Oyster Rooms in Hammersmith and Fulham

Came here with a few friends on a Friday because of this pub’s convenient location in Fulham Broadway station. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by rude staff who made comments such as “tap your card then” and “what do want”. I wasn’t too offended by this behaviour but it obviously wasn’t pleasant.

We all really enjoyed ourselves at our local Spoons The Oyster Bar Lloyds in Fulham. We were celebrating my deceased brothers birthday. The staff went out of their way to look after us. We use this place as our local and beats others in the area for quality of food , service and exceptional prices. Big Thank you to them all. Highly Recommend.

Really grim, even by Wetherspoon standards. Kept waiting almost an hour, got given wrong meal and the assistant tried to blame me for her mistake. Meanwhile the groups of men in the corners get louder, potentially more violent and abusive and drunk while the bar staff do nothing. Never going back again.

Visited twice on Bank Holiday weekend. While you know what to expect from a Wetherspoons (and the food was exactly that - value for money), the pub itself is scrupulously clean and staff were friendly and courteous. A mistake was made with my glass of wine yesterday and they rectified it with no issue at all and profuse apologies - I couldn't ask for more! Overall, great value for money, clean and welcoming - which is why we visited twice!

Went in on an early Saturday morning breakfast! Food was disgusting! I had the eggs benedict it was stone cold, sent it back, waited a further age for next one to arrive to still be stone cold!

Went here for breakfast before a day out sightseeing in London… will not be going back! Ordered breakfast muffins which a hash brown each. They came out with a hash brown missing and no cutlery. We went to bar to point out the missing hash brown and requested some cutlery (being covid we’d rather eat with cutlery than our hands). The member of bar staff was dismissive and quite rude about this request. We then waited over 10 minutes and no cutlery or hash brown had been brought over to us. All the while tables around were being served food with cutlery. I had to ask a different random member of staff passing by. Then eventually cutlery was brought to us albeit our food was now like warm at best. Then finally a hash brown was brought to me that I couldn’t enjoy with my actual meal cus I’d eaten it as quick as I could to avoid it going completely cold. Poor experience and would definitely not go there again. Overall a total sausage fest with shocking service.

Popped into here unaware this place existed as i went to the cinema. I had a quick pint before the film and afterwards decided to have the Mixed Grill which at £9.45 which including a drink of your choosing, was good value bearing in mind you are in London, especially Fulham. When i first went in i had to beckon down the one member of staff that seemed to be serving an ask for a pint, there wasn't many people in there as it had not been open for long. I ordered a Bud Light (£2.39), which when it came was flat, which i found strange as it was only just after 12pm. So i changed it for a pint of Magners. I left and went back a few hours later where i had a Mixed Grill and a pint of Kronenbourg 1664. It took a while to order, i sat at the table next to the kitchen in the hope i would get served but to no avail. Again, i had to beckon a member of staff down to take my order. I specifically stated that i did not want Tomato, Mushroom and Peas with my Mixed Grill as this is what it comes with, when my plate arrived it came with a Mushroom and Peas on it, so i sent it back. As it was Mixed Grill, it should of came with a Steak knife, but it didn't, i just got a standard knife. Also the staff never even asked if i wanted any condiments/sauces with it, which is unusual as i have eaten in many pubs/restaurants in my lifetime an this is something which is normally asked. It was nice, an so too was the lager. The only thumbs down about it, is the staff - they need to be more alert and listen to their customers.

A group of students all gathered together, around 20. Indoors, drunk as thieves and causing mayhem. I approached them as I was so angry at how they were flounting the rules and being so awful. I shouldn't have I know but with the new restrictions and covid-19 rising again I had to. I was hurled abuse at and yet the staff did nothing. Even seemed to imply I should leave with my one friend who is my support bubble. They were scared to confront the kids and we spoke with one of the staff and he said he couldn't do anything and he was as angry as me but they had no senior staff on. The poor lad was over worked and unsupported. Please sort this out wetherspoons. Your staff need more support and you have to support those who are trying to get through this hell and complying with the rules. Not letting groups of drunk students wreak havoc and be so appalling in their behaviour. We are all in this together so please support what we all have to do. I was left shaken and upset. I left. The group stayed.

I am usually a big fan of Wetherspoons pubs, many of which are actually surprisingly nice and cozy. Some, like the Crosse Keys, are in spectacular buildings. This Spoons feels uninspired and not very welcoming. It does the job if you want to get a pint in before going somewhere else but I would never go there to catch up with friends.

Tried a couple of times this wetherspoon and honestly I wasn't well impressed, table service a bit slow & tables not so clean. The quality of the food is always the some-one, something is really good and the rest could like u or not. Eaten here a couple of times here choosing a Rainbow quinoa salad, Jacket potato with baked beans, drink a coffee with free refill, a pint of Thatchers Gold and half-pint of a Strongbow dark fruit.

I've been leaving in the area for +then 15yrs, I've tried this place, but Absolutely nothing has improved, just worthy every time I came back,Still Appalling Services+Awfully cold breakfast, burned bacon+everything unbearable cold! ,never find this place/toilets clean, really depressed! The only good thing is only location, dirty glasses, warm bottles of beers! Awful! Avoid this place, went yesterday!

Upon arrival nearly every table had not been cleared ,half the bar had dirty glasses mounting up and the serving hatch was piled high they just couldn’t keep up with it , I cleared my own table and offered on the app to save talking to a strange bar girl who looked like a tattoo freak show . I wait I wait no drinks , so I have to go que up and ask , no apology just a very dirty experience sort your house out!!!

I regularly come here to be honest, most days I find myself in the dark abyss we call “weatherspoons”. I don’t come here for the extravagant decor but more for the older ladies and good priced bitter. My only complaint would be the strange looking bar staff, that if anything look like they’ve just come of their other shift at the freak show...I was asked to leave the other day for being rude..when the only offensive thing I saw in that situation was the young chaps yellow teeth and burger breath.

Had curries and beer last night. The service and food was fine. Not too long a queue at the bar, and the food came quickly. Bit dark down the far end where we were though. Glad of the free wifi as some scrote had nicked my credit card on the tube on the way there, so was able to find card company phone number on Google and report it.

Pedí en el bar cubiertos y me dijeron "está en la cocina". ¡Esto no fue útil ya que no se me permite entrar a la cocina! Finalmente veo a un miembro del personal junto a la cocina y pedí un cuchillo y un tenedor. Me consiguió un tenedor. Tuve que pedir una segunda vez el cuchillo y una tercera vez una servilleta. Fue una farsa.Había algunos cubitos grandes de hielo en el piso de la pasarela principal hacia el pub, uno de los camareros se deslizó un pedazo, lo miró y se alejó. Claramente no les molestaba que alguien pudiera tener un accidente.La gracia salvadora fue la comida. Fue bueno y de un tamaño decente. Es una pena que el personal haya decepcionado tanto al lugar.

Al ir a ver amigos a Putney, el autobús pasa por Fulham Broadway, y junto al Vue Cinema en el centro, un pasajero del autobús puede ver claramente The Oyster Rooms al lado, que es un enorme Wetherspoons situado en el centro. Ahora hemos estado allí dos o tres veces. Como la mayoría de los pubs en las cadenas de Wetherspoons, el Oyster Rooms es muy grande y relativamente económico con un servicio lento, pero el resultado final es el precio. . . ¡barato!

Great atmosphere. Perfect place to meet with friends for cheap pint and quick bite. Very friendly staff although they look very confuse when to many customers waiting on the bar.

Me gusta la ubicación, en el centro comercial Fulham Broadway, útil para tomar una copa o picar algo antes del cine, sin embargo, lo he intentado muchas veces, ¡y nada cambia ni mejora! Extremadamente frustrante. . Además, la atmósfera / energía es muy baja / deprimente, ¡definitivamente no recomendaría este pub! ! El desayuno es caro, como nunca lo había visto antes, considerando que es un pub de weatherspoons.

Ordered via app, food ok ish and came on time, had to find manager to get drinks brought to table -20 minutes after order placed !!! It wasn’t busy.Bar staff badly trained and not organised.

Good quality beers at a decent price. However massively let down by poorly trained staff who lack the ability to work in a busy bar with many people including myself been left 10 plus minutes to be served

Went there for breakfast and the bar person got my order wrong and I had ordered way too much breakfast for my self and my wife so in essence when I ask for 2 extra bacon, Black puddings etc i did not mean to have 2 extra portions of each but two slices of each... I did eat it just as it was great.

Considering how expensive restaurants are on London, this place suited me just fine. Order at the bar casual and they bring to the table. My fish and chips were delicious and filled my appetite. One can do very much worse at astronomically priced restaurants in London. Not a place for anniversary or marriage proposals, but if filling your stomach is the priority go here and select from a mind boggling choice of beer.

Can't stand rude people. Everyone has had spillage and other things happen to them whilst out. The people you are so rudely talking about are guaranteed a hell of a lot nicer than you will ever be. If you was as rude there as you have been on here I would not of wanted to help you either when the accident happened.

Disgusting pub, with terrible bar service. The bar staff look as though they clearly couldn’t give a sh*t, nor do they realise who is actually waiting to be served. With 2-3 people waiting for a drink and 4 staff serving. Hilarious.

Soy un gran fan de Wetherspoons y porque ceno solo por trabajo la mayor parte del tiempo necesito usar la aplicación cuando ordeno. ¿Este pub no parece permitirte pedir vino por copa? No estoy seguro de por qué, tal vez puedan responder para dejarme saber.

Been here a couple of times now and although the food isn't spectacular, what you get is well cooked and very nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming and having the table service app helps as well.

This Wetherspoons offers standard pub chain fayre. With JDW you will get crappy ‘ping & ding’ food but a good selection of beers. This place is ideal if all you want is a quick drink before a home Chelsea game at Stamford Bridge. You’ll need to show your home supporters match ticket to get in and you will be met with an understaffed bar so you could wait ten minutes for a bevvie. The place is badly laid out, dark, grubby and feels pretty filthy. Thankfully the beer was well kept but sadly served in plastic glasses on match days.

Reasonable pub, reasonably priced. Bit of a wait for food and the atmosphere is slightly lacking. Still, good beer and it's close to the cinema.

I have been in The Oyster Rooms many times and so far it’s my favourite pub in London. Verry good food, lots of types of beer and staff is just lovely and super friendly.

Spot on Spoons. After visiting Brompton Cemetery and a days walking/writing/creating I headed for the nearest Wetherspoons and was not let down.

OK it's a Spoonies but given the price levels in the surrounding area it's a bit of an oasis if you want to eat and drink. Ordered 2 steaks with drinks and got 2 complimentary drinks as the food took longer than they thought it should have - we hadn't complained or queried this so it was their initiative. Food is good for the price.

stayed in fulham overnight and came here for tea .It was as expected from this chain service was fast and efficient. the food was comparable in standard and price to other spoons pubs outside the great metropolis.we even had breakfast hear before journeying home and what a breakfast half the price twice the amount of food as at the train station in Manchester and finally where in london can you get cask ale at £2;35.helped to make a great visit

I came here with some friends and I was absolutely appalled at how messy this place was. Loads of empty glasses everywhere and tables are absolutely filthy. I wouldn't mind if they were really short staffed but that is not the case. They only seem to be interested in serving drinks. The toilets are appalling as well. I was given a whiskey as they had no more clean wine glasses left. What a joke lol.

I just went in for a drink, which was OK, service was a little slow. The menu was typical of a chain pub, so I did not eat.

I was invited to join a 74th Birthday party early evening on the 22nd feb I had an issue with a dirty wine glass which the barman reluctantly changed , after our meal I decided to get a round of drinks for our party unfortunately I encountered the same barman, he decided to pass me over iin favour of others how came to the bar after me ,I picked him up on this , the two ladies in question were happy for me to be served as it was obvious I had been there before them , the bar man proceeded to prepare my drinks order ,after preparing two drinks he said that he didn't want to serve me, but would not give an explanation the manager was called he sided with his barman and also wouldn't give an explanation , I went to our table to explain to our party what had happened, A member of our party came to the bar and was also told that we would not be served but still no explanation on continued request for an explanation we were told to leave his bar or he would call the police.

We were staying in a hotel down the road for a short holiday and to watch a game at Stamford Bridge. We thought we would pop in here, as being a Wetherspoons, was a familar place to plan our day ahead. Every table was dirty, i.e glasses and plates covered. We were served by a guy who greeted us with an eye roll and a "yes" and even commented to a colleague "I'm so f.....ing hangover"

Certainly not the best spoons I've been to.Arrived at 1pm a bit early in the day to have no toilet paper in either cubicle.Next I ordered a tandoori chicken wrap,chicken was very hard and tough.Then there was the prices, £4.05 for a pint of Thatchers gold,15 minutes up the road in the Central Bar (another spoons) Sheperds Bush £2.75.Wont be returning

I stop by for a beer, and a quick meal, its a good place. i like the service, and i had a great time there.

Match day ( football ) food and drink .The selection of beers on offer was good the quality of the food was acceptable , for a Wetherspoons that is ,but the forty five minute wait for food, even after two prompts was unacceptable , However in their defense I think the football match at Stamford Bridge caught them unaware, the fixtures didn't come out until at least June.

Mi familia y yo fuimos para un fin de semana para mis hermanos 18. Nos gustaría hacer el juego de Chelsea y luego fueron reuniones familiares en la noche aquí. El director me dijo "tengo la ID de alumno, no significa que estoy de 18" bien por qué están trabajando en un bar luego pal? ? ? Por lo que incluso conmigo, mi padre, mi tío y mi madre diciéndole que él era 18, él era todavía dijeron que no. Fui más de media hora más tarde y le preguntamos a un bouncer si era el gerente que había hablado y me dijeron "necesito saber por qué usted necesita saber", así que pregunté si estarían dispuestos a aceptar una llamada de video en vivo de mi compañero mostrando mi pasaporte hermanos. Ordenar sus políticas con su personal y parada viniendo con tales excusas malísimo. Habíamos viajado desde Manchester para este y el personal de este bar lo arruinó totalmente.

La zona reservada en la parte trasera para un grupo de 20 para el almuerzo. Era espaciosa y luminosa, con cómodos sofás y mesas y sillas. Había un ambiente relajado y el personal encantador. Atento, pero no entrometido. Excelente relación calidad-precio, especialmente para la ubicación....

Fuimos para el desayuno, muy bueno y a bajo precio, justo lo que quería antes de viajar a Wembley para NFL. Parece un típico Wetherspoons, que arriba dentro de un centro comercial, así que un poco difícil de encontrar.

Identity crisis. Not a pub or a restaurant. The tables were not cleaned...nor someone around to clean them. We did it ourselves. Maybe that is why the prices are reasonable, but the food described as 'OK' at best. A little bit of 'extra' attention by owners and staff could make this place a jewel.

Cheap food and drink: £25.03 for a bottle of Hardy's Shiraz, pie with chips and peas and gammon, eggs and peas.

Met a couple of London mates here last night, loved it! It's a Wetherspoons pub, bar staff were friendly, drinks not over priced and basic food that suited us fine!! Had a great experience here!

Cheap meals. Good enough quality and place is fine. Gets busy and noisy.The area at the back is newer and more light.Staff service is as expected

Fantastic location if you wanna grab something fast on the go as it is right next to the tube station. The staff is usually very friendly and the food is very good considering what you pay. The only downer is the atmosphere, which can be a bit melancholy at times.

We are regular visitors at the oyster Rooms,often coming to Tuesday Steak nights & Thursday Curry club.Tonight was a disasteress experience,we ordered our steak meal but when it arrived the jacket Potato was still frozen,we alerted a member of staff who promptly took it away,apologising.We waited another 10-15minutes for our meal to be replaced to find that the rest of the meal had obviously been left sitting while they cooked the potato,and was now cold & the steak unedible. We told the staff member but he only apologised again and walked away.We didn't feel we could eat it so went to ask for our meals to be replaced,apologising.We they were short staffed I waited 10 more minutes to get served and when we finally got our replacement meals,which was as it should have been first time,we had to rush it as we were going to the cinema and we were only left with 15 minutes to eat.The staff are generally very efficient and polite but clearly they were under pressure tonight,I just hope this was a one of and that this isn't a decline in standards in the kitchen as well as front of house.

Weatherspoon pubs anywhere are the same....Atmosphere is okay, no music etc..but was lively enough & people seemed friendly.Went for a pulled chicken burger, wasnt the greatest or the worse i have ever had but was good enough.Great price & did what i needed it to do.....if you want a posh dinner then dont go here but good solid grub ...perfect

We had some breakfast a drink prior our stadium tour what was great, for a massive bar needs more staff even at 9am. It took ages for the staff to collect the old plates, what is not acceptable as they were walking past. Staff at the bad not interested!! I'm a Chelsea membership holder and am starting too think to go elsewhere before games. What has changed?

Yes it's a football match day but seriously the staff behind the bar need to cheer up !! So bloody rude and it's only 11am, I certainly won't come here again in a hurry

Enjoyed an early lunch at the Oyster Rooms Fulham Broadway location. After a bit of confusion not knowing we needed to order food at the bar (our own fault), we enjoyed sandwiches for lunch with a few drinks. The food was delicious, very appropriately and decently priced. We were very happy with both the service as well as the quality of the mixed drinks from the bar. I would return to this location or chain again.

Reasonably priced food that is okay in the usual wetherspoon style. This one however lacked sufficient lighting so it felt oppressive.

Went here before the Chelsea Match. Had a couple of pints and lunch. Decided on Southern Fried Strip, Chips and Coleslaw... very nice. Barmaid got our drinks wrong on both rounds. Really busy, as you would expect on match day. Returned for a quick pint after the match. The worst Wetherspoons that I have ever been to. Our table wasn't cleared of empty plates or glasses for over 2 hours after dinner and since there was a group of seven of us we near ran out of table space for drinks. When buying my meal, the bartender charged me the price of a beer included with it but didn't pour me a beer or even mention that it came with one until I asked him a few minutes later if it came with a drink and so only then he poured me a beer after I noticed I had been charged too much on my receipt. Later in the night my mate orders a meal which includes a free alcoholic drink in the price and the same guy did the exact same thing and just about let my mate walk off as well without pouring a drink that he paid for as part of the deal until my mate realised just before leaving the bar.The bartender who served me was constantly grumbling and cursing at the other bar staff while serving me as well as making comments like " This place is a joke" and muttering that the other bar staff are "a bunch of idiots".Extremely unprofessional from one certain member of the staff who I can imagine that I am not the first to complain about.At the end of the night when my plate was finally collected by a different member of staff he asked us how our meals were and I said "Good apart from my burger patties were well overcooked (to the consistency of what resembled very dry charcoal biscuits). He just laughed and walked off.. Uh I wasn't joking. Why ask how the meal was if your just going to laugh at my response and walk off? Never had that before in my life. Wow..Some serious issues that need to be rectified in the manner of customer service at this pub and until they are sorted then this place will continue to have a number of issues and many other unhappy customers.

Where do you start...I've been to many Wetherspoon's and this is the worst...No please or thanks when I ordered my drinks or " So called Empire State burger " which was more like " Empire SQUASHED burger "...The guy at the bar didn't even know what it was so I had to point it out on the menu..I also waited at least twenty minutes for my table to be cleared after my " So called meal " .( Please train your staff on new menus)...There were customers in there that you could tell were on drugs as they were in n out of the toilets every ten minutes and they were still being served !!!....Won't be back here as the customer service is crap...

A few friends and I were staying in the area for football, it is a decent Spoons, a little over priced but it is very close to Stamford Bridge so you have to expect to pay a little more, very pleasant bar staff and nice and clean in there too.

Popped in for a Thursday night curry deal. Served very quickly at the bar and with the food. Had chicken balti, rice, naan bread and poppadoms with a pint for £6.99. Food was excellent and fantastic value in an atmospheric bar. Would recommend to others if in the area.

We had an english breakfast that was ok, fish & chips was good as usual. The problem was that the people around was so weird. It might be because it's inside a train station. But we felt really uncomfortable.

Oyster Rooms, This is a Wetherspoon pub and unlike the name, it has nothing to do with oysters. It is however, a pretty decent place for food and a very affordable price. We had lamb shank & shiraz for £9.99 and a Doombar pie and pint for £8.64. Both mains were quite good.Atmosphere is a little boxy. Still, service, price and quality gets this a 4 star (dot, whatever).

Good place to go for a pint after a match. They ask for a ticket stub so it is not terribly crowded. Once you are done, the tube is available, which is nice.

Prior to going for a meal popped into Oyster rooms "Weatherspoon" great local popular bar , all the normal frills and VFM food and drink menus .You would have got 5 stars ✨ but "i wont be the 1st or last to say" ur internet is very poor , slow slow slow im sure with all ur profits Mr Weatherspoon can update / improve on ur internet.You are bringing the people in so improve on ur internet Just a thought

A customer feels that he is treated with contempt when there are only two servingand twenty people waiting ..then they serve the nearest person to them! and are very very slow ,I give up 50% of the time ,then the beer is only good 50% of the time.Hit and miss with the food, excellent to poor.

We had breakfast here . As a Wetherspoons pub you certainly get great value. The Oyster Rooms is over the entrance to Fulham Broadway tube station and amongst other restaurants and shops. There is a separate menu for breakfast which is quite small. The cooked breakfast is plentiful hot and tasty. Prices are great. There is plenty of room to sit and eat and drink. A decent selection of alcohol ales etc.

It's a typical pub, with average pub food. You can get some very cheap drinks from here but's not somewhere to take someone on a first date if you want to impress them ;)

We have been in many wetherspoons since we move to London in 2013. We used to like it a lot. Good food, good prices... They now removed loads of stuff from the menu making it cheaper for them. As a result bad quality of food at the same price. Lately we were going just for a burger for my boyfriend and the steak for me. Today my medium rare steak was so chewy! I tried hard not to complain, but then i tought, how old that steak was? How many of them are they trying to sell? I spoke with the waiter which assured me i'd get a new one (which i barely wanted), and he came back with my half chewed piece of meat saying I had too much of it (the plate was full) and I couldn't get another one (which I didn't even ask for). Worst kind of dinner I ever had. 20£ of rotten stuff.Never ever again

The Oyster room was a great find as we walked to the tube station. The breakfast was quite fair and very tasty too. Good option for a drink in the area

This place is great if not for the fact that it behaves like 'The Town that Dreaded Sundown' when Chelsea are playing at home. Due to its locale, this is the case: all bars and restaurants have a particular 'match menu' and some put signs on the doors saying 'only home supporters.' However normal life resumes sometime thereafter, and becomes again, a great place with a lot of room and a great view over the tube.

Very good homely breakfast good servings, friendly staff but do your own ordering Etc quality of food good for the price. Reasonable breakfast.

Been coming here for years as I'm a local Fulham girl .. I have always waited ages to be served, and I put up with it and wait patiently .. Today I ordered our food and kindly asked if our table could be cleared and wiped down I waited and waited but no one came so yes bit disappointed, however as its my local I will be going back

My wife and I ate here (dinner and breakfast) on a weekend break in London as we were staying in a hotel close to Chelsea FC. The Oyster Rooms is located on the first floor of a shopping area adjacent to Fulham Broadway tube station so access is easy.The pub is long and thin in shape but can cater for loads of people so we had no problems finding a table on both visits. I would imagine the place is heaving on a Chelsea home match day though.Food and drink are excellent value (especially for London) and we found they also had daily specials, so for example on the Saturday (when there are no themed meal deals) they had a number of curries all at just £4.99. The food was good, albeit the breakfast was not piping hot and I suspect some of the breakfast items are kept warm so they can serve them quickly. Nonetheless it is great value and I would happily recommend for dining on a budget in London. Great ale and ciders too.

Wetherspoon can always be relied on to serve up a decent meal at a decent price, and they didn't disappoint me this time either.

Yesterday evening, 2nd of July 2016 I visited the pub in occasion of the match Germany'Italy. I arrived there around 21.45, as soon I finished my shift in the Pret a Manger downstairs, around the 80th minute of the match. Many chairs were already taken, so I politely asked to two customers if i could take one from their table. The first man seemed to be fine with that, the second, the one who I sat next to, instead asked me where my drink was. I said to him that I was gonna order one soon, after the 90th minute (plus extra time). He kept saying that I couldnt sit without ordering a drink and that if I wanted to watch a match for free I should have go home. I repeated to him "Sir, I said I'm gonna buy a drink, just not now, it's the crucial part of the match (which is the main reason why I came here seconds after finishing work) and I don't wanna miss a second of it". He also said something about taxes and how according to his beliefs I was basically watching the match as freeloader, paid by him O_O.I was appalled. Since the discussion kept going on, and our tone of voices started getting louder,a person in charge (I would say he was the manager, but I'm not sure) approached us asking what the problem was. I briefly explained to him what the discussion was about, and him (SHOCKINGLY) sided with the old man, saying that if I wasn't going to order anything then he was left with no choice but walk me to the door. At that moment I felt really outraged, considering the number of times that I said that I will place an order, but it would have been after the 90th minute of the match (again, when I came it was the 80th, so it would have been in 10 minutes). I handed my wallet to the manager saying "If you don't trust me that I'm gonna place an order, you can keep it in custody until I come to the bar, but right now all I want to do is watch this match".After this he walked away (he didn't take my wallet in the end). As for me, i would have happily left the pub, but it was now a matter of principle. After the first regular 90 minutes of the match I went to the bar, I spoke again with the manager explaining that I was shocked by the lack of empathy showed, and I've been told that he sided with the old man because "He's a regular", while he never saw me before. GREAT. So be aware future customer of Oyster Rooms: if you don't place a random order as soon as you pop into this place, you might be annoyed, pissed off, insulted by regulars, and on top of that humiliated by the staff that will say that all this is perfectly fine, because they are regulars, and you are just new faces. Maybe you wanna think a little bit about what to order, maybe you need to use the toilet first, but NO, you better place an order straight away, so you'll became a paying customer and you'll get the right to act like a jerk without the chance to be told off. I've been offered a free drink to compensate for the trouble, which I refused because I gave my word that i was gonna BUY something in the gap between regular and extra time, I slammed my receipt on the table of Steve (that's the name of the regular jerk) hoping that he would feel better and I watched the match until the end, even though I wasn't interested in it at all anymore. I was an I'm still furious, and for sure I'm never gonna step into this place anymore, at least not until staff and regulars learn manners and the meaning of the word EMPATHY.Regards, Matteo OUTRAGED Sperati.

Well I've been coming here for about four years ever since I started working at the stadium down the road and I've always enjoyed going in there. Great prices and what I've found out recently is the food is very nice! Definitely recommend popping in after a days work, having a drink and a meal. Peak times the wait can be very long though and there are a few bartenders who serve who they want first and then come to you. So pick your times, I say!

There are many members of staff who completely ruin this pub. I go to the university "BIMM LONDON" around the corner so I have experienced their disgraceful hospitality and student bullying nature on countless occasions. An Irish bartender who works there openly uses explicit, vulgar language behind the bar regardless if children are around nor does he have any respect for his patient customers as he insults them openly without hesitation. He also stares at us like we're pests, which is not the customer service I should ever have to put up with. By this I mean, he will dramatically slouch if you approach him at his end of the bar and not only this but he greets you with a hateful "what do you want" that is normally followed by a childish and frankly pathetic taunt whispered under his breath directed towards you. This man has genuinely put me off buying drinks, food and has also ruined a couple nights for me. On the other hand, there are a couple of lovely members of staff who I call my friends and enjoy their company and their high quality customers service.An example of their high level customer service is only & always provide by their employee "Harris" and the general manager who I can only describe as having dark skin. They're both lovely gents who genuinely care about their customers and are the only member of staff who check if everyone is enjoying their food after they serve them.For the oyster rooms to improve:. They need more staff like Harris.. They need to eradicate their employees disgusting attitude or their disgusting employees all together.

This place is located in Fulham broadway tube station shopping centre and is right next to Chelsea FC. The beer and food is decent, at really good prices compared to a lot of other places in the area. The staff are reasonably friendly and the atmosphere is good. It does get really busy on match days but apart from that I have always managed to find a seat.

Popped in for a drink on early an early Saturday evening, pub is located next to Fulham Broadway underground and bus stop is right outside. Pub is spacious and didn't have any bother getting a table. Staff were friendly and drinks excellent value. Would highly recommend visiting this pub.

Wetherspoons are always great value, so whilst in the Chelsea area we thought we would try this one. A little worried we were pleasantly surprised that even at 5:30 on a Friday evening we had no trouble finding a table, this is a fairly a big Wetherspoons set on the first floor of Fulham Broadway. The food was normal Wetherspoons fayre, no complaints and at £13.50 for a fish dinner a pint of real ale for two in London, it can't be beaten.

We visited on two consecutive evenings whilst staying in Fulham and had great food and great service both times. Not only were the 3 children with us well catered for in terms of their tastes but also their boredom threshold. Us four adults also thoroughly enjoyed it too. Eating out when you are away from home with so many mouths to accommodate can be a tall order but I feel, the Oyster Rooms was the perfect solution!I would highly recommend.

Cibo molto buono, a prezzi modici sopratutto quando ci sono offerte. Unica pecca il cameriere poco simpatico che fa finta di non capire quello che dici, nonostante dalla faccia si veda che capisce tutto!

We stayed at the Millenium Hotel, Chelsea FC and we found this bar a couple of visits ago. We had a lovely breakfast in here as well as the coffee and carrot cake deal and

The food is nice and includes a breakfast menus as well as serving dinner until late. It is also very cheap for both food and drinks with excellent deals each day. The table, seating areas and toilets are all very clean and well maintained. There is comfortable seating with either sofas, bar tables or dining tables on offer and the staff are all very friendly.
