The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in South East

Very nice owner, lovely communication and attitude despite it being late, very good food for very good price,, recommended to me by a freind and would recommend to others.

Order placed one kebab with garlic sauce and spicy wings. What a mistake the kebab was greasy and it was served with tartare sauce not garlic mayo what the hell were they thinking. The wings were cooked beyond edible was like chewing deep fried cardboard. They were either last nights food reheated or just straight up over cooked. The only part of the meal that was any good was the canned drinks and that is cause the chef could never cock up a canned drink. It’s a shame cause only a year ago the food was divine. Recommend they sack the chef cause he or they clearly have no idea how to cook. Both meals chucked away. Idea of how bad this was our dog eats anything even he would not eat this food.

Absolutely awful, missing one whole meal and what did arrive was cold. honestly very disappointed as we have eaten inside many times and every time it was lovely. Just avoid using the delivery service.

We visited Ole and Steen for lunch, they change their menu regularly and we have tried various things from the breakfast rolls in NYC and a delicious cake, rolls and Socials in London and now tried the hummus on rye, it did not disappoint. They are consistently good with their food and coffee. Staff serving here in Oxford could have been a bit friendlier though.

Been to this restaurant many times. But this time food was awful. Salad was not right and the chicken sheesh was nowhere near its best. I’m not going back.

Food is good and at a reasonable price, especially for a restaurant. The only reason that let's this restaurant down is the price for drinks. It is the same as ordering another meal. Very, expensive, which put me off eating here again.

We went to the Brasserie Blanc to sample their new spring menu. I can honestly say that we had the best meal out we have had for a long, long time. In addition the service was really good, we were made to feel really welcome. Their cocktails are some of the best around - amazingly good, (and many are 241 early evenings). The baguette and dips, makes a delicious small sharted starter. The mains sea bream and duck were equally good. For deserts pistaccio souffle and the merangue tart au citron - all I can say is OMG - do leave room for desert, its just choosing which one that is the problem. We swapped half way ythrough. Handy hint - Its worth signing up for their offers which are very good value, and looking out for their specials nights. Its not the cheapest but it is reasonable and the food is sooo good!

Overall we all agreed on the journey home that we had a great time. We are a bunch of friends so we'd have a good time in a coalmine. That said, there were a couple of issues. Firstly big points to the guy on reception that advised us our 2pm table wasn't ready yet and as we were in no hurry that was fine but he was great at keeping us informed. Our table servers were great too. So, the issues...we all bar one wanted the Fillet Steak but that wasn't available, this hadn't been mentioned before. The Cheese & Biscuits 'dessert' also wasn't available or mentioned, again, this was news until ordering time. The London Pride (our fave beer) wasn't available. I guess none of the above will be available tomorrow either. It was my Birthday which we made known but that made no difference. Why should it I guess. We enjoyed what we had, we enjoyed the service but I don't know if we'll rush back.

The restaurant is nice en have excellent Menu, very welcome en good services. The Hotel Closer to legoland. We stay for 5 days in mei 2024, en also in year 2023. en this is de second time we been there!, the room is Nice, simpel, en comfortabel. Everyday they clean the room.

I popped in to Longacres last week to look at some large plant pops. I saw one that I liked but could not reach it as it was in the centre of a display. A young helpful very polite young man called JOEL came over to assist me. He managed to reach the pot and took it to the cashier. Then without me even asking, Joel picked this extremely heavy and large pot up whilst I paid for it and fitted it in to a space inside my tiny sports car. Not sure how he lifted it, without putting it in a trolley, as it weighed an absolute ton. Joel is a real asset to this company and I will return soon - having had a great experience. Food was cold no salad in one of the meals

Not so great anymore. Since new owners have taken over, the good quality has deteriorated. The chicken burgers used to contain a fresh chicken fillet but are now frozen and of poor quality. No love and care goes into the food anymore, needs improving

Oh my goodness our food was amazing, very tasty and hot, will definitely order again, delivery was on time , so recommend this place 👍👍

Nice pub but ruined by the amount of people vaping inside

I come to Mokka every day for lunch and no matter what I order the food always comes out lovely and the service is great. I would recommend.
