Our first time trying out “Donde Carlos Restaurant”… We loved it ! The food was delicious , very fresh. The waiters are very friendly and super efficient.. Especialmente Claudia. Would 100% recommend if you’re in Shepherds bush area.

A lovely hidden gem with a homely feel. It was our first experience of Colombian food which was very hearty and delicious. Very good value for money given the huge portion size! The beef empanada was the best I’ve had and the green sauce is to die for. Claudia was so friendly and kind, and really made us feel well looked after.

The most tasteless food I have ever eaten in a Latin restaurant bandeja paisa ????I DO NOT recommend you eat here. It is overpriced and the cashier was dismissive.

I was very surprised to find an authentic Colombian restaurant right in the middle of London. The owner was also the cook, which took me by surprise because the food was absolutely delicious. I cannot emphasize how happy I was to find this location.

I've been coming to Donde Carlos for more than 10 years and the food has always been amazing but the service is truly unique. I went with my family one or two months ago and my daughter, who is very sensitive to noise, had a bit of a meltdown. The staff was super helpful, and moved us to a table downstairs where it was quieter and we had a lovely time. Fast forward to today. After making a reservation, when we came in the staff remembered us from last time and opened the downstairs section -- just for us -- so we could eat without music in the background. I can guarantee you that nowhere else will you (and your family) be so well taken care of. And again, the food is absolutely amazing. My daughters, 4 and 5, are as picky eaters as could be and were very happy trying frijoles (beans), plantain, chicharron (pork belly), arepa, everything! If you haven't tried it, do yourself a favour and go. I guarantee you will be back!

This by far has to be one of the best if not the best Colombian restaurant that I have ever been to, the food was absolutely amazing the empanadas as a starter were literally the best ones I’ve ever had. This is a gem among Colombian restaurants in London by far the most delicious one I’ve ever been at and I have been to a lot of Colombian restaurants. This is my number one spot. Everything is made with love and tastes amazing 10/10

The FOOD is hands down the BEST Colombian food in London , the quality is amazing and the taste just takes you back home . New range of cocktails are amazing too , my husband always has to get his colombianito in ! Highly recommended , thank you for always exceeding our expectations .

It was my first time trying authentic Colombian food, and the food was insanely delicious. Every bite was filled with flavour and you could tell it was all cooked with so much love. We had the calamares that we melted in my mouth. The meat empadanas were to die for. I had the steak with egg for main and the meat was sublime. The staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef came to personally check how our food was. I was so impressed by every part of this culinary experience. 10/10!

My friend found this place on TikTok and could be more glad that she did. I loved everything about this restaurant. The service was beautiful. The food was absolutely sublime. I had the calamari, the empanadas and the mixed meat. I can honestly say it was all delicious. The empanadas, which I’ve never had before were soooo tasty I couldn’t believe it. Everything tasted like it was made with love. The atmosphere is amazing you forget you are in the UK. I highly highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back!

I have been to Donde Carlos several times, eating dishes like Bandeja Paisa, Arroz Marinero, Sancocho de Gallina and the lovely Empanadas with chilli on the side (ají). The staff is excellent, but Claudia is an out-of-standing waitress with her attitude, good manners and smile always on her face. I would recommend this place to enjoy traditional Colombian food…

Been coming to Donde Carlos since I was a little girl with my dad who is a respected customer. We love coming here for lunch and enjoying the music while we eat the delicious food. My usual order is a bandeja paisa which provides everything you need in one plate and leaves me with full, like the colombians say “barriga llena corazón contento”. I love the food here and will continue coming here and supporting Carlos and his staff. Carlos Andres is a lovely waiter and very attentive with your needs. Thank you to all the team.
