Extremely misleading descriptions and pictures. Food portions are far too small for the price and pictures deliberately put just for sale. Even after confirming with the waitress, the shrard platter that was served was hardly enough for 2 people but sold as for 3-4 people. Only thing in abundance was the chips. Prices are an extortionate for what they are serve. Better options around. Never again.

Ordered a lamb shish and was served some previously Cooked meat with new. Half of it was very hard and the other half was ok. When I complained I was told not to complain. I left the food on the counter and left

Food great, lovely kebabs and came quickly. Waitress unfriendly and just didn’t seem to want to be there. Felt quite unwelcome. Had to ask several times for tap water and glass for our drinks.

After ordering my food at the table (table service ) I received my 2 tins of sauce (one garlic be chilli) notice that they’ve used leftovers form another customer before me. Not going back again.

been 3 or 4 times, no issues decent kebabs. grab a rum baba when your in there. Even went in wearing a Leeds shirt no probs

Terrible service. Stingy portions. We ordered a kebab platter with 8 kebabs. It was supposed to come with chips - we presumed that would be enough for eight people. Wrong. Just one portion!!!

Had the lamb doner and we really enjoyed it. The doner meat was good quality and not greasy at all. I commented on the quality of the meat to the owner and he proudly took me round the back to show me them making the doners themselves !

i ordered a quarter chicken and chips for 6.50 they gave me a plain deep fried chicken and went on to say that the chicken had no flavour because it is a kebab shop and not a peri shop. The waitress looked like she was bored of this job and it showed. I asked for a replacement and they refused because this is what they sold. not coming here again

It’s a shame because the food is nice but the atmosphere in the shop isn’t nice & the service is awful. The owner is rude. They aren’t grateful for customers even in this pandemic. Not friendly or polite at all.

Liberal usage of fingers to scratch faces etc then handle food. Staff member put his finger into his mouth to wet it to open bag and handle paper, after directly handling Pita bread. This is DURING HIGH COVID incidence, but is gross any way. When I challenged him he just washed his hands and gave me the already wrapped food anyway - like that somehow makes it alright. Managing or supervising staff appeared to have seen this but no reaction, apology or even surprise. Dangerous, and demonstrative of lack of respect for their customers. Unsurprising that it only holds a 2 out of 5 FSA food hygiene rating - it is by all accounts actually quite hard to drop to a 2 in a reasonably run business.

Excellent Turkish kebabs amazing fiid well cooked and tasty. Omg yes baklava available also sütlaç available. Hand made kebab they do. I recommend for any kebabs delicious.

Impressed with the portions, staff were okay and polite. I think its how you approach the staff that causes problems. Looks a clean environment to me. Loved the Chicken donner kebab, definitely going back. One of the best in my opinion... Try for yourself and make your own opinion...

The mixed chicken plate here is so good and incredible value for money. It’s nice that they have a sit-down restaurant with a server next door to the takeaway area

Had the best kebab I have ever tasted. Including our rack of lamb which melted in the mouth. Food was fresh and cooked well. Beautiful tasting and I wish I didn't live a 4 hour drive away as I would happily eat here on a regular basis. Now I'm back at home iknow no kebab in Plymouth can compare.... Saddened look forward to visiting again in the future

the donna kebabs are perfect, don't have to wait too long and staff are fine, always get too hungry but these kebabs fill me up with no seconds. although may be a little more pricey than other restaurants they do give good size portions which is amazing value. trust me 5 star gordon ramsey place 50quid or kebab 6quid. id end up buying a kebab anyway

Beeeeeeeeest meat you will find (at least in the league of dober kebabs) you will find in London. I've tried them all and NOTHING tops this. This is the Real.

The staff were rude, hardly acknowledge we were in the restaurant, except for the young lady. The food was not particularly warm, never mind hot. There wasnt any salad with the meal.

Have used this place a couple of times, kebabs are really good, as is any of the food and good sized portions.

As takeaways go, this has to be one of the healthiest if you choose the shish kebab (chicken or lamb). Always tender, you can watch it being cooked to order or phone ahead to collect and choose your salads and sauces on arrival. Make your choice of bread or wraps - we choose pitta bread, and have the home made chilli sauce - to die for! As the sauce is tomato based it’s also the low calorie choice. If you want to, you can add chips, samosas or desserts. Whether you are on a diet or not, This place is recommended!

I was passing through the area and I returned to the Slough Kebab and Grill and was not disappointed. the food is fresh and the lamb kofte is still so succulent and tasty. The meal was extremely good value, with rice, salad and naan bread all washed down with a cup of authentic Turkish tea. will definitely return again when in the area.

Ordered two full meals in the sit down part of the restaurant with table service and asked for a glass of tap water after we ordered and the waiter refused saying we don't give you any tap water and we have to pay for bottled water instead. Found that weird as every other place I go to accommodates that simple request.

After weeks of being told that this is the best place to eat in Slough I decided to visit Slough Kebab and Grill.

How many times have we been here now?

I have been coming here for years and never once have not enjoyed it, meat is always tasty and chips piping hot, this is the one place I really wish did home deliveries as would get it all the time.

Used to come to this place regularly for the grilled chicken burger. Last couple visits the staff have been absolutely miserable, asking them to repeat themselves because they seemed to grunt, huff and puff. The food might be decent but the total disrespect me and friends were treated with was appalling and we've vowed never to return for this reason. I'll spend my hard earned cash somewhere where they can at least afford to treat others with a bit of respect.

I went there for lunch and ordered the mixed shish as takeaway, based on recommendation from a colleague. The staff was a bit friendly. The restaurant itself was clean. The shish was absolutely delicious probably the best shish I have had. Although I noticed I wasn't given the pitta bread with my order and the salad portion was small.

Have done take away few times as I’ve come alone, food here is awesome…tastes really good. They have a place for eat-in as well, place is really clean and the staff are great in providing good service. They try to understand the customer needs. My favourite is their chicken kofta…flavours are too good and the salads they provide are really fresh!

Came here in December 2017 and was shocked at how much it had gone downhill from previous visits in years gone by.

We stayed in Slough during a theme park weekend we did with the kids.

Came here as we were stopping near by & was on our way back from the royal wedding so decided on something quick before chilling for the evening after a busy day. I ordered the chicken kebab which came with fries & salad, the husband opted for the mixed kebab, both were very tasty, the waitress however did forget the pita bread that was supposed to accompany them both but got us some on request.

I have been to this Kebab and Grill many times over the past few years and it is consistently good quality food no matter eatin or takeaway. I keep trying different things on the menu and am constantly surprised by the quality of the food at a reasonable price. Highly recommended, try it you will not regret it.

Came in here after the gym as really fancied a massive protein hit and I’ve been here before. Had a large chicken Shish Kebab. What can I say? It was truly outstanding. I have been here many times but today’s visit was great. The Nan bread was done to perfection. I would definitely recommend the chicken Shish kebabs.

Just had the worst kebab of my life from there. Chewy, grissly fat that was just dreadful. Ate a couple of bits and had to throw the rest away. Overpriced too. Would have been ok had it not been the worst kebab.

Im a huge doner fan! I keep coming back to this place incase it improves and try to give it the benefit of doubt but unfortunately lets me down everytime. I cant wait until a decent doner shop opens soon ... watch this space.

Used to visit this place every week whilst working in the Slough area which was over ten years ago, I moved away a couple of years ago and always thought I would come back to eat there one day.

Basically a takeout place but had pretty good food. The shish kebab in pita was great. Very tasty and pretty filling. The doner kebab (basically a US gyro) was not as tasty but pretty good, and it was a very large portion. The two sandwiches only cost £11. A pretty good deal if you’re looking to pick up something fast for lunch.

Es lamentable que los empleados de este establecimiento parece ser creer que ningún cliente es tan importante como el de cualquier otro.

Fuimos allí para comer y tan pronto como entré en dos de los empleados estaban discutiendo todopoderoso delante de todo el mundo. El chico en la cocina estaba gritando en la camarera. Apenas me las arreglé para pedido y fue incluso preocupados a añadir algo más ya que el chico en la cocina era claramente todavía estaba echando humo. Pedimos una mezcla kebab con patatas fritas, que estaba bien, pero era claramente otro prototipo para probar la tienda de kebabs de £9 por él. Probablemente el mismo donner de comprar mayoristas que ellas mismas. La camarera era todavía enfadado y sólo paquete mi comida sin decir una palabra.

it is very poor and expensive for lunch or dinner. They are cherge if you pay card 1 pounds. you should check the post machine sometimes they are sayin 14 but chargin 16.50 pounds....

Was in a hurry ordered two Donar wrap and thinking it would be no more than the usual price of around £4.0 to £5.00 each, they asked for £14.00. Even the best Turkish places in central London do no charge this much. I told him he should have stated that his donars were twice the average price. He then said it's hand made! lol - Anyway it was salty and tasted like any other donar kebab. Absolute ripped off - advise everyone to keep well away from this place.

I was working in the area and popped in after work with colleagues at 7pm on a Friday. We sat down in the restaurant area where the service was efficient but not friendly. The takeaway area had a queue of about 9 separate people and most tables in the restaurant were full. The food was fantastic; hot naan, fries, fresh salad and a mixed chicken kebab (kofte, shish and shawarma) and a great portion size. Really excellent for a not so fancy Turkish kebab house. My food including drinks was £11.20

None of the usual poor quality Doner meat, these guys make it themselves, authentic sauces and salad. Best kebab in slough by a mile!

So my friend and i love our to eat out . We both muslim pakistani wear scarf . Our food was served an 45mins whilst other white cutomers were served before us . Our waitress did not make any eye contact with us or conversation . She however was polite to the customers. We werent served glasses with our drinks, rest customers were served as standard. When food arrived finally waitress smirked and said our order had been lost ?! It was totally appalling service . We will not be returning or reccomend this place . For the food or the poor customer service .They need to educate the staff on basic manners . We felt we discriminated purely based on our skin colour. Defo no go place .

We're a family of 6 and we decided to stop over for lunch, I must adjust it was a disappointment The food was average at best, I would put it under the same category of the kebab mobile stands but in a building, nothing more The service isn't great either, slow and inefficient - forget about glasses for your drinks You do get plenty of food - look at the attached pictures- but with the fair quality of it, no one really wanted to finish their portion Not a place we'll return too

Ordered through just eat and added requirements on the optional notes. Order summary was lamb doner, half pounder meal and 3 wings. On the notes with the lamb doner red cabbage was requested with ketchup and no other salad. Ketchup and burger sauce with a well done burger was the other request. The order arrived with not sufficient ketchup on the doner and a bun with 2 beef meats so let's call it a sandwich. I telephoned the restaurant to ask where the cheese, salad and cabbage was? The female who answered said they didn't do red cabbage and my burger was requested like that. I asked how they do a normal half pounder if I walked in as I added 2 sauces because I believed they would only add 1. The reply followed we would put mayonnaise and chilli. The burger wasn't even well done and I was told do better on the next order. I don't even wanna give 1 star would rather give a minus in the ratings.

I tried this place twice and I would not recommend their lachmacun. It doesn't taste how it supposed to. I also tried their sis kebab (Lamb) it almost didn't have taste. It wasn't tasting bad, just it didn't have taste.Also the Kofte wasn't the best so I would not recommend that one.. The doner was ok, tasting as doner. If you wanna have something there doner is the one you should try :)If you eat in their portions are quiet big, there is lots of salad with the food. Overall place is not the best, but if you are hungry its an option to go and have a doner. Their prices are quiet fine, for large lamb kebab its 7.9£, lachmacun is 3£, kofte something around 7£ as well.

At 11pm at night..... No one else was open and there were 5 of us. The food was very fresh and great value for money. The owner could not do enough for us. Would defiantly recommend

This is our second visit and the food is good as last time in the restaurant. Tasty kebabs with fresh nan and salads. Please note they starts late on Sunday from 13:00, which we had to wait a bit. But overall good and inexpensive for sit down, take away type meal.

The takeaway area was, as always here, very busy but spotlessly clean. The food was delicious and plentiful.It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I can certainly recommend it.

Had a chicken kebab takeaway. Served by a chap, who clearly did not want to be there - very miserable and abrupt. The fridges all looked clean, and the salad was fresh. A bit overpriced at £5.50. The food was good, tasty and plenty of it. Not sure I'd go there again though, nothing special.

Went there after a while for dinner with my mates, as they wanted to have some Turkish food, especially lentil soup before dinner. That place came to mind as I have been there before and it was great.But don't know what happened, food was appalling and expensive, who gives pitta bread with soup, it was always proper hot bread specially made. Comes the main course, cold and tasteless, rice were hard, seems reboiled.What hasn't change of this restaurant is PRICE, it's always goes up unlike it's food standard.

Its not fine dinning, but good for quick bites. This restaurant serves Indian food but with heavy does of oil & spices. Not very testy. But if you are looking for budget then this is the place.

I was here for dinner one evening the kebab was well cooked and well presented with a choice of naan bread or pita bread the service was very good as were the prices if ever in slough again I will stop here again

I go here every now and then as I live locally. I have to say this is generally the best kebab in Slough. Certainly the most genuine Turkish kebab you could ask for. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but the food is always great. They have a nice little seating area for that proper "plastic table cloth" experience or you can take away. Unfortunately they don't deliver.Sometimes, if you go a bit early (pre 5pm on a weekday) you might not get cooked-to-order (e.g. naan breads) which is a bit of a shame for the price you pay.If there's two or even three of you I highly recommend the Slough Special, a few naan breads and their excellent home-made taramasalata.

This is really authentic turkish fast food. They have really good kebaps. Simple fastfood restaurant nothing special but good food.

Was struggling to find a decent takeaway in slough as im from Manchester was not sure where to go.As I drove down the road with my family was hit by this great smell as we looked around we spotted this kebab and grill.Not many spaces to park but managed to find one and glad I did.The food we ate in the car and it was the best selection of meats and kebab I have ever had loved it.Just like eating a kebab in Turkey itself.

Food was excellent loads of of different meats and really tasty.It is the first time we had this as we were very hungry! I normally get the lamb minced Kabab on a wrap which is really good as well. Proper authentic and tasty food. I have to dissagree with other reviews and I know my food!

I really wanted to like this as I had been here about a year ago and the food was really good.Unfortunately this time around the food was substandard. I had the mixed grill which was not cooked properly. The naan bread was cols and the salad seemed stale.The staff were ok not overly friendly but not rude. The prices do not justify the cost and to be honest there are plenty of takeaways that are better for a lot cheaper.Parking outside was a nightmare.Won't be going back.

Whenever I ordered doner kebab ,it was always not fresh .I assumed that they cut the meat for donner earlier and keep it in the container and then they give it to You if You order it ,the same with nan bread,they make a lot of it in one go and then they keep it in the bucket ,if You order it than the reheat it for You.I have asked them many times if they can cut fresh meat for me but they always say in very arrogant manners that meat from container is fresh.NO IT IS NOT FRESH IT IS KEPT WARM FOR WHOLE DAY AND IT DRYS UP.They doing that because they are lazy and they want to have everything prepared just to make it quick and easy for them.This will not work because if they do that then they don't serve You fresh food.That what it is .Food there is expensive and quality of the food is very low.

The Slough Kebab and Grill is fanastic, superb food, very friendly people and great atmoshere. Good for work lunch or with the family, menu is just great, the Slough Platter, a legend.If you remotely like kebabs of any description, this is the place.

We have order Kebabs on the phone, we have received our order in awful conditions salads on top of the chips the food was cold and not as we ordered disgusting experience order for 8 people should be much much batter ,when we tried to call slough kebabs to express our unsatisfaction they told us that what we ordered, and they know they job so why i say this , what a dreadful excuses not even trying to resolve or apologizes as any good restaurant will do

Ok I've been to this place probably at least 20 times and will say if you fancy a fresh, v tasty, filling kebab based meal then this is the place for you. The food is really v v nice on occasions and sometimes just nice. They have most definitely improved in the last few months and the shared platter for 2 is an absolute bargain at £19.95 for a variety of kebabs and meats, with fresh nan, salad and chips. This place in my opinion is under achieving big time - because of the cafe style setup and service ( which is still ok but not exactly restaurant style service - somewhere in between). I would have given this place a 5 but will settle for 4 due to the lack of ambience and atmosphere. If they fix this, then it's a straight 5 for me and my wife.

I work in Slough so this is always the choice for a quick team lunch. Service is always friendly and the food is served fast, fresh and hot. Mixed chicken kebab is my favourite. Choice of rice or chips and pitta or nan plus loads of salad. Add in a drink and it is still under £10 so great value too as I am full for the rest of the day!

I regularly travel to Slough especially to this resteraunt,good traditional turkish food cooked freshly infront of you, the kofte kebabs are the best go for a mixed chicken and lamb one, the shwarma is not great (go to edgware rd for shwarmas) but everything else is absolutely the best!

Turkish food can be awesome sadly this place is good but could be better but for the area its better than most but Kebab hut in Chavley (only half a mile away) is much better for the customer who wants their kebabs with more spicy and taste not to mention cheaper!

This is a great place of you want no nonsense good quality kebabs. Service is prompt and efficient but don't expect friendly chit chat.

This restaurant/cafe (?) Has no soul or atmosphere. I was working nearby on the Bath Road and visited in the evening. Staff are disinterested and impolite. But the food is wonderful! Great chops and meats. Fresh naan and good dips.

I went there with my partner first time, no staff bothered to attend us as they all could see us while gossiping in the kitchen.The restaurant was filthy as I was not comfortable in touching the menu card and it was raw lamb smell throughout the place. At last we managed to order the food, the waitress could not speak and understand English properly she ended up in bringing only one drink for two of us we asked at least two times to bring the other drink. the food was ok but portion didn't match the price so we ordered one more portion which the waitress God knows understood what. we waited for the second portion for at least half an hour as we could hear the staff chatting and laughing inside with no one serving in the restaurant. my partner went to ask for the order but they could not remember what the order was...and we cancelled the order , paid and went out and decided to never go there ever again.
