future was the best room by far and service was good at the bar. was expecting to wait 10+ min for a drink cause it was busy but maybe waited 5 mins at most

I don’t usually write reviews, but Club Nosedive was so bad, I had to warn people. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the security was an absolute joke. The two guards outside seemed more interested in picking their noses than checking IDs or maintaining any kind of order. One of them literally gave me a thumbs up with the same hand he just pulled out of his nostril. Absolutely gross! Save yourself the headache (and the nausea). There are way better places to spend your night than this disaster.

- Drinks very expensive and non-Alc hardly any choice (water/RedBull) - unbearable without ear protection (subjective) + Staff and security very friendly and helpful + Great furnishings and room layout

Incredibly arrogant security on the front door, much too hot rooms and very expensive drinks. Atmosphere was alright though

It's a good venue for music/rooms but the drinks are way too expensive, £4 for a small bottle of water 😑 and it has the worst smoking area. Literally not enough space - it's roofed, fully covered on 3 sides plus mostly on the 4th by bars so no air gets in, can't go outside to get some air and cool down.

Good day party was had by all but the best inside the club was unbeatable they need to sort out their air conditioning ASAP

Always a good night of music. Friendly attentive staff. Good security. Great lighting/lasers. You do need earplugs to protect your hearing as usual. Sometimes food is served outside, such as pizza. Smoking outside. Daytime events just as fun as evening ones. Love the Trance events. Wheelchair friendly in the main bar area 103 and main dance room. Toilets accessible. Easy location to get to.

Awesome nightclub came here couple of months back and absolutely loved it! Have a question though do they accept passport as an ID to get in cause I lost my BRP and it will take about a month to get a new one and I have to attend a friend's party in like about a week as I recommend this place to him!

Disco in Elephant&Castle. It has 3 areas with different music. International DJs and light show. cocktails could improve but for women they put DrinkSafe regardless!

Ministry of Sound offers an exceptional experience with great DJs, an electrifying atmosphere, and impeccable sound quality. The professionalism of the staff is truly remarkable.

The layout of the club is terrible. The main room is long and the bar runs the entire length. You then have people just standing on the dancefloor after getting a drink. The floor is also quite grippy, hard to swivel and turn. We left after 45 mins. Bouncers were great and friendly. disappointed in this "world renowned" club.

One of the 2 best night clubs in London with 5 rooms and a different DJ in each room, W&W (Wandmusic) was there when we went, and the atmosphere was incredible. We had a really enjoyable night with amazing music and a vibrant crowd.

I've djd for over 26 years and played at Ministry many times for a lot of brands. I can safely say, the jumped up organiser or their assistant or whoever the ginger curly haird woman was, needs to learn some people skills. Getting sworn at when I was told to play, her issue not mine, and getting shoved out the DJ box infront of so many people, not the most professional thing to do. I wish every brand to be successful but with people like orchestrating an event...... fill the blanks.

A breath of fresh air. This place prioritises safety and good music before everything else. Don't get me wrong, there are still some high prices and VIP rooms, but the general entry areas felt very safe and clean and the music was great. The sound system I would say is a 8/10, really good but not perfect. Nothing to complain about either. To sum up, if you're looking for good house/tech house in London, I highly recommend.

Management here are SO RUDE!!!!!!!! Never in my life has anyone ever spoken to someone the way this one lady did!!!!!!! AWFUL never known anything like it EVER!

Overpriced university student nightclub that get discount and have group of friend so nobody interacts unless you go to the same university pay like over £10 for food and drink like £6 which is like a small coke can that you can less then £2. All the food runs out as the students eat it all. Not a good club for singles only couples there and groups. Same music weird atmosphere same repeated music. The cost to get into this place is a joke. If you don’t like this place please avoid the security and staff are not friendly and is very strict. If your not there to interact and on your own it doesn’t feel safe the way people are rude that barge/bump into like they have no respect or can say excuse me. Hopefully it closes down it’s one of the worst myself and three mates that visited on a weekend. Has no diary requirements. Avoid ciders. Had an encounter claiming to be from a hostel accommodation but did not have a ID badge thinking I was that person was disgusting behaviour the was so rude and had an attitude. The alcohol options is bad need to change age restrictions. They probably wouldn’t do anything if someone tried to spike anyone’s drink.

Great clubbing experience. What I like most about it is the size and the number of rooms they have, each room playing different music, so you'll usually always end up finding some music you like. Crowd tends to be undergrad students. Some lights in the bar bit are very bright so it feels like you're in daylight. They have a good area outside too if you need some fresh air and take a break from dancing. Visual effects overall are great. I felt quite safe.

Gave 1 on atmosphere because it smelled really bad inside and a 1 on food because food got sold out really early Music was nice but the room upstairs was full of 60 year olds for some reason.

It’s scam this club. Entry fees are £30 without welcome drink. All women there are claiming harassment if you just talk to them or ask them for phone number. The European female workers there are reporting any male speaks to a female inside the toilets. I want to save you from this pain you have, so can you just turn it into a gay club?

Terrible night club they took away my real and wouldn’t give it back when i called the non emergency line which was too busy.

Absolutely disgusting place. Came in, looked around, and left. Everyone seemed to be on drugs, the male/female ratio was horrible, so much males. Many people were shirtless and sweaty. Horrible crowd who go there, very odd individuals, many creeps harrasing girls as well. Music wasn’t even that good, horrible, horrible club. Vulgar and distasteful atmosphere and crowd.

Came all the way from the states to check out this “legendary” club, only to find out they decided not to open the main room “the box” for the night, even though their website stated the two top DJ’s on the bill would be playing in that room that they’re so well known for. Crowd and music were basic, at times gave me the ick. Music was sub-par at best and catered to the 18+ pop crowd. Bartenders very rude. I did appreciate the curling irons in the women’s bathrooms and the safety stickers placed over women’s drink cups, however makes we wonder how many times girls have been drugged there to implement that safety measure. Drinks overpriced and watered down. Lights/pully effects cool but not worth the hassle and bad vibes. We left before both headliners and went to Lightbox for a more authentic UK nightclub experience instead.

Great club, really professional friendly staff, no waiting at the bar.great music, good atmosphere. It is THE club to go to and deserves it's reputation. Highly recommend. Drinks ok price, small but good menu, that enables fast service. Cloak room is fast and friendly and security genuinely believes in customer service. It's really well thought out. Ladies loos are clean, have lots of cubicles so there is no waiting and a selfie logo, also straighteners for fixing your hair after dancing your butt off. Main dancefloor has a great light show and the ticker tape falls make you feel like you are on a film set.

The bar staff were so efficient never had to wait more than 1 min for a drink. However the lights were far too bright and ruined the atmosphere of the venue

Super club in London. Although the atmosphere was average. Too many young children. The party with EDM music, a little unpleasant. The soundsystem was spectacular and so was the lighting. The security staff were also very friendly!

MoS, you NEED to make student night more clear on your website and not buried in T&Cs. Every club I’ve ever been to with student night specifies student night in the name of the event itself! (Milkshake presents Student Night at MoS, etc.) There’s nothing wrong with student nights, and I’m sure it provides a better environment for students, but with how hidden this notation for the event, I can only assume you’re trying to take a few people’s money each week and turn them away at the door. I saw another review 8 months ago making this same point, and still the same thing happens. When people are traveling to London and want to visit an iconic venue, it’s pretty insulting to be told “Tuesday has been student night for years” at the door as if I missed some obvious point. Really bummed about this whole experience.

I love this venue, it has 3 or 4 rooms I go to drum and bass events here, the crowds usually a vibe never had any trouble, security are cool too. I would definitely go back again. They also do food..burger was best I'd ever had paid £10 for it haha

Club is great, but when it's too many people is very hot. They need to work on aircon. Otherwise great place to go!

I asked for vegan shawrama (only vegan item they have) never got a clear answer that they don’t have vegan options. Me and my friend asked 3 times for the same. We were starved and it is 5 am in the morning when I am making this review. I am still searching food for me and my friend. Felt really disappointed. I am still giving 3 for the vibe but workers were not so nice enough to let us know that they only have Beef, pork and chicken. Menu said that they have veg shawarma as well .

Shocking experience. The “head of security” Pete, made the process of getting into the event extremely difficult. We provided student cards and timetables for this event as ID as we come from the North of Ireland along with our passport and driving license and still did not let us in. Will never be back. Tiocfadh àr là.

Overpriced and they try to scam you as well by selling you shots ok the face floor (saying it’s £2 and then charging your card £20). Also over populated.

We were at Bob Sinclair's yesterday and my partner and I have both been in the club scene for over 20 years. What was offered to us yesterday was beyond criticism. Bob came at 2 a.m., played a 90-minute set with all of his hits and left. Very commercial, which is something you're not used to when you listen to Defected and other mixes from him. The club itself is getting old and anyone who remembers Ministry of Sound in the past will be bitterly disappointed. The audience is diverse and sometimes very ruthless. Fans of electronic music can really save themselves a visit.

Music in the upstairs part is mainly rap and current music good vibes up there. Downstairs is hell just straight oonts oonts music

Shadow of its former self. Bland and uninspiring music, poor atmosphere and overpriced drinks make for a wasted evening. If you are genuinely interested in the music or the artists - go elsewhere. Even the Box is lackluster!

We usually don’t go out much anymore but we went to Ministry on Saturday because of Mark Knight playing this night and we were standing on the second floor on the bridge so we were waiting and waiting to hear him playing and at 2 AM we have asked when is he going to arrive and they told us that he already left he was there only for an hour. So the whole time we were there and we didn’t know he showed?! We were very disappointed and went back home. We have been to Ibiza and different places but haven’t experienced this. Who does he think he is?!

Cool place to party. It have different spaces with different djs. Outside have a place to eat and smoke. You need to check what type of party before going. The atmosphere is really variety.

They advertised 4 rooms open when I booked tickets, turned up and the main room (The box) was closed all evening, and there was only 2 rooms open. Not much point going ministry if they closed there only good room. Have been going for over 6 years, and this place has really gone down hill, I won't be going back. Double vodka redbull is now £15 also, which is outrageous for the quality of the venue.

20£ for a double with coke is crazy. These prices are exactly what's killing the club scene.

Love the vibes, it’s racially diversified and the music is banging. One of the finest in London. The drinks are expensive though. Loved the ladies washroom has a hair straightener station and a vape vending machine.

The bouncer needs to chill down. They prioritise the girls more but yet they know deep well is the guys who make the club money by buying drinks etc. I just don't understand why bouncer act different when it comes to treating guys and girls differently and weirdly. Is like they wanna impress the girls by ruining a guy's night out.

At 3:15am bought a last minute anytime entry ticket £27.50 to an event that finishes at 5am, so I could join my friends inside. Only to turn up and being refused entry as last doors were 3am. Why are you still selling tickets at 3am if people can’t get in? Not an anytime entry deal as stated you should really stop sales at 3am!!! Impossible to get a refund either.

Unfortunately, there's no variety in the music selection—every room seems to be playing the same genre, with no RNB, Afrobeats, or Rap available.

An important place in the history of 1990's Rave and Dance Club culture. Simultaneously with the record production of House & Trance music. But this is history. The London club culture today is but a shadow of its pre Millennium heyday. Commercial & Corporate greed stripped it of its fringe and left field ambience together with the commercialisation of the music. London nightlife has been paired back, some say obliterated by Mayor Khan and contemporary disposable tech & TikTok culture and the new puritan politics. "Raver Tots night" for Goodness sake. The sad Disneyfication of an epic era in London club history. S.M.H The building and location is a museum. The current offer however is very different to that history and this is just another of the last standing bland London night clubs.

I would definitely go there again.

The Ministry of Sound in London is a real veteran of the nightclub world and deserves a solid 3 out of 5 stars. As a long-standing electronic music institution, it attracts a diverse audience. The sound system and acoustics in the club are good. Some of the DJs who play here belong to the elite of the electronic music scene. Despite the many positive aspects, there is still a point deducted, mainly because of the sometimes long queues and the high drinks prices.

A really really good nightclub! Highly recommend to everyone. I was there from 11-05 and had fun every second of it! The food you could by was very good for being served at a night club and was to a reasonable price!

Very dependent on the DJ. I've been once and the venue is fine but the DJs on the night I went ought to consider another career. They should never be allowed near music again to be honest. I liked the different rooms and the student night is decent. Bouncers can be a little rude.

vip queue takes forever. Every week we wait unbelievable time in the line to get into the club. a vip line should be fast.

Very good night club, with good sound. Severals rooms and platforms with different style of music like techno or Rap US. The best room is on the left when you is arriving in the principle room. I saw that there are a lot of French people in this place, I was very surprised but that’s okay because I am a French girl. You need to take your ticket in advance, before the night on the site web, approximately £20 before midnight and £25 after midnight and for the changing room you need to have £6 for the coat and £6 for the bag. And beautiful room of toilets with mirrors, very big.

Came here when Bassjackers were playing, £16 for the entry until 10. Recommend buying ahead so it's cheaper. Absolutely loved the music here, was here for 6 hours. Drinks are a pricy, even just a water bottle. But tbf it's London so. Bouncers were chill too.

Been going to ministry for years, decades even!! Always a good fun night and if you haven't ever been there go!!

Security pushed my friend down the stairs and then kicked her and the rest of us out my the “VIP manager”. He had not a clue what was happening

On the night I attended, room 103 and the main room were open, and the loft was not. The main room had very good lighting, however it got hot in there very quickly (as would be expected with any club). Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries. There is a food van in the smoking area that serves cheap food, such as pizza, burgers, and hotdogs. Room 103 has the largest main bar, and one the DNB night that i attended also had a stage and mc. I feel like you have to get lucky with the atmosphere of the club based on the crowd of the night (again as is sexpected at any club).

Don't bother. It's a ripoff. They charged me £12 for the cloakroom because I had an umbrella that could fit in my jacket pocket. I paid £20 for the ticket so that's absolutely not acceptable. Dance floors are ok and drinks are acceptable. Better to go somewhere else.

아니 어이없는게 클럽이면 취하는고 아닌가요?아니 마약을 한것도 아니고 그냥 이층에서 친구들끼리 춤 추고 있었는데 시큐리티 두명이 갑자기 저희들을 끌어냈어요 가방을 맡겼는데 가방도 안주고 그냥 끝날때까지 기다리라고 해서 카드도 없어서 집도 못가고 아무것도 못햇어요 한사람당 8파운드나 냈는데 즐긴건 고작 2시간도 안돼요 어이가 없어요 갑자기 나가라는게 말이 되나요??저희는 그냥 친구들끼리 놀았는데 그게 문제인지 모르겠어요 절대 가지 마세여 그냥 돈만 날리고 온듯요;;

Not my favourite club, but the sound quality is good and I think if you catch a good night, the vibe will be better than it was for Basement Jax. Good service in VIP, friendly security.

I got VIP for under £60 and I was not pleased , all u get with it is a balcony which you can stand on with the rest of people and also private toilets , which is not worth paying £30 more for only this, drinks were £9 for one tiny shot, but the music and DJ was defo a positive

Very pleasant experience with incredibly efficient and friendly staff and cloak service. The regular security checks in the toilets were appreciated for the overall feeling of safety and security for a really enjoying experience! Definitely worth continuously going for future events!

Attended for AWOL and went all in with VIP. The bars staff up there were fantastic. Naturally the drinks cost a fortune but I felt the staff recognised that and went the extra mile with their friendliness and courtesy. Security were the right balance between scrutiny and welcoming. The sound system damn near ripped my nipples off! WHAT. A. NIGHT.

Been to ministry of sound several times over the past 12 years and went again recently but still just don’t like the vibe of this place. I don’t know if it’s the layout that doesn’t give the right energy or the fact that in my last visit the bar ‘conveniently’ ran out of all regular spirits about 2 hours into the night and if you wanted a drink you had to buy their premium spirits which is very poor too see and feels very much intentional and manipulative. Won’t be back anytime soon :(

Great music but by and large the most homophobic club I have ever been to. Came here with a mate and got shoved several times by strangers for being too close to another man. Not what I would expect for central London
