Wide range of selection and it was a very unique experience. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was very clean and well organized I can't wait to go back to try another delicious coffee :)

Nice little coffee stop on South Molton Street. You can watch the raw beans on one side, coming down roasted and ready to brew. The smell of freshly brewed coffee is intoxicating. There's also a selection of things to eat however, we stuck to flat white coffees which were very tasty.

Great tasting coffee, clean store and friendly service! We bought some of their roasted coffee to take home. One of the best coffee experiences in London! We will be back.

I am coming for over a year at Strand branch because I love the vibes and how helpful members of staff are.. but today, 17’th of December 2023 around 13:30pm I had the pleasure of meeting Adama. An unforgettable experience and filled with new information about coffee. I must admit I never was inclined towards getting roasted coffee for home as I am not a very heavy coffee drinker but after our conversation I got tempted to do so. Adama knowledge got the “wow” factor and after kindly asking her what would she suggest for a person that doesn’t drink coffee that much, ended up purchasing a pack of roasted coffee to go. I left with a smile of my face and new information about roasting. Roasting Plant has different ways of roasting depending on what coffee maker you own. Such excellent information. Only came in to get my usual cuppa delight and ended up buying the 250grams of the flavoured Congo single origin. Amazing how she put herself in my shoes and made me comfortable with the fact that I was novice to coffee, it is such a great way to make customers feel like home, like you were talking to your best friend:”what coffee do you think I should drink today, as I am not very tired but wishing for that coffee aromatic taste but not very strong ?! :) Cannot wait to return next time to add to my app wallet and experience new ways of having my cuppa delight xx

We enjoyed too lattes, which were very nice. Whilst the patisserie is impressive, I had a huge pain au chocolate, but it was very light on the chocolate.

The customer service was terrible. The girl who was working was incredibly snotty and unhelpful. The coffee was okay, but I would never go back or recommend it based on my experience.

As a coffee fanatic, the roasting plant was like a play ground for me. The raw beans were on display, with all you need to know about them. They’re then roasted in house, which can be seen in the next section. Order the blend you’d like in your coffee and it’s shot across the ceiling to the coffee machine as you order. Amazing. So tasty & such a good cup of coffee. Some snacks were available too, which looked tasty!

Fantastic experience and coffee! The concept is brilliant, being able to pick the coffee, then watch as the coffee travels through the tubes to your espresso! Just made grabbing coffee a far more interesting experience. Only complaint were the unhelpful staff!!!

Right at London bridge, non pretentious, very friendly, fast, efficient, clean, mod and characterful. About 9 different types of coffee to choose from. Lots of food, a few sweets choices but the Portuguese tart was perfect. Reasonably priced for London. Would come again.
