Ordered food from here, ordered lamb chops which came as diced lamb and were freezing cold and had gone hard fries and naan which was also not edible due to the temperature. Called to speak with the manager and was told they are extremely busy which was their excuse for lack of edible food

Very bad place don’t have nothing no drink no food If you order 3 burgers after 10 minutes she come and say sorry me have only 2 burgers If you order some Slovak drink don’t have nothing This is a Slovak restaurant? No never again don’t recommend

Tuvimos a nuestros hijos 18 cumpleaños Celebración en No 1 Dovehouse el sábado por la noche, y qué noche. Katie y Dave fueron tan complacientes, desde mi consulta inicial, a mis constantes mensajes preguntando diferentes cosas como, ¿podemos tocar nuestra propia música (sí) , ¿tiene una pantalla que podamos reproducir una presentación de diapositivas de mi hijo a lo largo de los años (sí) , ¿puedo traer mis propias decoraciones (sí) nada fue demasiado problema. Es un lugar fantástico, con un toque tan personal. En la noche las chicas Amy y Jodie eran increíbles, y tan agradable. Amy incluso envió a su pareja a casa para que sus altavoces reprodujeran nuestra música ya que nuestros teléfonos no eran compatibles. La zona exterior estaba completamente cubierta y asegurada para que los niños y adolescentes pudieran estar allí. Incluso había una vieja máquina recreativa para mantener a los niños entretenidos. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar para fiestas privadas, y eventos sociales, toda la experiencia fue fantástica. Definitivamente seremos clientes habituales aquí, y como propietario de otro negocio local, recomendaré el número 1 a todos mis clientes. Gracias a todos ustedes Emma - Party Party

I’ve ordered 2 soups, one of them was wrong one, 4 meatballs which I didn’t get, had to call them back for a few times for it and I had to wait another 40 mins to get them, the fries on the site was included but on the phone they said it’s not and I have to order them separately , I paid by card online then they cancelled the order, but they have taken the money, and then said I have to pay another £42 at the driver and for the first money that I paid I’ll get a refund. That’s how you lose your customers

Great range of beer to choose from (up to 10 pumps). Landlord very friendly and knowledgeable about his beer.

A favourite place of my mother's - primarily because of the bacon buns! Very friendly staff, quality food, comprehensive menu, great variety of choices. Their orange or passion fruit tarts are wonderful.

Went here for breakfast with my three kids. Food was good and the staff were friendly. Didn't have to wait long for food to arrive and the seating area was clean and pleasant. Will definitely use again. Only down side is it is very busy with school kids at lunch time. But all in all nice wee place.

Absolute disgrace on this occasion! Have ordered from here a few times and quality can be a bit up and down but today was awful! Fully wrong order sent to us missing 2 burgers and 3 chicken pieces from the bucket. Had the cheek to put dried up strips in bucket as well. Sent a large box of dry nuggets and popcorn chicken, the chicken bucket pieces were old the coating was old, the salad was off - no coleslaw or beans sent. Then wouldn't answer phone tried them over and over again. Foul behaviour- if you don't have something or enough chicken pieces etc then call the customer and explain don't fob them off with old sub par food and not answer your phones! Won't be ordering again. All this behaviour in ramadan as well. Kept cancelling our call each time we rang- see pics.

Great value and excellent service. Been here many times and always great service from the staff (especially Hayley who always goes the extra mile to make our visit feel special) the menu is good and some great deals during the week (e.g. Bogof on burgers Thursday and two meals for £13.99). They have recently go through a refresh which has given the place a fresher feel as some areas were beginning to look tired. Sign up for offers on birthdays and free drinks. Downside I would say is the parking as not many spaces and some spaces can be quite small when busy. Friendly place, music not loud and lovely outside area with large outdoor TV for football etc.

Intoxicación alimentaria grave. Coma las escotillas para el entrante y la lubina para el principal. Enfermo no mucho después, durante todo el día. Me dejó sintiéndome débil, el restaurante estaba frío considerando que la temperatura era baja afuera. El servicio podría haber sido mejor considerando que era el día de San Valentín.

I've visited a couple of Nandos in the West Midlands but this one is my favourite. I'm a regular and known by face (and order lol) at this point but no matter the time/day I've come food was always good, staff was always lovely and helpful and I've genuinely never had a bad experience here.

Very friendly good choice of food and drink. We only had snacks but will be returning for a meal as the food being served around us look great.

We had an amazing meal at Zen last night. The food was incredible, probably the best Thai Green Curry I’ve ever had. Everything tasted unreal and I’d happily eat it all over again. We were only in Birmingham for the evening and we’d recommend it to anyone!

We ordered food 1 1/2 and never got it the bloke we spoke to was lovely and very helpful however the drivers are useless, food was delivered else where
