Busy Saturday Brunch in upstairs room We stopped downstairs in the bar Loved the sharing platter as a starter, chicken, fish, haggis and brie. Chicken and leek pie for me, sea bream for Mrs C. Staff remembered us after we visited their previous premises in Selkirk which was great..Already booked for another visit.

Lovely Turkish restaurant at the heart of Dundee. Cosy and lovely, kind staff. Great food. Portion size is big, but staff happy to provide boxes to take away. Great experience. Cash only.

5 / 5 for service and food Had 2 macaroni and cheese with chips and very reasonable price too. Less than a £5. Only issue was so much cheese it was just too much for my daughter..

Fantástica adición a la escena gastronómica Dundee, no he estado en este lugar desde que fue The Playright hace yonks. 4 de nosotros fuimos después del partido de rugby en Murrayfield, con mucha hambre, encontramos toda la experiencia 1 clase de calle. Saludo cálido y amable, gran servicio continuó toda la noche. Todos teníamos los pasteles de pescado Arbroath Smokie y un filete cada uno con un montón de lados para compartir. Lavada con una botella muy bonita de tinto a un precio razonable y un poco de limoncello post pienso, todo no podría haber sido mejor. Muy recomendable para filete - amantes, la costilla - ojo era sensacional y los cauli de trufa / Stornoway - negro - pudín relleno de champiñones lados eran tremendos. Definitivamente volveré.

Jahangir Tandoori was recommended to myself and a colleague while we were working in the area so we thought we would give it a try & what a recommendation it was. Big portions of tasty food & the naan bread almost needs its own table it's that big. The restaurant interior is beautiful and the staff were lovely ❤️

I would say ok to slightly disappointing. The concept is cool and the cuisine overall good. service is average and no attention to details overall. The breakfast lacks diversity and innovation and key items where non available repetitively. Can certainly work wonderfully if a bit of attention was brought onto the service and concept activation.

Great friendly pub and not too pricey

AVOID parking in the car park of this pub or in the Adjacent Premier Inn car park which The Bell Tree - Greene King Pub & Grill own. Several large concrete blocks (pictured) were carefully and thoughtfully left in the parking space that I couldn’t see when manoeuvring into, causing significant damage to my car. I went to speak to the bar staff and was met with ‘well, you drove into it’ (never made that customer service seminar did you chief?) and reminded of the signs in the car park cowardly and complicity denying any responsibility for damage. I wish I had a sign like that so I could go around murdering people and saying ‘well, you fell on the knife….’ Or maybe there should be a sign that says ‘concrete block storage- NO PARKING’ ach- that would be just silly. Anyway Mr Customer Service representative, I won’t be dining in your restaurant tonight or any night for that matter and strongly recommend that others park their cars elsewhere. Better still, just dine elsewhere.

If you're going to use the sentence "sorry if we are too cool for you" on the front desk maybe actually make sure the hotel is up to par. The elevators take almost two minutes to open once they reach the floor...you get to your floor (ours was 3rd) and the floor to get to your room is sooo uneven and squeaky, thank goodness we hadn't had a drink 😂 I checked in online for two persons however the room was set up for only one. The squeaky floors didn't end there as the room was just as bad. The artwork for the rooms is also slightly questionable I will add. The wardrobes in the room have to be opened in a certain order or the door will get jammed and won't open and the whole hotel it's just overall very very old (not in a good way). We were only greeted once at the front desk once which was when we checked in, when we were checking out in the morning the lady was on the phone so we handed over our keycard and as we turned to leave we were quite abruptly told to "stay there and wait" until she could check if there was anything outstanding on our account, understandable...however nicer ways to go about this. Even Premier Inn a three star hotel will greet the guests everytime they leave and enter the hotel...much better service expexcted from what is supposedly a four star hotel. Not to mention their attitude on cash payments...no cash will be accepted at this hotel and they are even Tory enough to call it 'Dirty' and according to them that means they are just "too cool" 💀

Todos estamos en nuestros 50 y esta fue nuestra primera experiencia de Nando. La comida era buena, todos disfrutamos de nuestras elecciones, pero el seguir tratando de ordenar era un dolor en el cuello. Eventualmente nos dijeron que podíamos subir a la caja y ordenar. No estoy convencido de que este proceso sea una mejora para alguien que viene a la mesa.

This is an extremely pleasant cafe in the V&A. After a lovely morning of looking around the exhibits we decided to have lunch here and very much enjoyed it. We had a mix of three salads which were all delicious. Other options included soup, toasties and a few other dishes. The view from the restaurant is spectacular out over the river and bridges. One thing that could be improved upon is clearing the tables. So many of the empty tables when we arrived had used trays on them. If there was a system where customers cleared their own trays away on to rack this would save the staff having to do this. There were too few staff to serve and clear away.

El parque de ocio Nandos camperdown fue una experiencia horrible para nosotros. Tuvimos que atardecer hamburguesas, patatas fritas y coca. Hamburguesas empapadas con 2 trozos de pollo. La factura era de £ 35 incluido el 20% IVA. Esto es robo destacado. No pudimos terminar las hamburguesas empapadas. Me fui hambriento y extremadamente decepcionado. El establecimiento estaba desordenado, así como el baño. Obviamente dirigido por personas que simplemente no les importa. Fue una estafa para comida de muy mala calidad. Nunca más & vergüenza en ti.
