Came here with a few friends on a Friday because of this pub’s convenient location in Fulham Broadway station. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by rude staff who made comments such as “tap your card then” and “what do want”. I wasn’t too offended by this behaviour but it obviously wasn’t pleasant.

This place is great. Cocktails are really reasonably priced (£6 each if you download the app) atmosphere is good and small plates are great for sharing. Will definitely be back.

Very slow and inattentive service, especially when place was nearly empty. Food good nothing out of the ordinary but also add a 15% service charge which is ridiculous considering the service we were given.

Staff was unfriendly and messed up our food order. Except the main waiter guy who was very polite and looked after us when we arrived. Food was delayed by 50mins-1 hour, and food orders were totally messed up! People at our table who arrived 15 mins ago, got their food delivered to the table, while we arrived 1 hour before that, and got our food last at the table! Food was tasteless, had no spice on the roast chicken. Our pre-paid deposit was not deducted from our bill, as promised and we had to chase it for 1 week every day after we left the restaurant, when eventually they returned it. Ordered a mocktail, but it came out with alcohol. They told me that I would get 2for1 as per their 'sale' before I ordered my drink, but after it came out, was only 1 drink and they said it's not included in the sale. The music was so loud that we could not hear the people sitting across from us at the same table, which was really disappointing. We had pre-paid a deposit of £20 which they said would be deducted from our bill. The waitress at the till has claimed it's been deducted already from our bill. It wasn't! They asked us to make full payment and kept our "refundable" deposit on top! Told us they will arrange with their Head Office to process a refund back to us. We have chased them for 1 week after we left calling nearly every day, being told different things all the time, the money did not come still! In our frustration we threatened to contact their Head Office for their lack of assistance, which resulted in getting the refund within 24 hours! I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail, came with alcohol. They replaced it, thankfully.

Always enjoy a wrap for lunch. My first visit to this chain. Decent enough Indian wrap. Fairly quick service. Nice to have it freshly prepared. Ok if you want something filling to eat on the go.

We had a birthday party for our son (4y.o) It is amazing place, all kids had such a great time. Thank you so much to the stuff of jelly lounge who organised and lead the perfect birthday.

Four of us ate here on a Sunday evening on the advice of Trip Advisor. The staff were very good and the food was good too. Would recommend this place if staying in Buckie.

Fui aquí alrededor de las 11 de la noche un viernes por la noche y casi me di la vuelta y me fui de inmediato porque estaba muy muerto, pero el bar de arriba estaba muy bien hecho y me sentí como un bar de cócteles de lujo que pensé que me quedaría en Al menos un trago. El personal era agradable, así que no hay problemas y las bebidas son de 9 a 12 (a menos que tengas un grupo y quieras hacer uno de sus 90 cócteles compartidos). No obstante, probó el Slone Square Sling y, aunque la descripción sonaba bien, sentí que estaba bebiendo azúcar puro y jugo con muy poco alcohol. Después de mi bebida, fui al área del "club" de abajo y también estaba muerta. El sistema de sonido era bastante bueno y el DJ estaba tocando ritmos house decentes, pero el techo bajo me hizo sentir claustrofóbico, así que me salí. Tal vez solo fui a una noche libre, pero le doy 3 estrellas porque como estaba más interesado en el lado del cóctel artesanal y ahí es donde me decepcionó muchísimo. No me molesté en tomar fotos, ya que las publicadas son una representación precisa del lugar, por lo que no sentí que fuera necesario. I often come here with a friend of mine and the staff know us and ask about how we are doing. I love the variety of meats and oh boy the quantities!

Not enough food for the money, burns night with only a haggis fritter, no neeps and tatties. Address the haggis needs more work!

Me sentí muy seguro comiendo en este restaurante: mesas socialmente distanciadas, muy poco contacto con el personal, pedido en línea, sin opciones de autoservicio. La comida era deliciosa y se servía muy rápido. Solo le di 4 estrellas ya que pedí espinacas y cebollas rojas en mi pizza. La cocina se había quedado sin espinacas, con lo cual no tuve ningún problema, pero mi pizza llegó sin cebollas y tenía maíz dulce y pimientos que no había pedido. Estaba delicioso, pero no era lo que había pedido en absoluto.

Acabo de tomar otro coco encantador tarde en Kanteen. Hacen el MEJOR coco tarde en cualquier lugar! El servicio allí siempre es realmente grande. Es amable y atento. Lumi es particularmente encantador. Ella siempre proporciona un saludo cálido y amable y es súper eficiente.

Had a great Bondi Brekkie here with a group of friends, but when I came to pay I was told 12.5% would be added as I was dining in; well, who would ever take out a full English? They should price meals intended for dining in appropriately, which allows the diner to reward good service accordingly. The menu should also make reference to this standard charge. Plus, who would ever pay £5.50 for a bottle of beer, and then pay 12.5% on top?
