The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in South East

Very friendly staff as they are from Brazil and Portugal but live in the UK for over 20 years. Seems many Portuguese speaking customers as well as English are here for breakfast and lunch. I came a few times as I tried English Breakfast and their daily changing Meal of the Day! Good Breakfast with hot plate (a plus); and the two different “meal of the day” I had is Combined Stewed Chicken Drums and Ribs in Black Bean Sauce and another one is Fried Chicken Breast with Bean Sauce. The first one mentioned was the best. Chicken Breast was okay. Their coffee is hit and tasty too!

This shop always has something to temp me! If your unsure, just ask! The staff there are a wealth of knowledge on local cheese and accompanying chutneys and treats, so friendly and their Christmas hampers are top notch! Will be back again and again!!

This is a great place to eat pierogi if you want delicious pierogi I would recommend this. Great food!

Tuvimos una comida encantadora en Turkish Vila. La comida era fresca, sabrosa y claramente hecha con cuidado – se nota que todo está cocinado a la orden. Es un poco caro, pero para ser justos, todo es en estos días. La señora que nos atendió (presumiblemente la esposa del propietario) fue increíblemente amable e hizo que toda la experiencia fuera muy agradable. Su calidez y atención realmente destacó y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. El chef, que asumo que es su esposo, parecía un poco gruñón, pero se mantuvo firmemente en la cocina, por lo que no afectó demasiado el ambiente. Lo único ligeramente negativo fue la aparición ocasional de un par de personas al azar entrando y saliendo de la cocina, lo que se sintió un poco desagradable, especialmente cuando estás acostumbrado a que las cocinas sean más estériles. Sin embargo, no afectó la calidad de la comida, que era realmente muy agradable. En resumen, un pequeño lugar estupendo – vale la pena visitarlo si busca buena comida turca casera y un ambiente agradable y relajado.

On Sunday my family planned me a lovely birthday lunch here, and it was lovely. Food was amazing and overall the service from all but one memeber of staff was fantastic. The pub itself was clean, modern but also not forgetting the old pub feel. I loved it! Unfortunately the service from one of the bar maids was horrible and left me feeling a bit rubbish in my birthday. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and spoke to me and my family so rudely. I asked if they served Malibu and she bluntly said no and rolled her eyes at me. She didn't offer me an alternative and just stood there staring at me until I picked something else. At first I thought she was joking but she continued to be miserable. After I ordered our drinks at the bar, she didn’t say anything else to me, she slid the drinks over, handed us the card machine and waited for us to walk away without even a thank you. She continued to be rude to other members of my family too. I would definitely go back here and would recommend to everyone.

My wife and myself visited for a meal and drinks to cellerbrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. Harry served us drinks and took our order. I did mention that I had certain allergies and was dairy and lactose free, so he spent quite a bit of time making sure that what ever I ordered was appropriate for my diet and even came back to tell me that he'd spoken to the chef and it was suggested that I change one item, just to play extra safe, which I very much appreciated. Our starters and main courses were cooked to perfection and our deserts followed on, completeing the perfect celebration and hence all I can give Harry and he's team is nothing short of the perfect afternoon which we will remember for a very long time. I seldom leave reviews but the warren ticked every box. Great food, generous portions, welcoming attentive staff with a nice atmosphere and great interior design. I had the sirloin roast for my main which included fresh vegetables, a very generous portion of tender, perfectly cooked beef (with no gristly or fatty bits), crispy roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and a large Yorkshire pudding. I’ve eaten at many top restaurants across the world and this is on par, clearly a lot of thought and effort goes into this place. I look forward to trying the other enticing dishes on the menu. We had one night in Deal staying in The Royal over the road. Booked here for dinner. Loved it. Sat by the kitchen, which was great for us with two kids as it meant we didn't have to worry about maybe being a bit too much for anyone enjoying a romantic night out. Staff were brilliant. Loved the food. Pleased to see they were busy and, knowing how challenging hospitality is right now, i wish them all the best and I'm sure they'll continue to thrive.

Incredible service. The people here are very friendly and great with kids Big thanks to Ana, ariz and Ayan. They were especially great! Also Great food. I recommend going for the sharing platters.

I treated my daughter to lunch here. Sadly there was no view as it was raining. We shared Whitebait, then she enjoyed Crab with Salad and Chips and I had the starter portion of Moules with Bread. All were delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. We’ll happily return.

Visited on a Thursday evening and it was dead, only 6 people including us. Had some chicken kebabs and the chicken was nice but overall it was nothing special. It came with a tiny salad and a very small rice portion with the chicken having 5 cubes. Had a couple of soft drinks and came to £39.00 including a service charge! Went here 3 years ago and it was fantastic place, now I will not return as generally poor. No atmosphere, small portions and overpriced, far better restaurants nearby.

FOOD POISONING!, went there for a celebration, i had two seafood dishes , following morning suffered from severe food poisoning causing huge embarrassment on a walking trip.. Gilbeys tell me there was nothing wrong with their food and were not the slightest bit sympathetic.. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
