I had to eat at the hotel due to no other nearby restaurants and I had not eaten since very early morning. I ordered burger and this was the worst I have eaten. The patty was dry and burnt. I call two waiters and they both claimed it was the style!! This was not seared. It was coated in a burnt layer that was not pleasant. I eat half but the chef was not interested in feedback and I was ignored. Unfortunately patrons are captive so it does not matter how the food is. Shame I did not take another photo of the burnt patty. I would have discarded at home BBQ. Staff were busy but pleasant.

I visited this restaurant with my family as we were staying in the hotel . The atmosphere and service was amazing , thank you to Vasimin he helped with advice. The food was very good as well , we had the pizza and truffle&Parmesan chips. Cocktails are nicely served . We had an amazing breakfast aswell,the buffet had a large variety of choices, everything very tasty and fresh.

I have been frequenting the Columbia restaurant regulalry since moving to the area. In the evenings Jacqueline and Juliana are great servers in the restaurant always happy to have a conversation and make you feel welcome! It is great to see Vasimih around breakfast and lunch. He is always ready to fix a problem or make adjustments to enhance the experience in the restaurant/bar.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at DoubleTree Hilton Docklands Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at DoubleTree Hilton Docklands, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing hotel visits I have ever had. My fiancé and I had booked the King Suite and had requested birthday wishes for my fiancé, which were initially handled without any problems. However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we made a reservation at the Columbia Restaurant within the hotel. We specifically asked for outdoor seating and arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled. We were seated promptly, but after that, we were completely ignored. No staff member bothered to take our drink orders or even acknowledge our presence. After waiting for an extended period, I decided to visit the bar and inform them of our neglect. We had to purchase our own drinks, and the bartender apologized, promising that someone would attend to us soon. Unfortunately, this turned out to be an empty promise, as we continued to wait until 9:10 pm without any service. We eventually had no choice but to leave. The level of service we received was shockingly poor. It is unacceptable to be treated with such disregard, especially on a special occasion like my fiancé's birthday. The lack of attention and the failure to fulfill our reservation have completely marred what should have been a joyous celebration. The disappointing experience at DoubleTree Hilton Docklands has left me questioning the standards upheld by the establishment. I had expected exceptional service and attention to detail, but instead, we were met with negligence and broken promises. It is disheartening to see a reputable hotel brand like DoubleTree Hilton failing to live up to its own standards. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and prevent other guests from experiencing similar ordeals in the future. Proper training and better attention to customer needs are essential to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. In conclusion, I cannot recommend DoubleTree Hilton Docklands based on my experience. The lack of service, unfulfilled promises, and the subsequent impact on our celebration have left us deeply disappointed. I would advise potential guests to consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold the standards expected from a reputable hotel.

This is, allegedly, a rib eye. Medium. I'm from Alberta, which is beef country. Cooking rib eye this well done is a capital offence. Did I send it back? No. Because why? It's not like it was going to get rarer. The wings here were great. Stay away from the steaks, as the kitchen can't do them justice, and the steaks are not cheap.

Out of all the Hilton group hotels in London that I’ve stayed in this has the best selection of items. The buffet had everything you could want for an English breakfast (and also had potato scones for a bit of a Scottish touch) and there was also a decent sized cold buffet too. When the weather is nice it is possible to have breakfast outside overlooking the Thames

This is located inside the Hilton Docklands hotel. When we first entered the restaurant at 10am after dropping our bags off to the hotel reception we went in and asked for food and some drinks (we had been travelling since 3am to get to London) and the man behind the bar told us he would have to ask his manager. After talking to his manager, the manager stood and looked at us from a distance for around 5-7 minutes before coming over and acknowledging us. He then told us we couldn’t get food until 12:30pm but we could get some drinks. My boyfriend said to me we’re on holiday let’s get a cocktail to start off the day, when he went to the bar then man then told us we couldn’t get any drinks unless it was a coffee until 12pm. We ended up getting a coffee each and then just leaving. A lot of being mucked about and after paying the price we did to stay at the Hilton for 2 nights in a bit disappointed with how we were treated by the restaurant staff! It put us off going their for meals and we just never bothered going back the whole trip.

Well, i wrote some other comments before but the other restaurant a minute from here was closed. Chicken Wings dry and not really a taste, mac n cheese a joke. Watch some youtube tutorials and get some proper Bar food done!

Not bad for a Hilton Restaurant. Service can be quite slow and the Menu is limited for evening meals. Breakfast on the other hand is excellent.

A classic hotel restaurant with a rather standard menu. Located inside the double-tree hotel. Beef, pasta, pizza, fish. It is a good solution if you simply don't have the will to go out and look for place to eat. I wouldn't trouble mysrlf to go there intentionally. Kids frirndly is a plus. Service is also good.

Burger was very nice unlike some other reviews suggested. Lovely Riverside views. As it is attached to a Hotel the limited menu means you probably would not want to go too frequently. Daily specials would at least help add some variety here. Staff very friendly.

The staff was lovely and the location is nice. However the food was not good *at all*. This was probably the worst burger I ever ate. The meat looked like a school cafeteria pre-chewed burger. The fries were obviously frozen and poorly defrost. I really enjoyed none of the food that were served. I’d say it’s more of a cocktail place but don’t go there for dinner.

Stopping off for a drink in the Columbia Bar after a walk along the Thames, we decided we needed food as well. Chose four of the starters: Korean pork belly, haloumi sticks, calamari and the cauliflower fritters. We were really surprised at the quality as all the dishes were excellent. The staff were polite and efficient and the view of Canary Wharf is quite literally unique. The only letdown was the weather, as it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside. As we only live across the Thames we will be back when it is warmer to enjoy three courses outside.

Pleasant staff were very helpful and the restaurant was very quiet on a wet and windy Thursday afternoon. The food was very nice, well presented and not too expensive.

The ambience is lovely! The reputation quite the opposite though. One would expect a Hilton to perform much better with services and the cuisine! I hope they take the reopening opportunity (after lockdown) to start fresh - look forward to proper food and afternoon teas to taste in the pateo overlooking the river!

Solid, if a bit expensive food with excellent service. Better than standard hotel fare. Very kind and accommodating wait-staff made the experience much better than the food alone would have otherwise provided.

Below mediocre! Prices way too high for the quality of the food. I had a chicken burger and my friend had the vegetarian pie. Mine was fine, albeit not very hot. My friends was burnt and dry. Called the waiter over and not one apology. No doubt in my mind that the pie was a freezer reheat job. Gross. She asked to send it back and he was fine about it. She ordered a salad for speed as the replacement.... wow how long can it take in a fairly quite restaurant at to make a replacement! Salad was fine, super spicy but more heat than taste. Reality is, if you have to eat here it won’t be a memorable meal... at least not for the right reasons!

The chef at the restaurant is really good and quality of the food is great. You have great views of the river too. The ambiance of the place is just ok and hence why4 stars and not 5. With better ambiance and service the place would do much better.

Sandwich selection as part of the afternoon tea was a bit of an elevated standard, with the typical smoked salmon on cream cheese, tomato and cheese, cucumber this time paired with chicken, and a sausage and piccadilly relish. The scones were fresh and absolutely delicious, super buttery and creamy, very delightful. Finally there was a very thorough cake selection presented, as well as smoothies and parfaits. The group unanimously decided the banana bread was the absolute winner, soft and rich and very well balanced. We had so many options to try and most of them were really fresh and scrumptious. I found a few cakes a little too on the sweet side, and the mocha I ordered was also way too sweet to drink for ky taste. Overall, a brilliant afternoon tea with so many items, lovingly presented in little pirate treasure chests. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend it.

Efter en lång dag i London var det gott med en ordentlig middag på hotellet. Vi åt fantastiska hamburgare. Barnmenyn var otroligt stor och hade räckt till två barn :)

Ate here during a visit to the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel near by. A good selection of food on the menu, but at London prices. Good service and fairly comfortable. I got the impression that the food was not necessarily made on the site, but was heated up and served. Convinient for the hotel but not somewhere I'd want to make a special trip too, I'm afraid.

Sat 10th August. Treat for my daughter and I.... .Very disappointing, sat outside, bit breezy but our choice. The table was wiped before the food arrived, but was sticky and still very unclean. Pimms came first..... average, then sandwiches, 4 tiny (50p sized )rolls 3 yellow 1 pink !!!, 2 ham, 2 egg mayo, 2 small smoked salmon white bread ?? 2 small square scones and jam , had to ask for cream or butter..... 2 slices fruit cake ?? Top layer. 3 ind choc mousse, 1 mini coffee eclair, 1 ind jelly thing..... how do we share these??? Waitress took plates back to kitchen and ret with 2 mousse, 2 eclairs and 2 sponge squares. Good teapots and hot ..... best bit, we did have to request it tho. Been looking forward to this outing for weeks. If this is how people with vouchers are treat, poor show Hilton. ,

Total waste of money. The manager of the restaurant should be ashamed of themselves allowing food like that to be served. 4 tiny triangles each of which were dry and warm, it was a very hot day and obviously the food had not been kept chilled, the cakes/desserts were warm and runny, hence we never ate them as we didn't want to get food poisoning! This was supposed to be a treat for my 82 year old mum, totally ruined the end of our day.

Visited hotel today for afternoon tea. Can honestly my expectations were not met. For a top hotel I would be expecting more than what looked like value ham in my sandwich and more than one sultana in my scone . We also had to pay extra money for using our gift at the weekend. When I questioned this the lady on reception said with a smile that it's in tiny writing in t &c . The waiting staff were very nice and made up for the food.

As Hilton members, we received complimentary breakfasts during our vacation stay. The buffet had a vast selection of hot and cold foods. I can't say much for the powered eggs, but they were consumable if you added cheese and tomatoes (hint: go for the made-to-order omelettes). There were some gluten-free options, muffins I believe. I thought the breakfast was good, and service was attentive. After reading other reviews, perhaps they need to work on a consistent experience for patrons.

Breakfast spread was ok but lack of service. Had dinner and order the steak which was badly prepared and tasteless.

We went for the afternoon tea for a birthday treat and left disappointed with the experience. On arrival we were seated quickly but left on our own with no offer of drinks. Despite being less than half full we sat for a long time before a waitress finally came to offer prosseco As three of our party did not want alcohol they were told they could have a mock tail instead but a menu took a further 10 minutes to be found to show them what they could have. By this time the afternoon tea had been brought to the table but at no point were we offered tea or coffee. The scone and cream was nice but sandwiches were disappointing. There was also a cake pop, small lemons mousse cake and a berry and white somethiggnin a small pot. Eventually we were able to ask for mock tails and request hot drinks too. At no point were we offered more prosecco despite it being “bottomless” Once the drinks had been finally delivered no waitress came near our table again. Lovely venue for an afternoon treat but the service and food does not live up to it. Sadly Would not recommend or return

We booked this afternoon tea for 6 of us celebrating my Daughters 40th Birthday. What a disappointment , firstly we were greeted then shown to our seat, and told there would be a£5 per person supplement as it was weekend?????. Apparently it’s in the small print, was it worth it??? NO...... The afternoon tea arrived each persons on a separate stand. The sandwiches were so thinly filled, you could hardly taste the filling, the scones were shop bought, and the arrangements of small cakes were all just frozen mini desserts and not cakes!!! I’ve given 3/5 which in my opinion is generous

Fuimos allí para disfrutar de una buena comida de 3 platos con vino la noche anterior y nos sentamos en un fantástico asiento junto a la ventana. Esto lo hizo para nosotros. El menú se limitó a tres opciones para cada curso. Afortunadamente me dejaron elegir una principal diferente. Nos permitieron pagar un suplemento por un vino rosado, ya que no queríamos blanco ni rojo. Eso fue genial y el servicio fue bueno para empezar. La calidad de la comida era terrible hasta el punto donde dejamos la mayor parte de la comida. Ni una sola vez el personal preguntó cómo era nuestra comida. Al final, el personal fue un poco descortés y se dio cuenta de que no estábamos muy impresionados con la comida. Las croquetas que se notaban no eran frescas sino congeladas. El pescado había sido batido doble para hacerlo más grande. La carne de la hamburguesa era simplemente horrible y se sirve en seco. El sorbete equivocado fue servido el postre. ¡No disfrutó nada de la comida y no recomendaría este lugar! El ambiente era informal y un ambiente de tipo familiar que estaba bien, ya que queríamos una noche relajada. Si quieres más ambiente, entonces no vayas. Vergüenza de verdad.

Good afternoon tea. Food was ok for the price but the service was very good with smiling and flexible waiters and manager.

Fui a cenar con mi esposa. Desde la entrada, el ambiente es típico de doblete, la recepción parecía un poco escasa, pero pudimos ver que el personal no rompía ninguna expresión facial, seguía sonriendo sin importar lo que pasara. En el restaurante y en el área del bar (fuimos alrededor de las 8 pm) el rayo era bajo, lo que en mi opinión le dio un ambiente realmente agradable y acogedor, el personal era muy agradable en el bar, nos atendió Romario (creo) que mantuvo la conversación bastante casual, pero profesional, vimos a esta chica morena que servía a los otros clientes y era muy simpática, organizada y sonriente (niña francesa). No nos quedamos mucho, ya que solo tomábamos una bebida rápida antes de la cena. En el restaurante la supervisora saludó y nos explicó el menú. . Dama bastante "burbujeante", dijo mi esposa. Nos sirvieron un servicio de 4 estrellas y media, todos muy buenos, no recuerdo sus nombres, pero tanto los camareros como el supervisor eran. . . . Creo que la palabra es hospitalaria, podría sentirse como en casa. . . . La comida era buena, lo que esperábamos, y los precios bastante justos. . . Tenía muchas ganas de decir servicio de 5 estrellas, pero todavía tienen que trabajar en algunas cosas, noté que a veces se habían ido, dejando el restaurante vacío por un par de minutos, los titulares de las facturas eran enormes, las mesas realmente no se veían. agradable sin una estera (para nuestros postres tuvieron que colocar las cucharas en la mesa) etc. . La presentación de la comida podría usar un cambio (pescado y papas fritas en un plato no en una canasta)

This was a voucher afternoon tea with bottomless proseco for one hour - from Wowcher. I bought it before Christmas and used it 11th March. The menu on the offer was for various bruscetta, cakes and scone. (It did say the menu may change). We were greeted with a glass of Carva and then the food arrived. Four very small sandwiches - on white bread - egg mayo, ham & mustard, cream cheese and cucumber and cream cheese and salmon. When we picked one up it was very dry and crusty - as were all the others. Felt the very tiny cakes which were also crusty. We asked for fresh food. They of course apologised and offered us a cocktail in compensation. Their excuse for the dryness of the food was that it is kept under hot lights!!!! So why keep it under hot lights one has to ask... There was quite a long wait for the cocktail and then another wait for the fresh food - which must have also been kept under the hot lights because it too was slightly crusty round the edges. In all it was a very basic afternoon tea and if I had paid the full price quoted as being £84 for two on the Wowcher offer I would have been very upset indeed. The voucher cost £29 for two which seemed a very good deal but after experiencing it - I guess we got what we paid for and it was no deal at all. The staff were very nice though.

Visited the hotel for a set afternoon tea with unlimited prosecco deal. We were initially greeted by a rude waitress who told us that we needed to pay an excess immediately as it was Sunday . She was unable to process the credit card and had to get a colleague to do it. We were shown to our table and initially served with a glass of prosecco each. The afternoon tea came out in dribs and drabs there being a 15 minute delay between the first one and last one being served. The waitress was informed 5 times that my daughter had a severe nut allergy but seemed unable to comprehend this and about 30 minutes later brought her a fruit salad instead of cakes. Each time we wanted a prosecco refill we had to ask and virtually beg for one. It was awkward and certainly seemed difficult to be served. We were eventually offered a cup of tea and presented with one pot of hot water and 3 tea bags although there were 6 of us. After a further 15 minuted and 2 more requests we were given another 3 pots of hot water and 4 more tea bags. The quality of the food was poor the bread was hard the scones not fresh and overall the service atrocious. I would not recommend this venue for afternoon tea . We would have had s better deal in Greggs !!

Very nice food. We were served by Riad, thanks so much we had a wonderful night and the service was great!

Disappointing, meagre portioned and over priced food. I ate in the restaurant twice on a business stay at the Doubletree. On the first occasion, I ordered cod and chips. I received two small tails of fish with a small basket of chips. The restaurant could not provide any salt before I had very nearly finished, and had totally run out of vinegar. The food was nicely cooked but portions were feeble. Next day, the second attempt was a smoked salmon sandwich with a dram of malt whisky. The sandwich was a single round of cheap supermarket cut bread, very slightly stale. The salmon itself was good. The whisky was a decidedly short measure to say the least, poured by a very novice barman. I expected a lot better at these prices, under the Hilton brand name. A shame, as the hotel itself is rather good.

Nice location and on arrival our table was reserved for us, however we were initially given the wrong menu as our booking was a birthday gift through 'Buyagift', which is a limited menu.

We had booked an afternoon tea for 2 through Groupon, and although you have to pay a weekend supplement, if you were served afternoon tea in the normal manner then this would have been a really good deal.

This is one of the worst hotel restaurants I have ever encountered. The food is ready to make you vomit. I would recommend the guests to take the ferry to the other side of the hotel and eat anywhere else, but here. The staff are so arrogant and unpleasant, that you wonder how bad were the other candidates who applied for the same job and did not get it. No social skills and they do expect a tip. Run away from this restaurant.

Booked the meal through buy a gift, we usually go to the Hilton on Park Lane and this is a lovely place with very good service but we did fancy a change, This was a big mistake,

Waited an hour to get our meal, if it wasn’t for the guy apologetic manner when he saw us waiting for our food we would’ve walked out. Meal was ok but expected better quality.

We where two friends went for afternoon tea The sandwiches where horrible and they didn’t have clothed cream and scones !!!! just give as some poor cake The Champagne was suppose to be floating they only come twice in 1:30 min that we where siting My worse afternoon tea Not worth it Sorry!!!

Visitamos este hotel anualmente y el hotel frente a personal es excelente y amable y nuestra habitación era fantástico como normal, sin embargo, nunca tendremos una comida en el restaurante nuevo. Se comenzó bien y nos dijeron que la comida tardará 30 minutos. 40 minutos más tarde me preguntó donde estaba la comida. Finalmente llegó mi plato de queso de mi marido y hamburguesa, patatas fritas y aros de cebolla, pero la comida no era amigos donde ser visto. En un anillo recogiendo cebolla estaba frío y así eran patatas fritas de mi marido. Llamamos a alguien más y me fui a ordenar estos elementos. Alguien se acercó y nos les dijo acerca de la comida fría y que la comida de nuestro amigo aún no llegamos. 1 bistec baguette y patatas fritas llegamos. . . . . Cálido y nos dijeron que el sándwich club habían bajado y estaban preparando otro. Mi marido había terminado su comida y vinieron a clara la mesa. Todavía estaba comiendo tan sólo les dijeron que tome mi comida inacabado así como por esta vez no tuve apetito. Un caballero vino a pedir disculpas y dice que le gustaría ordenar algo en la factura. Él quería el número de la habitación, que se negó a dar hasta que había visto lo que iba a cobrar. Esto no soluciona nada, así que le pregunté por el gerente. Una joven que venía surpervisor era arrogante, amenazando y tenía una forma de intimidación para él. Él me preguntó por qué no se quejaron de la comida. Le dijimos que teníamos dijeron 3 personas. Debido a su comportamiento más agresivo que me dejaran ver alguien. Finalmente el gerente de turno llegó y tuvimos que repetir todo de nuevo. Dijo que haría toda la factura de crédito. Nos explicó que todo había sido muy buena en abril cuando llegamos, pero ahora parecía que el servicio era tan malo como antes. Vinimos para salir en la mañana y lo que parecía ser alguien's Bar en nuestra habitación era bill. Este fue rápidamente corregido.

Cenamos aquí después de una visita al Executive Lounge - Menú es comida típica de Hilton Group, optamos por el pescado y las patatas fritas y hamburguesa que servían rápido, caliente y bien proporcionada.

As soon as we arrived to the entrance of the hotel by boat, we made our way to the restaurant. Soon afterwards we were given a choice of where to sit and the waitress (Camelia) introduced herself. After a minute or so, she came round and filled our glasses with Cava. Another 5 mins later, she came round again to ensure our dietary requirements. Once the food arrived, Camelia kept coming every so often to top our glasses up, which never became empty. Great service and will definitely come again.

Wide variety for buffet breakfast with all the English standards. Can get crowded when there are large groups at the hotel (the restaurant is at the Doubletree Dockyards).

My mum and I recently visited for a Buy a Gift voucher afternoon tea with bottomless prosecco. The food was great, especially the scones which were lovely! The prosecco was free flowing for the whole time we were there and our glasses did not get empty and we were very impressed with the quality of the prosecco. The service in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary ferry ride from Canary Wharf to the hotel was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the journey. Would definitely do this again as it was great value for money and a really lovely experience.

As title says this was my third visit to this restaurant and once again it came up trumps. Yet another very good dinner here. Strongly recommend a visit and the view of Canary Wharf lit up at night is magical.

Having had a number of recent hotel stays, I had become accustomed to expensive, low quality food in the evenings from any restaurant associated with the hotel so it was with trepidation that I entered the restaurant on the second night of my stay.Immediately made welcome by Elena and Christina, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of dishes and very pleased with the quality of the meal. Like the rest of the hotel, it was clear that the staff aim for perfection and they deliver. Although a "hotel restaurant", I would happily visit here for a meal if I was in the area.

The Columbia has stunning views over the Thames and a bespoke décor that is a pleasant and enjoyable experience. As birthday meals go this was by far one of my favourites. With fish being one of my more favoured dishes I was interested to see what was on offer. I decided upon a curried cod risotto with a lime emulsion. What I received was a culinary delight and something which Rick Stein would be pleased to serve himself. The table service was respectable and the waitress made herself available however left me and my partner to enjoy our meal. What the menu lacks in choice it makes up for in flavour! Although there isn't a large array of dishes, they do have a wide choice and cater for a variety of dietary requirements

The food was ok but nothing special...The staff was very attentive.The view on its own is worth the visit, one of the best in london,absolutely stunning!

Stayed at the hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant which has a nice vibe particularly as its attached to a decent bar. Plenty of choice for the palate and the purse with a 2 or 3 course set dinner or a la carte menu. The set dinner menu was fairly predictable but nevertheless the food tasted good. They cook in the restaurant which I love.

Ate here last night with a friend. Everything was wonderful, food, service, views. Would not hesitate to return. Loved it.

Lahm, handwerklich schlecht, zweimal nicht in der Lage ein Steak medium zu grillen, vergesslich etc, etc...Personal wird vor den Gästen zurechtgewiesen. Schade.

We ate at Columbia when staying at the Hilton Doubletree Docklands. Their Columbia restaurant offers gorgeous views over the river to Canary Wharf. The three course set choice menu was good and cost effective at 24 pounds. Food quite good perhaps slightly too salty. Service quick and pleasant.

Our Birthday party of 6 had a wonderful time on Saturday. Great views of the well lit Thames skyline from Docklands Hilton in Rotherhithe. Great service and best of all was the 3 course menu. We were all surprised how good the food was, especially the rib eye steaks, and the spicy chicken. The Birthday boy's fish and chips was the best he has tried in a long while. The staff surprised him with a birthday dessert and candles, and the other diners joined in to wish him Happy Birthday. Our waiter could not have been more friendly and we will definitely return. Great atmosphere. So pleased this is an hotel restaurant worth visiting as many we have tried do not make enough effort with their food.

Had drinks, snacks and evening meal here, good food, good service. Food was very good quality, good choices on menu, lovely atmosphere in restaurant, went with friends, lovely place to eat, drink and relax with friends, would recommend

Ate here last night on the two courses for £19 with a glass of wine. I had the squid and chorizo which was good but maybe a little rubbery, my partner had the soup which was nice. I opted for the burger which was a little over cooked for my liking but taste wise was great, my partner had the mushroom ravioli which looked amazing. She said it was really good, I had the house red wine and she had a cider which wasn't in the deal. So I had her wine but when we left and signed for the bill I Had been charged £9 for the wine but not the cider on reflection I'm sure the cider would have been cheaper. Overall a good meal and for London the price was very good. We are staying at the hotel next door (Hilton) which is very nice, we have one more night here so we might go again. Service was good but not excellent. Overall no major faults.

Visited with family and I have to say it was the worst afternoon tea I have ever had which didn't actually include tea! Service was also very poor, would not recommend.

Did you ever spend the night at a restaurant looking for the staff. Tonight was that night and it was very uncomfortable. We told the manager and she thanked us for the feedback. A big part of the restaurant experience is feeling welcomed and catered to. We will not return to this restaurant even though our company does business at the hotel. We recommend that you re-train the staff and management so that your consumers have a better experience. Very disappointing!
