's great value for money and really reliable. I like to support black owned businesses and so I only buy Caribbean these days (i have Caribbean heritage), and trust me Ochi are the best I have tasted on Just eat.

Rice was hard and meat was so dry and over cooked. Sorry to say but absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t ever order again! Had to throw it in the bin. Waste of money!

Food was top drawer and it was ready ahead of the predicted time. Would recommend. Chicken wings were especially delicious

I don’t usually write bad reviews, if I don’t like a place I won’t come back. But I had to write something after I paid £2.50 for a shop bought vegetable patty. I was actually surprised, I have never been to a takeaway and bought a patty that wasn’t freshly made. Freshly made tastes so much better which is why I went to a takeaway if I wanted ready made I would have gone to the supermarket and it would have been a lot cheaper. I won’t be coming back.

Customer service that the lady provided was good, except they didn't have any vegetarian or vegan meals available, or festival/dumpling this was around 6:45pm The only option available was a vegetable patty, which wasn't too good, just heated in the microwave and very bland. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, a shame actually.

I have ordered before and was very happy with the food, but this second order not so.the rice was cold in parts and the meat had lot of bones so I'm thinking they reated the meal in a microwave.they also don't notif when they are on their way which is good.

The oxtail was horrible with no proper Garvey. The meat was sticky from being slathered in some sort of bbq sauce (very weird) and the rice and peas was stuck together in one clump. Horrible.

Food was delivered fast, however the the soup wasn’t that nice (maybe a different chef) I asked for no meat and there was meat No tissue you spoon I wouldn’t be buying from Ochis again

Very mixed feelings (3.5 stars) because I usually order oxtail, or jerk chicken which are always really good. However, I was craving Mac and cheese and decided Caribbean was the way to go…. Probably one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to food, was ordering it from Ochi’s. I think it should just be removed from the menu at this point. I might as well have bought it from the local fish and chips shop because it was absolutely awful. I would still recommend Ochi’s, but I would strongly advise against the mac and cheese.

Absolutely yes! I was working nearby and was recommended this place so many times, I think it's been over a month now but I'm still thinking about it, that's how good it was! I got a large curry goat, the rice was the perfect texture and well seasoned, the goat meat was well cooked and soft. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 purely because of the large chunks of bone that were in there, but even so the meat fell off the bone easily. The lady who served me was lovely too. Would definitely recommend! I'll probably go there later. Make sure you have cash if you're ordering in store :)

Rice and peas didn’t look but tasted burnt like it was the bottom of the pot…driver didn’t arrive with full order, luckily I check straight away and eventually agreed on missing items; waited 20 mins for drivers return and received a verbal light hearted apology…could have been a better experience

The curry goat had such a weird background taste, cant explain what it was - just off. The sauce that came with the jerk chicken was too sweet, whoever the cook was on the 13/11/22 replace asap or get them some cooking lessons. Awful and too expensive for how bad it tasted.

Ordered a large portion of oxtail with rice and peas abs a portion of plantain yesterday. Received a small plastic container half with the rice and a couple of pieces of oxtail! Is this large? If yes, I frighten to think of how the normal portion looks like! One piece? The sauce was simply an oxo sauce and we brits know the taste. Cheap, salty, brown and thick with the artificial aftertaste! Just add water to the powder and mix! That's not something I pay £13 for! 😡 the plantains came in a little back which wasn't plantain but normal banana roasted up and not even a whole banana I paid £3 for! I have eaten West Indian food many times in my life and it's delicious food. This however was a cheaply produced, oxo filled rice with a few pieces of meat with a few slices banana on a stingy portion, ripping people off. Certainly no soul food what Caribbean food is well known about! And definitely not cooked with love, but slapped into a tiny plastic container! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered!

I’ve tried jerk chicken in many places and at this place it’s defo not jerk chicken and the patty filling seemed it was scraped on there, hardly anything in the patty and so dry after one bite it went in the bin

It was worth wait and the delicious , looking forward to ordering again in the future .😋😋😋
