Whole Foods Market in Hammersmith and Fulham

Closing down which is a real shame

So sad that the Fulham store is closing. I have shopped here since the first day if trading ten years ago and always found the experience "First Class" and wonderful staff too. Fulham's loss is Chelsea's gain!

It is sad that this fantastic store is closing. So many good products and so much fun.

Some of the food is nice. Last time I had the chicken soup and felt very ill after.

Infested with mice/rats. Was walking past the store at night and saw mice literally climbing scavenging around the vegetable/fruit section through the window. Disgusting. Don't buy anything here unless it's packaged/sealed.

I bought some sausages this morning, and they all split very badly, because of a too high water content, or bad mixing (i am a butcher). Used to be good. Disappointing

Just as well sorted but more relaxed than in Kensington High Street. It's a shame that the store is supposed to be closing soon.

Recently visited and used to love the items they sold, really strange to see Kellogg's cereal for sale though!?

It's an odd thing but I can never find products easily they always seem to be altering the store lay out and dropping popular products also many products no healthier than other stores going a bit odd with some of its products

Lovely fresh cooked or cold food to choose from here. It's a regular visit for me before I visit Stamford Bridge, Chelsea FC which is close by. You can either eat upstairs or take away.

Brown butter chocolate chip cookies are top tier.

Used to love ordering from this place. However lately they consistently get the order wrong (several times in a row) and I noticed they strangely don’t include the receipt with the grocery bag… So there is no way to prove the order is wrong. Wondering if it is even legal according to consumer laws? Yesterday they “accidentally” sent the small version of a product which was £7 less than the large version I ordered. Today they sent a hot & spicy version (which I cannot have for health reasons) instead of the regular version.

Very large store,with a large selection of food stuff bit on the expensive side,but you get what you pay for, great selection of meats fish, cheeses, wines and beer,well worth a visit

I found a couple of time after lunch time smelling salad in the salad bar. It' so expensive and you don't get fresh food

I love this branch and I often shop there, when I need a bigger variety of things I got to the Kensington store. I would love to give 5 Stars but I’m upset that for the last couple of times that I bought my favourite cake the Apple cinnamon streusel cake I was very disappointed. If I could count two or 3 pieces of apple in the cake was it. I have been buying the cake on and off for over a year so I know how it should be like. It should have chunks of apple inside and there wasn’t.😥

Absolutely, love whole foods. Whats not to love about this place. Everything is fresh, organic and tasty. Indeed, it is more pricey than a local supermarket but your paying for good stuff which is worth it.

Went to this branch regularly when I lived around and always love the tarts there. One other thing that’s been significantly impressive is that the staff at the counter are really cold (yes for each of the time) , despite the fact that I’m the kind of polite and warm customer. Not sure if it’s a standard at this branch - or a standard towards customers of certain ethnicities?

A unique variety of quality fresh, organic, gluten free, dairy free and seasoned oven ready fresh meat and fish. Their cakes are not too sweet, reasonably priced and could easily pass as home baked 😉

Extensive but expensive cheese selection

Good food, but be careful can get carried away with filling and get a big suprise at the till 🤣! It is a little overpriced but overall preety decent. Wide variety of foods from salads, sandwiches,pizzas,burritos.

I visit Whole Foods often to purchase fresh produce. They have a good selection in a well laid-out store. There is a vast range of specialised foods for those with selective tastes, as well as good wines, cheeses and meats.

Nice layout with good amount of food and variety. Fresh fruits and vegetables. International food available too. Very clean and tidy.

Expensive food just once in a while, mainly for goats' milk

There is plenty of good quality food here and some food that I've never seen in any shops before, but be prepared to spend considerably more than the usual British supermarket. I'm not from London so the prices were rather shocking to me, but I guess good quality is worth paying for occasionally.

Best pizza and always have amazing food

I visited the food supplements section. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean.

Big Whole Foods. Good selection of hot, fresh food and large seating area upstairs. There's a big bakery area and toilets for customers. You can park nearby in the Fulham Broadway shopping centre for free with a receipt from Whole Foods.

This is not to be confused with a health food store, as it isn’t. Massively over priced produce, often out sell buy date. They charge for paper bags!!!! that are poor quality, need double bagging (twice the cost) and barely make it out the shop before they rip. Now, Wholefoods expect you to pack your own bags at self checkout for the honour for paying inflated prices. Horrible company

Everything does look very fresh, is it worth the high markup on price? Not in my opinio, but if your wallet can handle it then I'm sure you won't be dissapointed.

Staff not all as friendly and food not always made in same way, price and name of goods stay the same. Also expensive on same items available to the left or right of this store, Waitrose or Sainsbury

One of the best supermarkets you can get into. Best quality products, but also the most expensive one. You can find things that are not present in any other market. There are a lot of options already cooked for lunch, and at a good price.

My favourite Whole foods branch. Everything here is healthy and fresh!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had purchased a product(fresh bakeries) some time earlier and unfortunately it had gone bad. On emailing them, I got a response immediately and they quickly helped resolve the issue. Swapping the product was such a breeze.

Whole Foods really is a different world. Even the lighting is different The fruits and vegetables look great you can clearly see the difference of organic food and non organic. The place is pricey but you know what you're buying. Treated myself to a delicious fruit tart. Absolutely amazing. Whole Foods a place you do want to check out

Typical whole foods but with quite a lot of shop floor space obviously providing more variety. Often treated and spoken to differently depending on whether I'm wearing my coaching equipment or normal clothing.

Took a colleague in her first visit to Whole Foods..she absolutely loved it.

Nice selection of groceries, butcher, fish monger, bakery, cheese, alcohol, etc. Quick checkout.

I asked the butcher if there was any pork in the beef sausages as I couldn't see the ingredients as it was at the counter and he said no there wasnt. Even the ingredients don't say pork, but then after getting home I saw at the bottom of the label they are in pork casings which is very misleading from both the butcher and the label.

For everyone!!! You can find here everything: ready made food, supermarket for your home, healthy food, cosmetics, even present. Big variety of all kind of products, particularly food!!! Fresh veggies and fruits, cheese manger, fish!!! Never disappointed.

Nice place, good food, expensive. The only supermarket offering hot soup. Staff is a bit distanced, I suppose because of the selfish clientèle.

As usual, quality is superb but as households struggle to pay their bills these days, I wonder whether Whole Foods will have to sacrifice quality for cheaper prices.

Extremely rude staff. I do not understand all of the positive reviews. Not only was the staff member at the till rude, but the lady working at the "whole body" section upstairs followed me around and harassed me (to a shocking degree) the entire time I shopped. This is not an okay way to treat others. I added a star because it is a nice, spacious location with a decent selection.

Medium size WFM. Posh prices and plenty of organic ingredients and food to choose from.

Whole foods is simply amazing! I will warn you it's not on the cheap side but for what you pay, it's totally worth it! The quality is outstanding! I always come out with way more than I meant to pick up, as I get mesmerised by what's on offer! The fresh guacamole and salsa are divine and the Xochitl corn chips are the best ever.... But better buy two bags at a time as they do sell out! Torres black truffle crisps and next on the list, always along with a fresh slice of cake/pie.... Honest, if you've never been, please... Try! This is what food SHOULD taste like! Thanks Whole Foods

A bit expensive but good quality

Very disappointed. I wanted a good fresh almond croissant and deliberately avoided buying from a supermarket and instead went specifically to Whole Foods. Got home, opened it up and it's so stale after one bite I had to throw it in the bin, to be honest, I now realise I could have paid £1.80 in the supermarket for a fresher croissant, instead of £2.49 for a stale one. Very disappointing I thought their standards were higher than this at Whole Foods.

Because im a geordie and had been to gym was a kenzo sweatshirt etc . They followed me round the store i bought fish and a slice of pizza from fresh counter and on way out security asked me if i had paid for it now if i was dishonest enough to steal it then obviously i would of been dishonest enough to lie and say yes i paid for it im absolutely diagusted i have never ever stolen anything in my life not even when i had nothing after coming back from Iraq etc. This store made me feel terrible then i rang them and some supervisor was incredibly rude and almost made out like it was my fault then decided to ignore me for 5 minutes on phone whilst talking to others and generally just being incompetent and ignorant. Update store manager really lovely and offered me a genuine apology.

By far the worst Whole Foods Market we've seen. The food section looks like an old school canteen. Really needs a full upgrade.

I like this place. You can find a lot of good produce, and plenty of alternatives for vegetarians and vegans. The butchers and fish mongers there have quality produce as well.

You should be able to find superior quality of food.
