The location is great and some tables have a lovely view of the marina. The service is great and the waiters are friendly and helpful. The food is average and nothing amazing, though not bad.

Have stayed at the Wyndham Grand/Chelsea Harbour hotel several times. It is getting a bit tired and although food is fine, it is nothing special. Better fare available at nearby gastropubs.

eat at the pub opposite the development - or anywhere else. There may not be a chef as the food tastes as if it is bought in and only reheated in the kitchens

Buen desayuno buffet pero no bayas en ensalada de fruta.Desayuno inglés cocinado horrible, fría y los huevos fritos sólidos así que fue enviado de vuelta. No quería sustitución como era obviamente comida precocinada pese a no estar ocupados.Muy decepcionante para un hotel de cinco estrellas, y no es lo que solía ser.No comer allí de nuevo.

I have used this restaurant so many times over the years, and i have never had reason to complain, service is always good and food also good

No es gracioso cómo nos acostumbramos a un pobre servicio al cliente porque eso es lo que normalmente reciben y luego recibimos servicio de atención al cliente de primera clase y estamos escandalizados! John, es de primera clase Maitre están decididas y de primera clase es el servicio en todo el hotel. El personal no podía haber sido más atento, la comida en sí perfectamente cocinados y servidos en una forma oportuna y educados. Puedo recomendar las opciones vegetarianas, risotto de Espárragos, hongos ñoquis, mozzarella de búfalo ensalada, pan y oliva Strawberry cerezas, muy indulgente! Bill aproximadamente £100, una delicia.

Yo tenía una preciosa mesa para cenar mirando hacia el puerto deportivo. El entorno es muy bonito.El camarero nos trajo pan y un poco pequeño plato de aceite de oliva, que no era de mi agrado, y hubiera preferido mantequilla.Pedí la filetes con salsa bearnesa y patatas fritas. El bistec era muy tiernas pero las patatas fritas eran un poco demasiado salada.Por orden de I desierto, el Wild Berry verano flan con sorbete de Ringlestone. Estaba delicioso.Bebí el tinto Cabernet Sauvignon chileno que era excelente.Fue una buena comida que no era caro y el servicio era sin culpa.

After a visit to Harry Potter tour, we got back quite late we didn't have a reservation but it wasn't a problem to have a table. As the weather was so nice we ate outside. We ordered burgers and Chips which were lovely. Burgers where. Ig and meaty full of flavour. My new phew code the spare ribs which he claimed were fantastic .

we arrived before our room was ready so we decided to have lunch. it was quiet so we were a little uncertain, but the food was terrific, as was the service. We ate on the balcony overlooking the boats

We stayed at the Hotel and used the restaurant one evening as it looked attractive and there was a 20% coupon if you stayed in the HotelSoon found out why , it was almost empty , food average , but have to say staff were very good.Such a shame as the Hotel and location are super it deserves better

Excellent lunch here , looking onto the marina . The menu offers a good choice of hotel type food and grills . Top service and presentation . had a beautiful prawn cocktail and then tomato tart and some excellent fries . My partner recommended the chicken with a piri piri sauce . A real treat. Would have maybe have liked the restaurant a little busier to give more atmosphere .

The range of fruits, yoghurts, eggs, honey, breads, conserves all add to the charming service. The restaurant is very comfortable.

View of the water and excellent food with a slight gourmet twist. A surprise we enjoyed! We had a lovely salmon on our first night without having to leave the hotel which was so relaxing. Their breakfast each morning was one of the best we enjoyed on our trip. Your choice of a full English breakfast and meat, cheese and fruit from a breakfast buffet in addition.

Food good but expensive. Breakfasts were especially expensive.Outside dining was nis on the patio.Service in both locations was fabulous.

Food & wine certainly good, but very pricey and small portions. Service polite if a bit formal; we had a discount offer (Design Restaurants) which completely floored them, though we had only heard of the place via the Design website, and had mentioned it when reserving. After longish consultation they gave us the benefit of the doubt. Good thing, as it was extremely expensive. Very hard to find, as it's part of a complex building. Most disappointing was the setting. Called with much fanfare, the Riverside Brasserie, the river is just a sliver in a gap between buildings the far side of the marina. So instead of watching the Thames go by, you gaze at a bunch of billionaire's boats

Super food and service. The ambience and view was very nice. Very nice steak and prawns.Highly recommended.

This review is a few months over due but the memory lingers on. To be fair although the food is such a disappointment the Restaurant staff were amazing when we complained and it would appear the problems lie with the management - how often is that the case! Again to be fair the Starter was OK but the main course was probably one of the worst we have ever eaten. We ordered lamb from the grill and when it came it was cold on a cold plate and tasted of beef - really disgusting! We complained and sent it back. Both meals went back and re-appeared even colder and it was the same piece of meat!!! We complained again and the waiting staff were really quite shirty. At the end of the meal when we complained bitterly the lovely Aussie girl who was hoping to be made Restaurant Manager (and should be!) handled our complaint really well (I would have her in my business any day). She got the chef to come and see us (again nice guy). He explained that the meat was good quality when we complained about the taste but by then, I realised that it must have been cooked on a griddle that also cooked beef and wasn't cleaned down between times, so the lamb was cooking in beef fat - revolting! However again he gave us his card, took our complaints on board, invited us back and gave us his card - thanks Imi. So we look forward to sampling good food (as per their own descriptions on their web site) and a greatly improved waiter service and food quality. All that said the one Star is for the acting restaurant manager, we can obviously learn alot from 'down under', (hope you got the job), the Chef for braving the customer (most Chefs hide in their kitchens when there is a complaint) and the best hot Chocolate Souffle Pud (AND it was gluten free) ever. Although my partners Creme Brulee was totally underwhelming. We will be seeing you again soon after a phone call to Imi.

Dinner was amazing bit pricey but its to be expected in a 5* star hotel. Breakfast could have been better as it was literally continental or crossings.

Restaurant lets the hotel down, food was cold, service was good, and breakfast was good, i wouldn't bother with dinner and the restaurant atmosphere is poor

We stayed here and went for a snack at supper, the salad was smelly and fish was undercooked and smelly, tea was very mild, did not go back to try anything else...Starbucks and other nice restaurants down the road are far much better.

I had a steak cooked blue and it was gorgeous. Enjoyed lovely food, good wine and great service. Will be back that's for sure

We always tend to hit this place in the summer months when we can sit outside. Service is patchy and I always walk away feeling it could have been better for the money. Having said that it is a hotel restaurant so expect to pay more.

Lovely friendly staff apart from one member who did not explain it very well when my daughter wanted something for breakfast that was not on the under 12's menu.

Relaxing yet lively venue. Great wine and spirits selections. Try the cheese tray and a glass of your favorite wine. Take your time and no one will mind. If you want service it is there, but unobtrusive. The piano music is live and relaxing- old standards that do not drown out conversation. Specialty cocktail concoctions available, but dear! Just relax and enjoy!

The choice, the presentation and the friendly and efficient staff

The restaurant, is very clean, and the menu is varied, we have found that nothing is too much trouble and the staff are efficient. Also they accomodate my daughter who is under 2 with helpful efficiancy.

Affacciato sul Chelsea Harbour gode di una bellissima vista.Nei miei 2 giorni di soggiorno all' Hotel ,dopo la buona esperienza della prima sera ho ripetuto anche la seconda.Personale attentissimo e buone le proposte dei 3 menu offerti agli avventori,con varie fasce di prezzi.Anche la carta dei vini è piuttosto ricca.Nel corso del tempo e dei miei viaggi in Inghilterra devo dire che ormai si mangia piuttosto bene anche nella terra di Albione.Probabilmente è uno dei pochi buoni risultati della globalizzazione.

Good standard of food and expected for a five star hotel, but the dishes are priced to match and as a result dinner for two was £140 including a decent bottle of wine. Service was professional, moderately friendly and certainly didn't detract from the dining experience (unlike the service in the bar)Better options lie elsewhere - the Kings Road has the Big Easy for a fun crabshack experience, Medlar is just up the road and is an excellent European restaurant, and the Penny Black offers excellent British food at reasonable prices and is a £5 taxi ride away.

Ebbene sì...a Londra si mangia divinamente...comodo per noi italiani dire:come si mangia in Italia da nessuna parte!!Provate a mangiare in questo ristorante, assaggiate le proposte degli chef che curano la cucina considerandola una vera e propria arte, gustate le loro zuppe e i loro brodini d'anatra...e poi ne riparliamo!!!Anche mia figlia di 7 anni dopo la normale diffidenza iniziale, si è affezionata a quei sapori autoctoni davvero speciali.Torneremo al più presto in quel ristorante unico ed esclusivo sulle rive del Tamigi!

The menu and wine list selections were excellent, the service superb, the location lovely.

We ate here three times and had to complain about poor service, incorrect bills and food not arriving. For the price it should have been perfect

I took my partner here for afternoon tea for his birthday. We used a voucher for our meals and did not expect to be treated the way we were. The gentleman serving at the bar made jokes about everyone's orders, pretending he was charging ten time the proper amount just to get a shocked reaction from guests. Upon seating the waiter asked us very patronisingly if we wanted to keep our menu's as a souvenir!To top this, the quality of the food was only mediocre and the bread was stale.I could not believe the obnoxious staff at this establishment and I will not be going there again. I would safely guess I earn considerably more than these rude staff members and frequent more expensive restaurants than this more often than they cared to prejudge. Clearly using a voucher to save money at a place like this comes at another price...Do not waste your time here if you would like good service or food. I would highly recommend the Podium Restaurant afternoon tea at The Hilton, Park Lane, London for excellent food and service. Try their chocolate afternoon tea!
