Me fui hambriento y extremadamente decepcionado.

Gracias.

Just had a takeaway delivered. Where do I start? Stone cold food Chicken the size of a budgie leg Chicken so dry and tough and chewy Coleslaw just shredded veg with absolutely NO dressing on it to bind it together Wrong order for sauce Tried to phone to complain - but no one answering phone Delivery driver looking like he’d swallowed a toad he was rude - ok not Nando’s fault. Absolute rip off at £36 most of it is in the bin and the dog.

We visited Dundee first time and decided to visit this place. Without comments. Never ever going to visit this place. Absolutely nothing to say anymore.

My first ever visit to a Nando's started off badly, I was so irritated I nearly walked out. After having to check myself in on my phone I then had to set up an account online so I could order and pay on my phone. You've got staff, right? A couple of positive points though. Firstly, water and ice are available free of charge, which was perfect because I didn't want a bottomless soft drink ahead of a long drive. Secondly, I like the option of being able to add a chargrilled pineapple ring to a burger, even though the pineapple was a weird white colour. My food arrived quickly (after I'd spent what seemed like ages creating an account etc) so overall, not bad, but not great. Ultimately, it's just chicken, the hype is a mystery to me.

Welcoming even to disabled customers. Clean wherever you looked, even in the toilets. Friendly staff and great food at a good price. A few more vegan options would be nice. Thanks for a great experience .

After visiting family in Stirling we tried to go to the Nando's there for a spot of lunch. We were told however that they were closing for the day due to staffing issues! When you are in the mood for a Nando's nothing else is going to hit the spot. So we decided to head home and go to our local in Dundee. We got a table straight away and have no issues using the app. We actually prefer using the app as you no longer need to stand to queue to order! Food arrived quickly and was super yummy. The table servers were very attentive topping up drinks and bringing sauces. Great meal with great service!

Very noisy hotel. Hotel staff woke us up several times thought the night. Was offered to move room as TV didn't work only to be offered a smaller room that was freezing cold. Would not return again. Location is very noisy as there are several bars open late nearby.

We booked a table here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary whilst we were staying at the adjacent suites. The restaurant is in a converted mill building and very spacious and modern in design. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and we were quickly seated . When discussing the menu staff went to great lengths to say how good certain dishes were . We decided to order the roast dinner and the chicken and ham pie. It was a bit of a wait for the meal especially when there was only one other table occupied. When the meal arrived it proved to be disappointing , the beef in the roast dinner was very chewy , the pie was mainly ruff puff pastry and little filings and the turnips served with both meals were so solid you could not stick a fork into them and they were inedible . When we raised this with the staff one said they were onions? and the other said oh sorry that's a shame I will raise it with the chef. We decided to order dessert my husband ordered a sticky toffee pudding which was good , and I ordered a trifle panacotta . Turned out to be a panacotta , with jelly on the bottom and sprinkles on the top. More like a school pudding than a two rosette restaurant meal . The other annoying thing was the repetitive "lift" music being played loudly throughout the evening. Cost nearly £80 for a bread & oil starter for 1, 2 courses and 2 small glasses of wine. I think the restaurant thinks it is better than it actually is.
