Absolutely recommend! Always love going to Gaucho. The steak is always cooked perfectly well, and the menu is always filled with a variety of different foods to test your tastebuds. It was quite confusing to find however we found it in the end. The staff were impeccably amazing. We was late for our reservation however the receptionist made it comfortable and gave us a warm welcome. I have major anxiety and normally good with time management however we travelled from Manchester and there was delays. The cocktails were 10/10. The price was perfect and wasn’t overly expensive. The Prawn Chicharron is a must. I’ve never tasted prawns so nicely made in my life. Thank-you for being so accommodating. Would definitely return, if you’re looking for a good place to go for a first date etc. please visit here! Thanks again

We had dinner here on Sunday evening, and we enjoyed it so much that we we went back for lunch the next day. The prawn chicharron was amazing, and both our steaks were tasty and cooked to perfection. Great views to Tower Bridge and a good ambience. Though music was a little loud upstairs.

Meat lovers paradise, I dont eat that much red meat so I ate the sea bass it was cooked to perfection, and our party all realy enjoyed their starters and mains

What a fantastic experience! The food and drinks were top-notch, and the service was spot on. I loved how the staff greeted me warmly and made excellent wine recommendations. The service was extremely bad. The food arrived at the table half cold. The service was extremely inattentive and unfriendly. You'll probably rest in this restaurant because there's a view of Tower Bridge.

Do Not order for delivery!!!! I have eaten at this Goucho quite recently. I had the ceviche which was great and the seabass, which was beautifully butterflied, seasoned, crisp and delicious. With grilled lemon and herbs. Good Friday, I wanted to recreate the experience at home. On receipt of delivery I need to state: Firstly, at he restaurant after cooking, the fish had clearly been butchered to get it into a small container. Think fitting a body into a suitcase after a murder and sawing or breaking stuff off to make it fit. It was ugly, moist and oversalted. I could not make a presentation plate for my guest. I have considered that the restaurant may not have had containers wide enough to display the showpiece , but an efficient cut would have turned this into presentable fillets. The mushrooms and mash had far more salt than usual and I had to dilute the mash with extra milk and add extra veg to make it paletable. For the price, this is unacceptable. I have no quibble with the restaurant itself. They charge high prices but have delivered me quality food. I expect some degradation due to delivery. But the recent outcomes are so poor I am beginning to suspect the food is not prepared in restaurant but a satellite shippingccontainer site acting in their name. Save your money and go in person for a proper experience. The delivery service feels like a cheap knockoff. (in fairness the prawn starer was very nice)

I received a very warm welcome and was offered a table upstairs with a wonderful view of Tower Bridge. The food was very delicious - I can honestly say I have never had a better tasting burger and my Mille Feuille was worth lovely The staff were attentive and very helpful - I'm looking forward to going back for my birthday!

2 years ago I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we had a fantastic experience, yesterday I booked for her birthday again and ended up walking out, firstly when booked I asked to be upstairs with a table next to window for a nice view when I turned up was told upstairs was closed and got a table downstairs and not by the window, secondly service was very poor and slow waited 15 mins without someone even taking my drinks order so got up and told the waiter this wasn’t acceptable and walked out……. Not a nice experience on my girlfriends birthday!

Beautiful view from my seat, excellent service, great atmosphere, delicious and divinal food. For start I had prawn chicharrons, main course seabas with aromatic herbs and spinach on side and as dessert alfajoles. Surely I will come back soon and I highly recommend 👌.

We had a brilliant meal at Gaucho Tower Bridge for my 30th birthday and indulged in the pre-theatre menu. We found the atmosphere of the restaurant lovely, we had a brilliant view and the food was incredible - excellent value. The staff were really lovely, they acknowledged my birthday on arrival and even gave me a birthday card, which was a lovely touch. Will definitely return!

El menú de entradas fue otro punto negativo: ofrecen opciones confusas, sin explicación alguna, lo que genera incertidumbre al ordenar. En lugar de disfrutar, uno se siente desorientado desde el inicio. La atención al cliente también dejó mucho que desear. Tuve que pedir la misma bebida tres veces, primero al anfitrión en la entrada, luego a un camarero y finalmente a una administradora. Esto demuestra una clara falta de organización interna y la ausencia de atención personalizada. Parecía que nadie tenía claro quién debía atender nuestra mesa. Y lo más decepcionante: la carne. En un restaurante que se presenta como especialista en carnes, uno espera un mínimo de calidad. Sin embargo, lo servido estaba muy por debajo del estándar. Los puntos de cocción estaban mal ejecutados (pedí a punto y llegó casi cruda), y el sabor no justificaba el precio ni la fama del lugar. En resumen, fue una experiencia desordenada, poco cuidada y definitivamente decepcionante para un restaurante de esta categoría y precio. No lo recomendaría.

Amazing service, great food. Giorgia was fantastic. She anticipated our needs and offered recommendations without asking. Try the lomo or churasco lomo and mac and cheese. Also order a chimicurri margarita, you won’t be disappointed.

We have just enjoyed a very nice meal, with exceptional service from Kris upstairs. We visited for my girlfriend's birthday, and we were recommended seats upstairs for even better views of Tower Bridge. We weren't disappointed, the views were great the steaks were perfect and the service from Kris was also perfect - he wasn't too overbearing but always knew when we wanted to be seen. Great friendly, professional service. Meals are reasonably priced with a good choice of food at reasonable prices. We would strongly recommend the restaurant. Thank you to Kris and the tattooed lady that greeted us - we'll be back!

Ordered the sharing platter with a chateaubriand for four people with 3 bowls of fries and some brocoli, to make it healthy. Steaks were excellent as ever at a Gaucho but the fries were a bit cold and hard(hence 4 stars). Service was excellent.

I always appreciate those pet friendly restaurants, this is definitely one of them. George is a gentle and lovely waiter. He has recommended an Argentina source for the rump and also served me a very crispy taco that was amazing. I was just a bit disappointed on the rump as I was asking for medium rare, and it came with overcooked. However, the cheesecake was fantastic. It was smooth, soft, and with tasty hazelnuts, as well as a big portion that can serve 2 persons. I will definitely visit again with my dog. He felt comfortable here and just fell asleep.

Let me paint you a picture: We were on track to have a beautiful day in London... so much action packed into one day; however, our day ended late. This is where the trouble began. No restaurants were open past 22:00! Europeans and their good work-life balances. PFFT! Some even said they were open until 23:00, but after walking over to them, they said they were closed :(. Our last ditch effort brought us to Gaucho. On our walk over, we were all hungry and tired and ready for another disappointment. WE COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG. They let us in and didn't even seem annoyed when we came in less than an hour before closing. I wouldn't do that to a restaurant normally, but we were desperate. We sat down, and that's where we met tonight's hero. EMAN. EMAN? MORE LIKE THE MAN. THE GOAT. And I don't mean the ones in Wetton village... he was great from the start, anything from recommendations for food and drinks to jokes and even looking out for us when it came to the bill(with the conversion rates and all). He turned what would have been a disaster ending to the day to one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. The food was amazing, and the steaks were very well prepared. I recommend the empanada starters because the sauce is amazing. 100% recommend Gaucho by the Tower Bridge, and if you're lucky enough to see Eman, buckle in for a good time cowboy.

A great establishment that has it all! Delicious food, a spectacular view, and excellent service (extra shoutout to our server Eman who will be discussed in greater detail later on). During our visit from the U.S. we got caught up in the typical tourist activities and it ended up being too late for most restaurants to serve us. As we shamefully approached Five Guys disappointed to eat our familiar American cuisine, we found a bustling joint to its left that proved to be the correct choice. What made our experience though, was our terriffic treatment and the fun/joyous atmosphere Eman brought to the table. He was very familiar with the menu and always polite and witty. This turned our impromptu decision to eat at Gaucho into one we will remember fondly, and be sure to return to for any repeat London visits, as well as recommend to any friends and family that may visit!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Gaucho’s! One of the few places in the area serving food past 9:30pm, we couldn’t have been more happy that we stumbled upon this gem. Cocktails were unique without being kitschy and all delicious (try the miso mango sour- not pictured). All of the food was extremely fresh and tasty despite us being one of the last groups in the restaurant that night. Our server, Eman, was also excellent and provided great recommendations for us. He was attentive and friendly, even at the late hour. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend, was served by Eman and couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Customer service was great and food was unreal.

We visited this restaurant for a special treat, with a reservation for two at 6 p.m. There were a couple of empty tables by the window, and we asked if we could be seated there. However, we were told they were already booked. By the time we left, those tables were still empty, and we were left wondering if they could have offered them to us, or if they were genuinely reserved for no-shows. It was a bit disappointing, as it would have been lovely to enjoy our meal with a view. As for the service, it was decent but not exceptional. While the staff was attentive when we first sat down, we had to wait a while before we could place our drinks and food order. It appeared that everyone was still preparing for service given we arrived at the beginning of the evening. We ordered two glasses of red wine and two different cuts of steak: ancho and Lomo, both cooked medium rare, along with side dishes of butternut squash and spinach. The steaks were cooked to perfection—flavorful and enjoyable. The portions of spinach and butternut squash were generous and tasty as well. We paired our steaks with two Argentine Malbecs, which complemented the meal beautifully. Overall, we'd definitely return for the quality of the steak, but we hope the service would feel more personal next time.

The staff especially Eman had perfect customer service and went above and beyond to ensure his birthday dinner went smoothly. As we always expect in a Gaucho restaurant we had amazing service from the moment we stepped in. The views in this one are spectacular, you can see Tower Bridge as you eat. We had the chateaubriand Sunday Lunch which was cooked to perfection and the fluffy Yorkshire puddings were worth the wait. Thank you for looking after my cowboy hat with the coats too I was worried about what I skipped do with. We will definitely visit again when we are in Southwark next

Giorgia was the best host for our table, really detailed and understood how to navigate the menu with our Celiac diet as well as gave amazing recommendations for food and drinks and was spot on with the service.

Went here for mother's day today. This was our first visit for a couple of years, have been many times before and usually get a good meal with a decent view. Extremely disappointed with the overall experience and unfortunately don't think we will return. Service was pretty slow. When the food did come the chips were luke warm, the broccoli was hard/cold and the mash potatoes were not smooth at all. My tira de ancho steak was tough and tepid, had clearly been left sitting for too long before being brought to the table. My wife's fillet steak was good, my sons food was also not hot, but still edible and meant we didn't have to wait for it to cool down to give to him. The replacement steak I was given took a long time to come and when it did both my wife and son had finished eating. No new chips were brought with the steak and no one asked if I was now happy with the food. I did ask for new chips and they never arrived. My wife had apple crumble for dessert which lacked flavour, the crumble was very underwhelming. Really dissappointed with the meal overall and not what you want for a mother's day meal. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the restaurant has good views of tower bridge and we were given a good table. Also we were given a decent discount off of the bill for the problems without asking for one, however I would have rather paid full price and had a good meal. It's a shame because I have had many good meals here but I won't return or recommend based on my experience today.

Found Gaucho just walking by. It’s a very nice place and has a great view of the Tower Bridge. Nacer was our server, he treated us very good and his service was great. I had the Lomo Al Diablo medium rare & is was served to perfection. For dessert I had the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake & it was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had. Gaucho Tower Bridge is a must go if you are in London area. A reservation is recommended but I was taken without one.

We had lunch at this restaurant. Everything was just wonderful, from start to finish. The service was top notch, the waiter JB was very nice. Smile, professionalism, pleasant light humor. Excellent Argentinian meat, beautifully cooked, tasty. Elegant, modern environment, in a strategic position. Very friendly waiter who looked after us all evening. I would lower the volume of the music slightly to communicate better. Absolutely worth going!

Overall an okay experience - in terms of food, we had: - Wagyu Empanada (very good) - Provoleta (good) - Steak (tasted watery and was chewy) - Apple Crumble (good) We could also hear the chef screaming in the kitchen even though we were not seated right next to the kitchen.

Our waiter Eman gave very good service and gave us great recommendations for wine and food. It was amazing!

So here’s the thing….if you’re booking this chain in London it’s more than likely because you’ve heard great things. The actual aesthetic of this specific restaurant is amazing- it’s clean, situated right by tower bridge- great views. My opinion may come biased because I am from the U.S: and I am in the same industry- however let’s start with the service- our server Ilona only came to our table 3x- for a “upper upscale” restaurant this is unacceptable. It’s almost Like she was just focused on wanting to go home: that’s not what service is about. You’re in the industry because you enjoy being of service to people and you like people but we didn’t get that from our server. She didn’t try to upsell us, we asked for recommendations and she didn’t seem like she cared enough to even give us solid recommendations. In full transparency our reservation was for 9:30pm and they close shortly after so it’s obvious that they were simply ready to go home. Now onto the steak- not seasoned well at all. Paid for a marinated steak that tasted like like it had the slight bit of marinade on it. Both our steaks came out LUKE WARM- i ordered a medium steak and normally I don’t complain about anything bc I know how this industry is but I cant stand lukewarm food. I was advised that it was Lukewarm bc my friend had went to the bathroom so it set under the heat lamp on purpose to wait for him to get back lol. So the manager offered to put it BACK on the grill- we all Know that’s not how this works- your solution should NOT be to cook my steak even further PAST my desired temperature. The only solution is to re cook it so that it is served HOT- so they put it back in the grill- it came back out well done. Overall disappointed in the level of the “well known” steak house. I’ve had better steaks in the United States from low tier steakhouses. But mostly disappointed with the level of service. The cocktails were nice though.

I arrived without a reservation, they welcomed me without any problem before sunset, the host kept my coat and gave you a card, the table had a view of the tower bridge, the meat was perfect, the Wine too and some sell it by the glass or jug ​​or bottle, not all of them are by the glass, the chimichurri is very good and the broccoli and fries accompaniments are very tasty, I would return yes, it is expensive but like everything in London, the miso mango sour appetizer with Greek yogurt surprised me, I would order it again

The worst experience ever…the service “-10”, the food “1”, no Argentinian wine in the Argentinian restaurant. Unfortunately do not recommend.

The only bad thing about my experience was, that they did not write " lettuce" and " tomatoes" on the description of the burger. So as you can imagine I was kind of upset to see such a masterpiece of a burger get ruined by tomatoes. (Yes I'm a picky eater).

Went here on Sunday for a Sunday lunch. It's not long reopened and it's hard to see why it was closed for so long. Not a lot of visible change to be honest. Anyway - service was ok - a bit slow but not great. Real problem was the food. It was OK. It was hot but no parsnips was a surprise. And a single Carrot! But the biggest issue was my beef was literally half fat. My guests was better - it was more meat than fat. Roast potatoes were a little too crispy. Overall - not bad, but not as good as my previous experiences at Gaucho where I had great steaks.

I went to Gaucho last week with my partner to commemorate valentine’s day. It was simply amazing, great food, very tasteful and very nice drinks. The service was fantastic. Staff checking if we needed anything and making sure we were being well served, I highly recommend this restaurant and I will absolutely come back.

Came here for the members only reopening evening and myself and 2 friends had a great meal. Reggie was absolutely fantastic in regards to service definitely couldn’t fault him. My friends steak was rather overcooked for his liking but Reggie had it sorted in no time, also gave us a free drink was a nice gesture.

Very first time visiting Gaucho Tower Bridge. The refurbishments that have been made are amazing all across both floors. The top floor being my favourite with an elevated view of the London bridge from floor to ceiling windows. Also the cosy bar is ideal for a couple of drinks. Service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and this begins from the hostesses who welcome you in. Margelys was our waitress and she was 5*. Always smiling , super positive and quite knowledgeable about the food and wines. The prawn chicarron is a must order. Best prawn ive had. Steak was nicely cooked. The beef tacos and beef empanadas were tasty as well. Yuca chips were a bit too salty for me but I don't like salt that much so subjective. For dessert, we had the apple crumble and chocolate torte. Nice blend of flavours on the torte, the crumble came piping hot which was to my liking. An amazing evening Will definitely go again

Newly Relaunched Gaucho Tower Bridge We visited Gaucho Tower Bridge during the pre-launch, which was a great experience—especially with 50% off food! The refreshed interiors are stunning, adding to the overall dining experience. The food was delicious and a big improvement from our last visit. I always love their bread, but they’ve reduced the selection to just two types, which was a bit disappointing. However, the marinated steaks were incredible—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. We had the Churrasco de Chorizo and Churrasco de Lomo, both cooked perfectly. The apple crumble was a great finish! Our waiter, Gus, was amazing—so attentive and looked after us well. We dined during the day, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than the evenings I’m used to, but it suited us since we had our young baby with us. Overall, a great visit, and we’d definitely return!

Beautifully situated. Could see Tower Bridge from my seat. The food was excellent. Wasn’t a fan of the truffle dauphinoise, they were not as creamy as others i have had but not unpleasant. I was lucky enough to attend on the launch days with 50% off which made me feel even better when paying. I expected some glitches as it had only been opened for a few days but the service was top notch. Our waiter Zarko was excellent and very attentive. The decor is gorgeous, perfect for a date or a get together with friends. Would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing dinner with my partner on a Sunday evening as a treat! The food - and the steaks specifically - were amazing! Very tasty and we had very good recommendations from the staff on what to get as main courses. The manager Akis welcomed us very nicely in our table and the atmosphere in general was excellent. We also had an amazing red Argentinian Malbec wine which we loved as matched our food perfectly! We are for sure going back and we would undoubtedly recommend it to our friends and family! Nice view of the Tower Bridge especially if you are sat on the upper floor accompanied by a nice classic negroni!

Had exceptional dining experience with my girlfriend wt gaucho 2.0! The warm lighting, elegant decor, and soft instrumental music created an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Food was absolutely divine.5⭐. beyond expectations. I had burrata salad, prawns 🍤 as starter and chicken spatchcock and sea bass as main. It was so delicious. Quería amar más pero aunque volveré, esperaba que fuera mejor. La mayoría de la comida era a tiempo, algunos pedidos más lentos debido a la mezcla, pero todavía disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo juntos aquí. No tengo la culpa, simplemente no satisfizo pero el trabajo local en algún momento cuando fuera necesario así que volvería con los colegas. El personal es razonable, pero esperaba que hicieran un esfuerzo extra.
