This is a very popular and busy restaurant. Hence, service and attention may be a bit overlooked. We were seated at a very nice high table (next to bar area) with stools by the window side. It almost feels like having our private little corner but that also means that its very difficult to grasp the attention of the staff. We had the Mangalitza shoulder ham, which was nice especially to be paired with the vintage Bordeaux we chose. Main courses included the monkfish and the venison (which was also cooked the way I requested). Nice chips too (with the onion ketchup). Broccoli servings portion was a bit small though. The food was nice but I must say the overall service level did affect the mood somehow. At this price level and star status, I'd probably expect a bit more satisfaction.

Wide range of selection and it was a very unique experience. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was very clean and well organized I can't wait to go back to try another delicious coffee :)

Pedí la ensalada, pan plano con hummus y falafel. Todo era precioso excepto por el falafel que estaba muy seco. Creo que necesitan retirar el cargo del 8% por servicio que se agrega automáticamente a la factura. Puedes negarte, pero eso es vergonzoso. I had a lovely evening! The food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere made it even better. The place was spotless, and the staff were super experienced and friendly. We got a lovely table with a view of the bridge, and to top it off, they surprised us with a dessert for my parents' anniversary – such a nice touch! I'll definitely be back!

Estaba muy emocionado de ponerme al día con amigos y visitar Elliots que había oído cosas buenas sobre. Sin embargo, fue muy decepcionante - la comida estaba bien (las gambas eran deliciosas), pero nada más valía la pena el costo. Las pizzas son pequeñas y puedes comer una para ti. Lo peor fue el servicio, nos apresuraron al punto de sentirnos como un inconveniente para ellos. Desde el momento en que nos sentamos nos dijeron que teníamos 2 horas en la mesa y nos recordaron en cada interacción - nos apresuraron a ordenar debido al límite de tiempo - no pudimos revisar el menú correctamente. Al comer nos dijo que solo nos quedaban 20 minutos, trajo el menú de postres y básicamente nos dijo que teníamos que pedir de inmediato o no conseguir nada. Nos sentimos tan presionados que no conseguimos nada. Luego trajeron la factura sin que preguntáramos, trajeron la máquina de tarjetas para pagar tan rápido que no pudimos revisar la factura - pedimos pan que nunca compraron y ni siquiera nos dieron el tiempo para comprobar si nos habían cobrado. Una vez que pagamos, el camarero se fue y un minuto después nos dijeron que teníamos que irnos. Este terrible servicio fuera de lugar en lo que debería haber sido una buena noche de fiesta. Desafortunadamente no recomendaría ir.

El mejor restaurante colombiano en Londres. La comida es irreal desde aquí, venimos aquí cada vez que estamos en Londres y nunca nos decepciona, visitamos dos veces esta visita porque nos encanta mucho. Las porciones son masivas y bien vale la pena el dinero, el servicio es rápido y nunca tenemos problemas para conseguir una mesa. ¡Las empanadas son las mejores que he probado!

Had a late Sunday lunch here. Partner and I shared a combo platter (2 starters, choice of 6 mains, 3 dumplings, and 2 juices), which was delicious and great value. The peanut stew and the soya chunk stew were reall stand-outs, as was the spinach dumpling. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!
